This was a gem! We had everything we needed, and the property managers made sure we knew everything to make our check in, stay, and check out a breeze.

The condo was clean and comfortable. One issue was that the master bedroom door would not lock. Had to block it with luggage. The check in and check out was very convenient. Ocean properties communication was top notch. We were disappointed in the pool. Very small and water was cloudy. No view of beach area at all from pool. The lack of restroom facilities near the pool or beach was a real pain. Having to go to the condo each time was very inconvenient. We won’t be staying here again because of these concerns.

Very clean everything that we needed was there kitchen accessories, washer dryer towels decorated very nice wonderful view right on the beach would recommend rated 5 stars.

Convenient and safe location. Condo layout was perfect for our family. Located right on the beach, walk straight out to the sand. Beautiful views from both sides of the building. Walk or very short drive to lots of great restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay. We used the workout room and enjoyed walking to many places. Plenty of room.

We took my elderly mom and aunt for a weekend getaway. The condo was great. It was clean and everything worked as it should. The weather didn't cooperate but we had a good time anyway. There is just a short boardwalk to the beach with no stairs so we were able to get my 82 year old mom on the beach.

We've stayed at Gulf Shores many times and we almost always stay at Island Royale. We love the area it's very family friendly with a lot to do. We love the convenience of Island Royale. This condo was great. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked well for a rental unit. One thing I noticed that was so thoughtful that I've never had in another unit was each bathroom was given body wash, shampoo and conditioner. This is a little thing but it's great that first day until you can go buy what is needed if you didn't pack those items. The view is beautiful. We loved the condo and had no issues at all with it. However, I would love to see an area set up at the resort where unopened food could be given to those in need so it's not waisted. We always buy to much food and it's usually not opened but it's not things we can take back with us. I just think that would be a great way to help others that may be in need. Overall, I highly recommend this condo.

The condo was extremely clean and comfortable, the cleaners did a great job. They provided everything we needed for a wonderful visit. We loved the comfortable king bed and slept great, listening to the waves below. Check-in was flawless, with everyone being courteous and helpful. Loved the master bath, everything was very convenient. Condo had nice comfortable furniture, new appliances and beautiful decor. We had coffee on the spacious balcony each morning and was entertained by several dolphins almost every day. Thank you for a great visit!!

The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The easy beach access was awesome. The pool was a little smaller than we expected, but wasn't overcrowded. Overall very accommodating.

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family of 4 and my parents. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made it ideal. There was plenty of space for all of us. The washer and dryer came in handy. The balcony was our favorite! We were always on it. There were plenty of chairs and even a table. We ate out there often. The condo had everything we needed - cups, plates, utensils, pots&pans, etc. There wasn't anything we needed that they didn't have. The view from the balcony was perfect and the location was great. Really close to everything. Directions were clear and booking was super easy. I highly recommend this unit!

Exactly as described. The view of the beach was amazing. Parking was as described and extremely close to the elevator. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. I would rent this unit again and I have already recommended to friends.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property over the Christmas holiday. Clean, cozy, and quiet - perfect for family time and to relax. Spectacular views of the beach from the balcony. Take advantage of the early morning sunrise - will blow your mind!

We have stayed at multiple condos during our Thanksgiving get-away each year. This is by far the greatest condo we have stayed in! The condo is exactly as advertised. The beds were very comfortable as well as the other furniture. Management was extremely easy to work with from start to finish. We'll definately return!

Condo unit was very nice, loved having an end unit and large lanai. Some furniture was not as new as in the pictures and some of the kitchen cabinets need repair. The entrance door to the unit needs repainted. Appliances are a little dated, but all worked fine. Beds were great and plenty of room in the condo.

Pool area could use some updating, as well as outdoor exposure. Parking was not as quoted

Good location. Very short walk to the beach, which is awesome! Will stay here again! If I had to say anything negative it would be about the beds.. they were not that comfortable and could be updated
