Property with plenty of space for young and senior members of our group. Kitchen stocked with enough cookware and utensils. Very quiet neighborhood.

I could not have selected a better home and location for first visit to Martha's Vineyard. The home was spacious and comfortable. It was a short distance to downtown beach and shops and with kids made it very convenient. I give it 5 Stars!!!

Good space for family but the spiders upstairs in the loft were wild. Also the couches need to be replaced or either cleaned. Beds were ok. Trash system is confusing.

It was a new house with lots of room for sleeping. One hairdryer for 3 bathrooms, and no laundry detergent starter pak.. kitchen was fine, had everything except ice cube trays.

Perfect for a group of friends or a family. Clean, huge backyard with BBQ and lots of seating. Have to say the response to messages was little to none but, super easy check in and check out.

The house is cute inside and nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of space to spread out for the six of us while we attended a three day wedding event. It was central to Oaks Bluff & Vinyard Haven. The house was clean and easy to access. My only grievance would be to leave instructions on how to operate the split systems for heat/AC for ones that are unfamiliar with it. I think the kitchen could be better equipped with decent glassware, pots and pans and serving platters, wood charcuterie board for the nights when we cooked in. The beds were quite comfortable but could use more decent bedding. I would recommend this place for groups requiring a place for family and friends.

We loved the location very close to the ferry and Oak Bluffs shops also not far from Edgartown. The house was very nice and had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to meet our needs. The only thing I would add is to place at least one full length mirror in the house so that you could check how you look before you leave , especially for special occasions.

This was the perfect location for our girls trip. The house was located on a quiet neighborhood while also being in walking distance to town. The house was clean and plenty of room for 10 adult women. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was great, clean, close to the scene in Oak Bluffs. Neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of space to spread out. We will stay again.

The house was very clean and well kept. Perfect location in walking distance of circuit Ave in oak bluffs. It was my fourth time visiting Martha’s Vineyard and each time was a different experience. That’s the beauty of the island!🙏

We attended a family wedding. The house was large enough for all of us. The beds were comfortable. There were some things in the home that needed repair like a broken window, twisted chair legs, several blinds, freezer handle and water heater (it was leaking quite a bit in the cellar). The sofas were dirty. Also before checkout time a person started to mow the lawn at a rather fast pace which was a little difficult when trying load the car and watch 3 year olds so they don't get hurt.

House was excellent for our group. Exactly as advertised and 5 minutes from Oak Bluffs. Would stay again !

We loved the accommodations and the space in the common area. But, there were no hooks in the bathrooms. Also there were no pot holders and minimal pots and pans. Spoons were also missing.

The house was very clean and comfortable. One of the best rental on the island Just booked a return trip for next year.

Perfect location. Clean. Spacious. Convenient to Oaks Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. Vacasa - not flexible, property management company. If property is cleaned and ready allow travelers to gain early access. Continue to adhere to check out times to ensure timeliness for cleaning. That's what owner's do.
