Was looking at this wonderful house for my second trip and realized my review was not showing. Hopefully this time it will work. Really enjoyed the location, convent to everything, short walk to night life, fall of porch and your in the water. Clean, spacious and priced right. Would recommend to anyone ready for fun in the sun, or just a long walk on the beach. Hope you enjoy as much as we did. Cheers

At some point in time this property may be a wonderful destination. However to date it is not. Upon walking in you are greeted with lovely views of the ocean. Keep in mind the views are non stop given there are no curtains, blinds or shutters on any of the windows through out the house. The house faces the Atlantic ocean which provides complete sunshine from approx 6 am until 3ish. At some point in time the owner will be forced to comply with the strict no light policy at night during sea turtle season, or face fines as a result of residual light from the interior of the house. The home is quite dated and rough around the edges. The furniture on the balcony is limited , and looks as though it has been outside for 20 years. We didn't find it to be "clean" as the other review mentioned, in fact we found ourselves mopping the floors and cleaning the master bath. We have been vacationing in New Smyrna for many years, and for the most part, you'll get what you pay for. This property is asking top dollar for a very low rent experience. Stay away until many improvements have taken place.

I will be back.. The famous saying applies to this lovely home with to level decks that you will not miss none of its natural beauty of the ocean. The first morning found two 6 inch starfish... Nurtured them back to help and with local surfers the are back living. In the ocean... What friendly people on the beach.found a stranded a humongous crab.. Found a family to help with a trash can top lid. The family of five dad.s took it back to safety in the ocean. For entertainment and found a five minute walk to flager avenue for yum food, great music and eclectic shops. Feel like letting your wild side out drive on the beach..njust do not get stuck. Surfers and boarders are ever where tomkepp you relaxed in you favorite chair to watch Have lovely pictures to share could not load. We loved the place places and things to do...if you can tear yourselves from the porch have Grocery store 3 miles away. The place was 3 bed and 3 full bath. Clean!!!! That is important.
