All perfect. The room, the breakfast fantastic, and they give you what you need for a good vacation. I will definitely come back.

The room was specious (sleeping and leaving part, very small balcony). You will have two wardrobes at your disposal. The was properly cleaned every day. The hotel provides towels and umbrellas for the swimming pool and the beach. The breakfast is various and reach.

This is not a little hotel as the 'petit hotel' French description might suggest. The hotel consists of two buildings, the breakfast and dining parts might be crowded. It is located next to the street. There is no parking, you need to leave the car in the street in front of the building. We were there in September so the parking place was usually available, I can imagine however this can be really problematic in the high season. The design of the room is definitely old-fashioned and outdated, and simply... old. Bathroom calls for urgent refreshment with peeling paint and corroded shower parts. The kitchen stove dates probably the 90., difficult to be used. The kitchen itself is relatively well equipped. We stayed there for a few nights, having tea, coffee, salt and pepper in the room would help a lot. Matelas was rather old, not so comfortable. But bad sheets always very clean and fresh.

The location was good, the room was ample and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The WiFi in the room was very very poor despite complaining. It worked on the balcony! No parking at the hotel grounds but plenty on the road outside.

The staff are wonderful, the breakfast was great, and the rooms are spacious.

The hotel lacks style or aesthetic character and feels much more like a big box hotel than in its listing pictures. The other clientele were all families and older tourists.

Really nice small Spanish hotel which was what I was looking for, took me a while to find this hotel as there seems to be alot of all inclusive in Majorca. The bus stop is across the road from the hotel literally 2 seconds walk which takes you round the island, about 40 mins to alcudia. You can walk down to Can Picafort main centre in about 20 mins or the less quieter sea front area in about 10 from the hotel. The rooms are big we booked a twin which had a kitchen and separate seating area!

Hotel is in need of abit of tlc just small things like the exterior needs painting and the pool is starting to look abit untidy. Which is just wear and tear over the years!

Lovely hotel with the great friendly staff.

Great little Hotel. Staff were excellent and really looked after the guests. Restaurant buffet food was excellent as was the table service that we sometimes took in the afternoon. Very clean & good facilities, including bike storage and a workshop.

Nothing bad to say here.

The personal, they are really kinder friendly, and make everything they can to make the guests feel comfortable.

The dinner sometimes had no much taste or was not enough fresh.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Even though it’s quite dated it’s very well maintained and the facilities don’t feel old at all. It’s spotless clean and very comfortable. Our apartment was spacious and the kitchen was super useful - we found all the basic things we needed. Daily cleaning is a huge plus. The forest view is very calming. The apartment was very quiet, AC worked properly, bed was on the softer side but surprisingly comfortable too and we slept very well for the whole week. We loved the breakfast with a huge selection of fresh fruit, nuts, sweets and salty stuff. All the staff was lovely. We also loved a chest with things you might need in the common space where we borrowed two beach umbrellas for the whole stay. It’s where you can leave some of your stuff you can’t take back home too. It’s fairly easy to park a car near the hotel. We never had to walk more than 100metres. Very well located, only a short drive from some amazing quiet beaches. Highly recommend, will definitely come back!

I like the location of the hotel because it was a bit off the seashore, so it wasn't too noisy and crowded. However, the nearest beach is around 400-500m far away. The hotel has a lovely pool, gym and kids area to play. Food was good, great variety of meals. Room very spacious, a bit outdated but clean and comfortable.

Beautiful and cosy, family-owned hotel with a soul where it feels like you are getting home. This hotel is not the fanciest one, nor the newest one. Yet, it has everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday experience because you feel that the personnel does care. A special HUGE thanks go for the idea of having a reused box, where customers leaving home can leave their beach stuff for the next cohort of visitors—a true example of a circular economy in action. We also sincerely enjoyed that the hotel had a small territory but was quite green - which is quite rare on Mallorca.

Given that the hotel is 25 years old, we had a bit of a humidity smell in our family room. But it was bearable to live, and it was a minor obstacle.

good breakfast, staff give their best

Poor Price/Quality ratio. Buildings and rooms are outdated. Insects in the bathroom and mattresses are ready to throw away in the container. no free drinking water.

There were small ants everywhere. They didnt do anything even we asked. The breakfast was same everyday. They should make some changes. The room was old especially the bathroom. We paid almost 200€ per night. And honestly it is too much for such a bad hotel.

Its a bit distant from the beach, but with car everything is perfect!
