Very cozy and well-stocked location just blocks from the beach. Lots of beach gear for outings, books and games for indoor activities and even a basket of stuffies for kids! Would definitely stay here again, thanks!

This house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The three-floor layout was great for our family; we could be together as much as we wanted but also have a place for quiet time. The house was very clean, the beds comfortable, the shower nice and hot. The kitchen was well stocked with servicewear and cookwear, plus napkins and paper towels. We also liked how the owners decorated -- local flavor without being "beach cheesy." The location was central and felt safe. We'd stay here again!

My family and I loved our stay. We had more than enough space for the 4 of us and it was clean and very comfortable. We loved looking at all the different art work too. It was so nice and convenient to be able to walk to the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommend.

The home is so cozy, well decorated, and a great place to act as home base as you explore around Santa Cruz. My children adored the loft with it's toys and games and my teen was glad for her own space downstairs. We are planning our next trip already!

Our place was in the best location! My now husband and I were familiar with Santa Cruz and wanted to combine our elopement with an experience with my kids. The space was perfect for the kids, ages from 18-11. The accommodations were plentiful: beds were comfortable, beach cruisers, beach accessories, etc. We could walk or bike just about anywhere and it made for a beautiful time. Thank you so much.

Couldn't speak more highly of the owners and the place. Very conveniently located, clean, and the beds were super comfortable. I would rate it 5 stars, but one recommendation for the future would be to change the cleaning supplies to something with less of a smell. When we got in the smell was pretty strong downstairs and we had to air it out. Otherwise, it was fantastic and would 100% rent again!

What a perfect place for us to stay. We were in Santa Cruz for a wedding and the rental was so close to everything that we hardly had to drive. There’s the Boardwalk as well as a number of restaurants and the beach easily in walking distance. The house is well equipped with all kinds of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc. pretty much everything needed for a fun day at the beach is there. It is set up well for two sets of adults with two kids (12 & 10) and it offered everything we needed for a great time at the coast.

The house is in a perfect location and very convenient.

We were in town for a wedding and I rented the house for my family. We live all over the country and so getting together is very important to me. The house couldn’t have been better. It was spacious and could accommodate all of us hanging out in the living area. The location was ideal. Walked absolutely everywhere. You will not be disappointed.

Great place near the beach and boardwalk

My family and I had such an amazing time that I have already rebooked for next summer! The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to Verve and Seabright Beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We made lunches and dinners with food from the local grocer Shoppers Corner. We especially enjoyed the Natural Bridges beach nearby, which was a beautiful sight to see. The boardwalk is also very close by, but we never made it because there was just so much to do in the surrounding area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Santa Cruz.

This property was wonderful! Easy walk to the Boardwalk and the main beach. The condo was very clean…even sanitary strips on the toilets upon arrival. Something we have never seen before at a rental property. Very kid friendly..but there is a circular stairway up to the sleeping loft where our grandsons were sleeping, so just be ready for that. We also have a medically fragile grandson and the mid-level living room set up worked great for his needs. Access is only by stairs so his wheelchair was a bit of a challenge, but do-able. And parking…what a breeze! We all loved the casual, beachy decor which added to a really enjoyable weekend. Thank you Linda and Steve for sharing your wonderful property. We would love to stay again! Awesome rental! Kids room had 3 twin beds great for my girls with lots of stuffed animals and games😀 kitchen well stocked, nice washer and dryer awesome beach toys and chair selection with outdoor storage.

Convenient location to all conveniences, beach and Boardwalk. Cozy and comfortable house with plenty of conveniences. Great parking. Safe. We'll stay here in future if ever in Santa Cruz again. Thanks

The entire stay was awesome. The townhouse great highly recommended. Linda and Steve have everything you can think of stocked in the townhouse. Its close the beach and the boardwalk. Very clean and spacious. Will definitely come back.

We made a quick vacation to Santa Cruz while grandkids were in town. This house was everything we needed and exactly how it was described. Great location, close to everything. Hosts were easy to work with. I would recommend!

Great condo in very convenient location. Very comfortable and perfect for a family get together. Close to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and Seabright beach, this condo couldn’t have been better for our family Thanksgiving celebration.

Overall the place was clean. We were happy it was centrally located for everywhere We wanted to go …communication with the lady was a little bit sketchy, and I wish I would’ve known the staircase, leading to one of the spare bedrooms, which is upstairs was really steep for the children and I don’t think it’s SAFE for a little kids , they had to be supervised also not safe for elderly … thank you

This House had exactly what we were looking for. Size enough for our Family and Walking distance to both the beach and the Boardwalk. The Owner was both gracious and flexible. Lovely Stay.

Convenient location to take advantage of local golf courses. A short walk to Seabright Beach. Parking provided behind the townhouse. Five beds for five people. Perfect!

The spaces are comfortably laid out, the beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood with charming old Santa Cruz bungalows. I highly reccommend it and we will be going back again.
