Die Lage ist perfekt! Ganz nah am Meer, Restaurants, Cafés, Supermarkt und Wäscherei.
Es ist alles(ausser Badezimmer) sehr alt und Renovierungs bedürftig, Lift hat ab und zu nicht funktioniert. Die Küche habe ich gar nicht benutzt weil es so schmutzig und alt war, es gab auch sehr wenig Geschirr und Küchen Utensilien.

Although the cleaning lady came once at every 2 days, she didn’t bother actually cleaning. Only made the beds and superficially cleaned the room and the bathroom.
Only issues it was this, everything else was exceptional.
Woul stay there again.

Accueil au top, emplacement au top, peut être un peu galère pour se garer en pleine saison, mais hors saison aucun soucis. Nous avions réservé un appartement 1 chambre double et 2 canapé lit pour 2 couples. Cuisine en commun, avec pour chaque "chambre" sa propre salle de bain. Très pratique, les canapés lits sont très confortables. Personnels très accueillant au bar, piscine très propre. Bref vraiment un super hôtel.

L’amabilité de la serveuse
Chambre pas très propre, linges sales et odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain durant tous le séjour, je déconseille vivement cet hôtel. L’odeur était vraiment insupportable et prenait sur toute la chambre. Difficile de dormir avec une telle odeur et je n’osais même pas aller me doucher.

It was close to all the shops in case we needed anything. The staff were so friendly. The pool was always kept clean and the view from the room was phenomenal. Also Nacho makes the best drinks.

Good for a few night stay of you expect not so much and spend your time on the beach or outside.
Minimal decoration and equipments (no fridge). Not daily cleaning.
Not for the hotel: loud neighbours, thin walls.

The location was amazing, 2 minute walk to the beach and just a short walk outside is pubs and nice restaurants as well as knock off shops and mini marts. The staff were very friendly, the Bartender there Tom made great cocktails and provided a good chat for a solo traveller lol

Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to everything, could not fault our stay. Stayed for 1 week and enjoyed the whole time. If i ever make it back over from Australia, will definitely be staying here!

Kitchenette was poor, we had a leaky tap in the kitchenette. Apart from this the rest of the accommodation and rest of the hotel was good.

The location is perfect - right next to the main shopping street in C'an Picafort. The staff is very kind as well - we had a very early departure (7 a.m.) and they opened the breakfast restaurant ahead of schedule for us, so we wouldn't miss out.
The breakfast was a typical English breakfast. Good for a few days, after that you wish for some diversity. The parking is located on the street and there are no reserved spots for the guests of the hotel.
