We rented four properties in the Kawama Yacht Club complex and all were clean, well equipped and spacious.

This property is gorgeous. Newly renovated with brand new everything! The property is in a great area and we were able to walk to a few restaurants. Very close to John Pennekamp State Park for those that are interested in Snorkeling or Diving. The parking is unassigned, but we never had any trouble finding a spot near the property. I would recommend this property if you are going to Key Largo!

Perfect location, close to everything! Has a nice balcony upstairs. We enjoyed our stay.

This condo has nothing extra that would get me to go back. The bed was comfy and that’s about it. AC didn’t work great, showers are crazy small, toilets are for toddlers, no TV’s in rooms, no cooler, no kayaks, nothing extra at all. It worked for myself and my brother but definitely not for my family.

No garbage bags, not enough towels , no laundry soap, dishwasher leaked, fridge froze things in spots and not cold in others , icemake. Not work , boat parking falsely advertised. Couldn’t bring boat into marina . Had to park off property, no parking for your car . Guard gate very rude and had no clue we were even coming , very run down needs a lot of work to rent it

The unit was central to the lagoon/beaches and 2 pools. Only minor drawback was parking, everything else was great - nice, private front porch and screened back porch. Staffed security gate 24/7 was a big plus.

We enjoyed the facility with pools, the lagoon and ocean access. The unit was clean on arrival but in a bit of disrepair. Door handle is duct taped on, blinds are beat up and missing many slats, and the fridge freezes everything on the top two shelves. AC worked great! The washing machine wouldn't work and the owner/manager wasn't able or willing to address this. We had no sheets for the sofa bed. My kid slept on and under towels the first night. After the owner/manager was unable to help me with this, I ended up having to get into the owners cabinet with a screwdriver where there were plenty of sheets. Would recommend the Kawama yacht club but this unit needs work.

Mr. Cortez was verify accommodating when I had to change my reservations last minute. The property was beautiful with its lagoon and popular among families vacationing. Would rent this property again.

In short, our experience was terrible. While the decor at this property is lovely, the owners need to spend some time on basic maintenance before listing it for rent. The front doorknob was held on with duct tape. Pieces of the kitchen counter tile trim are coming off. The upstairs shower was leaking constantly, with the shower head being left off its hook and upside down, we suspect that someone already knew about this problem prior to our arrival. We notified the owner and he replied thanking us for letting him know. A huge cockroach greeted us from the kitchen sink as we arrived. And, finally, as soon as someone showered upstairs, water came pouring through the downstairs bathroom ceiling. We immediately contacted the owner, checked out a day early and never had a single response from him. I spent my Mother’s Day packing up a day early to get us out of this disaster of a rental. After an hour on the phone with Vrbo that evening to request a refund of the night we did not use, they confirmed that the ceiling leak qualified as a “health and safety issue” but the most they would offer us was a night at a hotel (which we had already booked and paid for ourselves, so that was not an option). Vrbo health and safety department has yet to contact us, as promised. The whole experience has made me seriously question whether we will ever use Vrbo again. But with regard to this property, look elsewhere.

We went for a family wedding. Our stay was great. The owner was very kind. Place was clean and very nice. Highly recommend.

Nice location near the lagoon and walking distance near tennis and pool. The unit needs a lot of work- blinds in Master bedroom are broken, couch and chairs are stained. Cabinets need replacing. May be owner can’t get things bc of Covid.

Convenient location

As listed. A bit sparse, but clean. Great place to get away from it all. Used the pools and lagoon/beach.

Location in the development was awesome with 3 porches you could sit. Bed was great and cozy but....guest room twins not so great. It was a wonderful experience staying here. CLEAN and inviting.

So, firstly - the property was mostly clean (cookware and oven very dirty) and in a really nice location. But it is in disrepair in general - (1) missing/broken blinds don't allow privacy or the ability to block bright outside lighting at night, (2) AC is not properly tuned - normal running at 73 degrees results in condensation buildup on ceiling registers and subsequent dripping onto furniture and bed occupants, (3) Provided supplies are VERY limited: not a blanket for each bed, one dish towel, one roll of paper towels, no salt, etc etc (4) ice maker, water dispenser broken. Stove top in bad shape. I could go on, but I hate writing a bad review. The pluses of the place are (1) location, (2) cleanliness, (3) porches are great.

The place was perfect for a dive trip in Key Largo.

the porch overlooks the lagoon, so breakfast/coffee in the AM had a great view. A short drive to a bunch of restaurants. I was happy to stay here.

Property was clean, in a good location and had comfortable beds. It worked out fine but there were a few disappointing things that brought the rating down like no hand towel in the bathroom (there was only a small wash cloth to dry your hands), only one dish towel, no lighting in the living room area, and no seating for 4 unless all sat on the couch, loudly dripping shower head etc. Just needs a little attention.

We loved the space and everything was clean and neat. The king sized bed was comfy. The private lagoon was delightful and we loved the walk down to the jetty. Didn't like the water pressure, too low. And the gas grill didn't get hot enough, maybe low on gas?

Our only issue is that while there are enough parking spaces to accommodate 2 cars per unit that doesn’t guarantee a parking spot near the unit (Building D) and that should be made more clear. But the accommodations were very nice and just as shown on the listing.

Went to Key Largo for some scuba diving. Location of town home was perfect! Will definitely stay here again for our future dive trips to Key Largo.

We had a great time at this condo. It fit four adults comfortable and was located in a great spot. We loved the complex as well. The lagoon was cute (although we weren’t brave enough to swim in it) and the pool made a nice spot to hang out after a morning of diving.

The layout of this condo is perfect for families. Both rooms are upstairs which is great for safety. We found a couple items in need of repair but nothing major that inconvenienced us. We didn’t use any of the amenities as we only stayed three nights and were busy doing other things. The ant issue was taken care of with bait traps. Make sure to book any tours you want to do before you get here. Pennekamp is nice but bring bug spray and don’t plan to see anything that neat if you snorkel. The trails and mangroves are cool. Go out on a boat tour to snorkel, it’s amazing! If you have it bring your own snorkel supplies as they don’t have as much available due to covid.

Check-in took a while as the owner did not confirm with the gate people. Parking a slight issue. Place in good condition. Bring items such as coffee, laundry detergent, etc.

We stayed 4 nights at this condo and it was in a good location, had a very nice view of the pond in front, very clean and the furniture was updated and in good condition. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. However there were some things missing or needing repair that we think detracts from this property: Kitchen- Laminate on multiple kitchen cabinets is peeling, the lazy susan in the corner cabinet is broken, Kitchen faucet is fixed in one place and will not pivet over either of the double sinks, the stainless plate to cover a soap dispenser on the kitchen sink is rusty, no mixer, no casserole dishes, muffin pans, cookie sheets etc for baking or heating food in the oven, only four dinner plates, and the only small saucepan we found in the kitchen was under the kitchen drain so I assume it was leaking. Bath: There were no wash cloths in the bathroom so we had to buy some. Other: The patio door window treatment in the master bedroom do not slide open properly and there is a large light just outside which lit up the bedroom at night making it hard to sleep. With that said, we still enjoyed our stay and would have given a higher rating if the above things are fixed/provided.

The place was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, easy to check in and out and a great property. We will definitely be back!

We choose this place last minute for a short stay based off of the good reviews. Unfortunately, I can’t agree with them. It starts off with the parking. Although no fault of the owners, the parking is horrendous. We walked in and we’re greeted with the musty smell from the AC being turned too high for the summer months. The towels were full of a mildew smell. Not quite what you want to dry your face off on. It smelled like they were left to sit in the washer too long and then just thrown in the dryer. We had to wash them to use them the rest of the stay. Of course there was no soap for the laundry so we had to go get some. There were also no extra garbage bags. Not quite sure what they want their guests to put garbage in once the bag was full and taken out. The floors were in desperate need of a deep cleaning as our feet were black from them. We ended up needing to wear shoes just to keep our feet clean. And there were sugar ants everywhere. Don’t leave ANYTHING out. Everything needs to stay in the fridge to be safe.

As promised. We would recommend to friends.

We really enjoy the house, very clean. Perfect position near the lagoon and the pools. We docked our boat on the marina ( booked separate) and everything was organized and clean. We spent a lot of time near the water on the barbecue area.. was a pleasure to seat on a comfortable chairs and take a look the beautiful Ocean. Definitely very happy about out vacation, we will back!

The house is perfect and so clean. Since it is a corner unit, we have more privacy compared to other units. Victor is very responsive and helpful. My daughter forgot her retainer at the house but Victor called us right after we checked out and said he would mail it our home. He is so accommodating. We love to go back there for future vacation.

Great location, clean, and just as described. Would definately stay again.
