Location was excellent. Communication with management company was very good. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay.

Felt like home.

The place was great for my wife and I and our two kids. It has a great view and just minutes from town. It was very peaceful and we had a wonderful time.

We stayed at the property for two days to celebrate a birthday in September. The location was perfect only a short walk to the Winter Park Resort. The property was clean and fairly well stocked. The only thing was that there were soap/shampoo dispensers in every shower, however they were not labled so it was hard to tell which one was which. Communication with the property manager was not the best. Access to the property manager was limited and it would take forever to get a response. The day before our departure we requested to check out at 11:15a instead of 10a because my daughter had to attend an online class. After waiting 15 hours for a response we were finally denied after I sent another message. The property manager said that she had cleaning crew coming to the house within minutes after our check out time and there was no way to change the time or if I wanted for them to come in later I had to pay extra. She said “I am sorry I could not accommodate your last minute request”. Interestingly, the property was not booked for the next four days. I have stayed at different VRBOs over the past 7 years and never had an owner deny a check out 1 hour later, especially if a property was going to be empty for the next few days. We ended up checking out at 10am and my daughter missed her class.

We had been locals to the area for many years prior to our stay. The property was affordable for the area. We would recommend to all freinds and family. It was wonderful and it felt like a home

While we were in Winter Park for our son’s wedding, we all agreed (daughter, SIL, and grandson) we wanted to return and definitely would stay in this unit again. It was clean, spacious and the views were incredible. It had everything we needed and we appreciated the garage and additional parking spot. It was very close to town but enough outside to have the beautiful views - amazing windows. Thank you! Definitely want to return.

This property was a great value and perfect for our family of 6. Clean. Great location and views. No hot tub, but this was expected. Would stay again.

We had an amazing time celebrating my daughters bday. The house was perfect. Cozy vibe with wonderful Mountain View’s. Very roomy, clean and lots of blankets for us Floridians lol. Close drive to many popular attractions. Can’t wait to come back!

This condo was an excellent fit for our group of 8. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The free shuttle to the WP base is really close to the front door.

Great stay overall, would recommend!

The view is nice, location is close to the shuttle and simple to get to town. The snowboard/ski/shoe removal/storage area on the ground floor is a positive. The garage was big enough for my full size pickup. The furniture in the sitting area is not comfortable. Couch needs new cushions. TV has blown speakers. The fireplace has an annoying thumping sound when it gets going. The master BR does not have any place to put luggage on...used a chair from dining table. The master bed is fairly hard. The master bath floor is extremely slippery when wet!!! Overall, good place to stay, but needs attention to upgrades for the price.

Location and the view was amazing. Overall the property met all of our needs. Small problem with the front door handle but we called and maintenance quickly came and repaired. The only other issue we had was the jetted hot tub was blowing black chunks from the lines. We cleaned and ran two more times but we’re unsuccessful to get the lines clean. We did not report the issue during our stay simply, because we did not want to deal with the hassle of maintenance. We took photos if you’d like to see. Thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 8 nights. To be honest, I didn’t want to review the property as it wasn’t great. There was a unique smell in the home that I can only describe as cat pee. The carpet near the main floor bathroom looked like they tried to clean it just before our arrival and was wet. That smell lingered everyday we were there - even with the doors open. Location was good. Amenities were good. But it would not book again.

Cleanliness is #1 when choosing a rental. The linens were freshly laundered, the unit spotless. Good variety of pots and pans and very quiet. Nice views of the mountains. Stayed with 2 yr old and it was easy to block off the stairs with their heavy wood dining chairs. Each room had a box fan available which made the summer temps bearable. Would def stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Charlotte is a kind host. And our needs were well taken care of.

Very convenient to winter park resort, especially if you have a driver to drop off the skiers. The house was great. Very comfortable and well equipped. The only small thing to mention is that the single air mattress has a slow leak. Worked okay for our situation but might be different for the next guest. Thanks!

Very quaint neighborhood by the Winter Park Resort. Easy navigation to the slopes and a quick drive to the town for groceries, rentals, and restaurants. Highly recommend

This condo was great!!! It accommodated our family of 5 perfectly and was close to the resort as well as a very short drive to downtown. There are absolutely no complaints!!!

This Property is in a great location right by winter park resort and very spacious. We had 7 people (3 Adults and 4 children) and we all had plenty of space. Highly recommend planning your winter vacation here.
