Wonderful property. We really wanted to stay right on the ocean. This property give us just that. Clean updated and fully stocked.

I can't say enough about this beautiful condo. The design makes cohabitating with friends and family very easy. The views! Turtles, fish, surfers, snorklers, canoes and cruise ships, sunsets, always something amazing waiting on this lanai. There are fans in every room and a lovely breeze from the ocean. The condo is well appointed. We wanted for nothing.

Nothing beats being right on the ocean with complete privacy for sunsets and sunrises! What a beautiful view. This space had everything we needed and Holly was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent location and close to downtown and everything. I would lounge on the balcony and watch the surfers, and we were lucky enough to watch the turtles as well!

Great location, just south of town but not too far. Several easy ways to exit Kona and explore the rest of the island. Like most places, it doesn't look like much from the outside but inside the unit is beautiful with a stunning picture postcard view. We chose this unit for the beautiful large lanai with big table. That is where we took all our meals. We did a lot of cooking and the unit is well stocked with everything you could possibly think of. Literally I could not come up with anything I needed that was not there. There are plenty of extras, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and lots of other things. All of the furnishings are high quality. There was a lot of care put into maintaining this unit that I don't often see elsewhere. It came with plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and more. That was not expected. Things like silverware were higher quality which was nice because I'm used to finding cheap mismatched furnishings in some of these rentals. When we checked into the unit, the TV was set to play Hawaiian music, the sliding glass doors were open and it was like walking into a dream. This building also has an elevator which I guess some of them don't. So that's a big plus. If we returned to Kona we would happily stay here again.

Wonderful location. Great accommodations. This was the best equipped unit we have rented. Holly was more than helpful in dealing with some minor issues. Highly recommend this unit.

The home was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed (and more!). We loved sitting on the lanai eating breakfast and watching the surfers catch waves. The weather in Kona was warm, but we never needed the AC, and we slept with the lanai doors open and listened to the waves crash. Location was the perfect distance from downtown. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to big island.

This condo has everything you could need, except maybe a chip clip! We made good use of the rice cooker and the kitchen to cook and help save money during the trip. Every morning we were greeted by unbeatable views and turtles in the ocean. While we spent most days exploring the island, the view of the ocean from the lanai was still one of the best. The bathrooms can get stuffy from no ventilation, but the unit had some fans that we used to help increase airflow along with cool water showers! The whole family had a great time.

The property was just as described online, if not better. The view couldn't have been more perfect and the lanai furniture was so comfortable to enjoy the view. The house was well stocked and had all the necessity items we needed. The road-side bedroom was a little loud, but not bothersome, and was expected per the description. Our kids didn't have trouble sleeping in that room. Communication with the host was great. We'd stay here again!

The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking. It is centrally located which is a huge benefit as well. I already miss my morning tea on the lanai.

Location is fantastic. Very well equipped with lots of extra beach stuff. Could use more plates, bowls, mugs, glasses. Smaller bedroom will not cool down even trying to blow cool air in with available fans. Granddaughter was sweating at night.

Beautiful setting once you enter the condo. The fans were on and the tv had Hawaiian music playing. The view of the ocean and sunsets are incredible from the balcony. Its in a great location. It has comfortable beds and pillows. Nice towels and amenities. Some of the fixtures need to be replaced as they show some rust due to the salt water but overall its clean and best of all no moldy smell like some places have near the water. We would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent 5* rental on top of the water and surf spot. All the amenities you need and a very good AC split if you want it less humid, it was 80/80 temp humidity when we were there, a life savior…. Wonderful and one of the best we have stayed at. Enjoy

We loved our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and we loved enjoying the view and sounds of the waves from the balcony.

It was our first time on the Big Island and we wanted to see many places so we didn’t spend a lot of time on the beach. So the location was perfect even though the beach outside the property is not very swimmable. The views are spectacular especially the sunsets.

This was great for our needs--a golden anniversary stay with our son, his wife and our grandson. The view was fantastic, with ocean on one side and (to our surprise) a distant view of the glow from Mauna Loa's eruption from the other side. The main bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry facilities were great, although the second bedroom was smaller and noisier during an early morning trash pickup. The pool and the water equipment (snorkel, pool noodles, etc.) were a big plus, as were the laundry and kitchen supplies.

This was the perfect stay for our family of four. Had everything pretty much anything one could asked for in terms of space, complete kitchen, generous amenities, location, amazing views and a great host too! This will definitely be a top memorable stay for our family. Hope to be back soon!!

Holly is an excellent manager/owner! We had five adults that comfortably stayed in the condo! The beds were super comfortable, plenty of linens, amazing views! We will be back!

I love this place! My family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights. We were in town for a wedding. The views are gorgeous, you can see sea turtles swimming, fish. Surfers out everyday which we really enjoyed watching. Clean and nicely decorated. Well stocked. Great location! We definitely will be returning for a vacation soon!

I can't say enough good things about our trip. It truly felt like home away from home. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We spent so much time on the lanai which was such a nice place to read, work or relax. The condo has been updated and contains very nice furnishings and amenities which really made it feel like home. My mother loved falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean. We were truly sad to leave.

Best place we've ever stayed. They had everything (snorkeling gear, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards). A/C was great in the evenings. View was unbeatable.

Perfect getaway for myself and friends. Spectacular views, clean, and everyone there was super kind. Holly has everything you need and more to accommodate your stay. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything you need. Pool and Hot tub super clean and never overcrowded. I would definitely stay here again if I ever travel this way.

Beautiful property and location. The common property and condo were well maintained. The condo was equipped with a well-provisioned kitchen, very comfortable furniture and plenty of towels. Hours were spent on the lanai enjoying the waves, colorful fishes, surfers, extraordinary sunsets and just relaxing. At night, fell asleep to the sounds of the waves. Holly was amazing to work with. Could not have asked for more.
