Very nice place, good space for hanging out between all the fun outings on MV. Great location between Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. The place could use more towels and dish towels as well as additional toilet paper and paper towels. It also wasn't clean when we arrived but was remedied quickly by customer service.

The location for this home is excellent; it's just over half a mile to the center of Oak Bluffs. Also, easy walk to East Chop where you get a lovely sea breeze and quiet neighbourhood, as well as a short drive to Vineyard Haven. The house was clean and instructions to get situated were easy to follow. It was a pleasant first-ever visit to Martha's Vineyard for me and my family, and a destination I would like to return to.

We wouldn't label this home as "charming" as the title states: We had recently rented this home along with another couple.The biggest concern was how filthy the house was. We came with two young children, one 15 month old and an 11 month old. Which Don knew about as I spoke to him several times prior to our arrival and specifically about the kids. The floors were dirty, there was dust under the best. the other couple, the wife found a dirty thong in their room. There were little gnats flying around. Seriously not conducive conditions to keeping young children. When we called Don to tell him about this, he said he can send a cleaning crew, the cleaning crew came and did nothing, because the house was still dirty. This house needs a serious cleaning. It doesn’t even smell fresh. My daughters socks were black every day from the floor. The house was actually cleaner when we left as we cleaned up. We used a few forks, as we mainly ate out, when we went to open the dishwasher before our departure it was packed with dishes, probably from the previous stay. Isn’t that the cleaning crews job to empty that???? The best part is that in the listing it is labeled that there are two “Queen” size beds, there is no way that the beds we slept on are Queen size beds, they are more like full. My husband has serious neck issues and he was literal physically sick after leaving, he barely was able to drive back home as he was in so much physical pain. He took over 10 advils. We were uncomfortable and overall not a good experience for us. I have been calling back to follow-up regarding our stay, they said they would call me back, which no one ever did.I then tried calling again, and no one answers the phone. At this point, pretty done with these games they are playing. Renters beware, I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.

This place is wonderfully located and wonderfully relaxing. I had everything we needed and was super clean!

The house has nice open concept with modern touches. From the well-stocked kitchen, large flat screen tv, and central air, everyone enjoyed relaxing after our beach and bike time. The house is only a mile from Oak Bluffs but beware that you have to travel on two busy roads to get there. It’s not ideal for walking or biking with children.

Great location. Located about 1 mile outside of the port, about a 20 min walk or we were able to grab an Uber for $14 each way.

The home is precisely as described. Very clean & spacious and well situated for temporary stays (WiFi, dishwasher, AC, cable, washer & dryer, etc.). Nice central location and an easy walk to the vibrant areas in Oak Bluffs. I recommend this home to visitors.

This was an absolutely pristine beautiful home in the Oaks Bluff area of Martha’s Vineyard. It was perfect for our family of four. It is about a 1 mile drive walk or bike ride into the village and the beaches. About 15 minutes from Edgartown beaches and shopping. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen was completely stocked and recently updated. There is a nice deck outside with a gas grill. Towels and linens were provided. There is a set of laundry machines as well as a dishwasher which is rare in beach house rentals. We love this house and would definitely come back

Loved it EXCEPT: initially unable to get in using backdoor lockbox as instructed(didn’t work-couldn’t unlock it). We were on forever hold with VACASA management/never reached anyone until we figured out another lockbox was on front door(didn’t work either-got key out but couldn’t lock the key in box at end of stay) I feel like we should get a discount on our cleaning fee as the cleaners left the floors under the furniture quite filthy(which we could see from standing from the side and we moved the furniture some to play a game). Cleaners need to simply run the mop under the open space below the furniture. Also the small coffee pot was disgusting with mold in the pot and the filter basket. Cleaners likely cleaned the big coffee pot but not the small one. We left the home cleaner than we arrived- I cleaned the coffee pot and dry-mopped the floors. The home had a nice fireplace with wood stacked in the back yard, but no instructions on how or whether we could use it(no fire starter materials). We would have loved to make a fire for the cold mornings.

My family really enjoyed our stay. It was a short 2 minute drive to Oak Bluffs which gave us easy access to restaurants, the ferry, and some amazing Back Door Donuts. The house was clean, updated, and more than spacious enough. A great choice we were glad we made.

Not very clean. Master bedroom bathroom window does not lock and that toilet runs after flushing. The toilet was dirty. Washing machine does not work...at least get clothes clean. The bathroom rugs were filthy..we put those in the washer when we left so the next party can have clean rugs. Pillow on the loveseat has a white stain smear on a pillow... (snot or worse), blinds on sliding glass door have blinds missing blinds..anyone can see in. The lockbox in the master bedroom would not open to get the extra key.
