Very beautiful place to stay

Clean 3rd floor condo. Owner’s communication was excellent! We have stayed in this unit previously and highly recommend. Jim and Linda (downstairs neighbors) were very helpful and friendly.

Our family of 4 had a great time staying here. Great communication with the owners. Condo was clean and just what we needed for a few days. The pool was nice and never crowded. Close walking distance to center of the boardwalk. We plan to stay again next summer!

The condo was clean and the location was great. Perfect for a family of three or four. The owners were quick to responding and easy to get in touch with for questions.

Property as advertised, clean, centrally located.

Myself, my husband, and my two kids (8&6) stayed here for a week. It was wonderful. A block from the boardwalk, inbetween both piers. A block from the beach. The owners were pleasant and easy to speak with any time they were needed. There is a pub next door that could be loud, but in your room with the tv on, you cant even hear it! The condo itself was very clean and it was great having everything on hand. I highly recommend Key Colony Condos for your stay at Wildwood. We will absolutely be utilizing them in the future!

Carol & John were great; super nice & very quick to respond. Checking in was an easy process & the condo itself was perfect for my family, as well as the location was perfect. The neighbors were super nice and made enjoying the deck & pool easy. I have 3 daughters ranging from 2-10 and they had a blast this week. As well as parking we had no issue we have a large suv and we had no issues with parking. I definitely look forward to booking another week next summer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We rented for a week here. This place was very clean and in an awesome location! There was a small pool that was great for my son on days we didn't feel like hitting the beach. There was also a country music festival the weekend we were leaving so we got to see fireworks 2 nights which was a fun little addition. I didn't see any sheets or towels which I forgot to bring but that was not a big deal because there is Walmart and a bunch of other stores close by. All in all we had a fantastic time and are definitely planning on going back next year!

First, let me say that communication was excellent, including being contacted as soon as the property was ready on our check-in day. The condo was very clean and our stay was pleasant. Other owners were on site during our stay and were pleasant and friendly. They even checked on us following a heavy rain to make certain that there were no leaks in the roof. The listing was accurate and the condo was as described. There was a stove, microwave, and Keurig. (There is also a coffee maker, but my teenage daughter LOVES the Keurig!) The only thing that I would like to add, not as a criticism, but a "heads-up," is that the parking spaces are tight. Our vehicle is a large SUV and it was difficult to park it when other cars were in their spaces. In particular, there was another large SUV in the space next to us. Overall, wonderful stay! Thank you Carol and John!!

Good location

The property was very convenient to all areas of the boardwalk and to the beach! owners were very nice and any questions that u had answered you immediately.were great to work with! The property was very clean and quiet!Would have liked to see a fewer new updates to the inside, but overall was great!

The location of the complex is perfect. Not even two blocks from the center of the boardwalk and easy access to the beach. Short walks to other restaurants and activities. This unit is perfect for a small family. The pool is small, but great for kids and a little cool down after the beach. Carol and John were great communicators and made renting and check-in very easy.

Nice small place, close to the boardwalk.

This is a great condo complex to stay at, private parking under building, very nice pool area, just enough pool to cool off after long day on beach or boardwalk. Quiet area people very friendly, deck has plenty of tables and lounge chairs to soak up sun, laundry was clean (1) washer and (1) dryer $ No handicap access, 2 or 3 flights of stairs.

This is the second time staying with Carol and John and both times were great! The property was always clean upon arrival. It's a great location a block and a half from the central portion of the boardwalk. You have a reserved parking spot which is great because I noticed Wildwood has added a LOT more metered parking. The complex is family oriented with a small pool that's perfect for swimming while someone cooks dinner in the condo or on one of the two property grills. Carol is always super fast to answer any questions you have. The WIFI works great and I know that's super important these days. I would 100% recommend this to any small family! Thanks for another great stay Carol and sorry I didn't get around to writing a review last year! Please forgive me!

I had a wonderful stay at Carol & John's condo-the location was great, the surrounding neighbors were very nice. I communicated with Carol several times and she was always nice and responded promptly. I would stay at their condo again without reservation and hope to do so. Thank you Carol for making my vacation and enjoyable one.
