Having had a thoroughly relaxing time at Leda Finiki we are already researching the possibilities for a return next year. The villa is in a quiet, pleasant place and conveniently situated within a short drive to Latchi and Polis. It was spotlessly clean even though we were late in the season. The Cleaner and Pool Man were thorough and they were really nice people who looked after us well. All in all a great experience aided by the very attentive and helpful Staff at eosTravel. Our thanks to them all.

Villa pool and outside area were lovely. BBQ was a great addition to the place. Showers were a little slow but I think that was the only downside.

I loved the location, middle of a lemon/orange grove. The pool is huge, much bigger than the usual villa offerings. The pool guy was quiet and pleasant, the cleaner was a joy, lovely woman. The basic amenities are of a good standard, the outdoor bbq is a plus. Showers temperamental but I put this down to 5 people trying to shower at once. The bedrooms ac is very good, didn't use the living room ones. Television is all Greek, not an issue for us as we enjoyed the pool/villa/bbq areas. I would certainly return to this villa if I was staying in the area again.

Das Haus liegt alleine man hat absolute Privatsphäre. Rundherum nur Obstbäume. Wunderschöner Garten. Das Pool ist gross 72 M2 aber die Hälfte davon ist nur 80 cm tief. Das Wasser wird sehr warm und es wird nur 1 mal pro Tag neues Wasser dazu gelassen. Die Betten und Matratzen sind einmalig. So gute Matratzen hatten wir die Letzten 15 Jahre in unsern gemieteten Häuser noch nie. Die Türen der Küchenkasteln gehören unbedingt mal ausgetauscht. Das beste es sind überall Fliegengitter. Kann das Haus wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Wifi Code war falsche den uns EOS mitgeteilt hat. Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut.

Villa was fabulous exactly as described. Pool was lovely, bigger than expected and plenty of sun beds. Four bedrooms all with en-suite were great. Villa is in a quiet location but near enough to beach,shops and restaurants of Latchi. There are bigger supermarkets in nearby Polis if needed. I would certainly book again, wish we were still there.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday in the beautiful Leda Finiki villa. It was an amazing property and the standard of cleanliness and the pool cleaning was always perfect. We will be definitely returning. Only downside is the walk back up hill from the town. The land surrounding the property was absolutely breathtaking. Thank you

The location is great and a few minutes by car to Latchi beach. The Villa is surrounded by many trees and green areas and is far away from the other villas. The pool is bigger than we thought and the kids really enjoyed it!! Each room has a balcony and a bathroom which is great. If you want an air-conditioner in the saloon or in the kitchen you need to pay extra (we didn't know it)

Very Comfortable Villa, ideal for 8 people. Very close to the beach. The swimming pool is in very good condition. Full Barbeque equipment. Huge garden with vineyards and trees.

Had a great time at Leda Finiki, there is nothing to dislike it is 5 stars all round, 2 minutes drive from latchi restaurants and beaches and supermarket for everyday items, and the big supermarket at Polis is 8 mins away. Will visit again next year Covid allows us 2/9/20 to 17/9/20.

Very nice location with great fruit garden. Perfect for relaxing stay with whole family or with friends. Very quite place but still within walking distance to the beach. Swimming pool much bigger then expected. Wifi should be better and more stable.

Really nice villa in a lovely secluded location. Spacious interior with beautiful pool and landscaped gardens outside. Ideal location for a relaxing holiday.

The villa was spacious and set in beautiful surroundings. Fruit trees and well tended gardens surrounded the villa which made it very private. There were sea views from two of the four bedrooms and mountain views from the other upstairs room. All had balconies so you could have breakfast or a drink whilst taking in the view.The cleaning lady and the pool boy took very good care of the house and garden and pool. They were very helpful and accommodating.The location was very good, secluded yet a short distance from the village where there are numerous restaurants and bars.Communication with Eos was good and they responded quickly to questions/requests. We very much enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to others.

A really nice villa in a great location. The villa was spotlessly clean as was the swimming pool. The villa had everything you needed.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable two week stay at this villa, which is well appointed, has a great pool, and is surrounded by citrus groves up the hill from the main roads (walking to Latchi harbor front doesn’t take longer than 10 minutes). If you value privacy and tranquility, you will certainly enjoy this property. Small gripes and recommendations for improvement would be boosted wireless (though this is a problem we have encountered before in Cyprus) but meant we could not use the TV as it was internet based. Linens and towels very tired and laundered within an inch of his life. Beds were incredibly unforgiving but we did mention to agency and fair play to them, produced a slightly softer mattress within 24 hours (so many thanks!). We did feel the quality of the sun loungers were very basic and not in keeping with the grandeur of the property. Shower cubicles very small, but bearable for a holiday. House was cleaned regularly and pool cleaned daily, and overall we would highly recommend. FYI- no welcome basket provided so pick up milk and bread on the way in for breakfast the next morning. Also, this villa is slightly further up the road than the provided directions seem to indicate (another villa in between this one and the one the directions use as a marker).

Everything was perfect! Great value, nice secluded house. Extremely clean and close to Latchi beach, watersport We'll definitely be back.

Perfectly equipped villa, especially kitchen. Cool BBQ pool area. Villa is perfect to enjoy holidays with friends or family in Cyprus. Nearby all you may need- shops, sightseeings, beach.
