We loved this villa. It was perfect in every way. The outside space is pretty amazing and we loved the location. We walked into Polis for an evening meal most nights and went to a fabulous bakery for breakfast, the pastries are something else. Close to the beach and the harbour is just up the road. We hired a boat for the day which was just the best. Excellent communication throughout. Totally recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This villa is great.. eos, vrbo and others advertise it as "a luxury villa" however, in my opinion it is not luxury at all, but that depends on your definition of luxury. To me everything offered should work properly such as all the interior, exterior and pool lighting, for which we had to ask to be actioned, also the 2 large water spouts that flow into the main pool do not work. When we asked for them on, the response was, "they just dont work". Well for me, change your advertised images then. It is the little things sometimes that make a difference, like all the outside lighting having the same type/colour of bulb in them, curtains that close properly and are the right width. The kitchen is tiny with little worktop space and a 2 slice toaster for a villa that caters for 9 peoplel just isn't good enough. This may sound picky but they advertise it as "luxury"... The villa is very spacious both inside and outside and is certainly well worth staying at. Its location is perfect, quiet and easily accessible. One thing that did annoy us was... on the last day checkout is 10.00am but the cleaners arived at 8.00am and started cleaning outside, quite noisily in my opinion. It felt like they were trying to get us leave as soon as possible to make their lives easier.. Overall excellent villa... just not luxury though...

Such a Nice Place, very private and spacious inside and outside. Nice cleaning and pool service. Well equipped. Close to the nice polis center.

If you are expecting something chic and trendy and sparkling new, this perhaps isn't the right villa for you? It is spacious and homely - decor a bit old fashioned, but clean, tidy and really well equipped. The pool area is amazing and gorgeous sea and mountain views. Water a bit chilly as we stayed in April. We didn't use the BBQ area - but looks so impressive with its bar area!! Two families would be very comfortable here - so much space and great garden too. Located near Latchi, Polis and Drouseia it has a great central location - but you do need a car. I would highly recommend- and Singh was a very helpful handyman/host - thank you!!!

Villa is exceptional, the pictures were great but when we got there we instantly knew we got well beyond what we paid for it - the view is expectional from it as well. Staff were great at communcating with us whenever we had a question. Living room slightly smaller than expected - but given the limited time we spent inside, this wasnt a big issue for us.

The villa is set in beautiful gardens with spectacular views- and within 2 minutes drive to Polis. The beds were a little uncomfortable... but other than that all was good. We had a few issues with the wifi - however - the owners quickly dealt with the issue.

Great relaxing stay at Villa Mandola

A very nice villa in a quite area. A 10 minute walk to a mini market, an ice cream shop and a nice bakery. On the same street is a couple of restaurants. A car is recommended and the beach is only a five minute drive. The Papantoniou Supermarket is onlyu a 15 minute drive but is expensive and lacked choice. I would recommend the Philippos Supermarket which is a 30 minute drive but is a lot better. Everyone had a great time and i would highly recommend this villa.

The property is well laid out with a fantastic pool and near amenities (although we would say a car is required). It is marketed as a luxury property and this is where we felt it was a little disappointing as there was very little provided. The kitchen is well stocked in terms of equipment - although the dishwasher on top of the washing machine made it very difficult to use. But we were left two bottles of water and some over-ripe fruit (which had actually gone mouldy by day two). This meant we had to buy everything in order to be able to use the kitchen - from salt to bin bags. The cleaner visited once during the stay but only mopped one area of the kitchen (the bed was also changed). It was not as described in the information we received ahead of our stay. With such a light clean and no cleaning products provided, it was difficult to clean to our own standards. Overall the villa is very nice, just a few more touches needed to really earn "luxury" status.

The villa is as advertised (or better). We particularly enjoyed the fantastic pool area. The main pool has a fence which is great for families with little kids as you do not need to constantly watch out for them . The house is extremely well equipped with everything you need and more. A car is definitely needed in our opinion.

Beautiful well equipped villa within walking distance of a bakery, restaurants and ice cream shop! Well equipped for babies with a high chair, cot, games and safe pool

The Villa is like a palace! The outdoor space is fantastic and the views are excellent. The weather in Polis wasn't good great mornings, but every day the clouds rolled in at lunchtime and it was overcast and showery all afternoon - it must be due to the surrounding mountains. Polis anfd the locality is a lovely area, nice and quiet, good walks and a great variety of restaurants.

The outdoor space was exceptional, which is the most important factor for a summer holiday, we had everything we needed and it was all laid out in a well thought out manner. The location could not have been better as the right balance of privacy yet close enough to the local town of Polis and Latchi has been achieved. The villa was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Most liked: The Villa and its grounds When we arrived at the villa it was immaculately clean and the "Welcome Pack" was most useful. Throughout our stay the villa, pool and garden were very well maintained and the Caretaker, Mr Dami, was most attentive and helpful. We thought that the villa was attractively and comfortably furnished and very well equipped so that we lacked nothing. We also liked the convenience of its location being near to a very good bakery and the shops and restaurants of Polis of which we most enjoyed Moustakallis. Overall we were very pleased by Mandola Rosa and hope that it will be available if and when we again plan a holiday in Cyprus.

The Mandola-Rosa is a stuning villa in a beautiful and quiet location. The inside and outside space was immaculate on arrival. The villa is completely unoverlooked. The owner visited us twice which was absolutely fine as we prefer to be left to our own devices and we had contact numbers if there were any problems. We will most definately be booking again for next year.

The outside areas of the villa are a real highlight of the property. The pool is excellent with ample aspects of sun and shade to relax and the barbeque/bar area are well designed and a pleasure to use. We might book again We will recommend to family and friends
