Beautifully kept and decorated Ho'olei property. Incredible views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maui Breeze Retreat. The lodging was beautiful, clean, well stocked and had a lovely ocean view. Communication with the owner and on-island manager was top-notch. The complex was very quiet and extremely well kept. Wailea itself was a dream… long sandy beaches, snorkeling offshore and many conveniences at a shopping center a short walk away. We loved it!

Could not have been happier with our stay, this past June! It is a gorgeous house, fully stocked and was close to everything we needed. Eating dinners on the lanai was the absolute best part of our family vacation. We will be back!

We loved this townhome. It is fantastic in every way. The location is great, and it is a far nicer property than photos show. It has a completely equipped kitchen with everything you could ever need during your stay. The view from the lanai is breathtaking during sunset. This townhome was our home away from home during our stay on Maui. The owner has thought of everything.

I’m home! Absolutely every single aspect of this amazing home was perfect. Took our breath away when we entered. The master bedroom is so large and inviting, yet so cozy. The lanai out of the MB was a perfect spot for our morning coffee. Peaceful! The bed was very comfortable. The master bath and attached walk in closet allowed organization which is very important for me to be zen! The main area- kitchen and family room is crazy perfect! Owner has thought of every detail. And when the sliders are open all the way - Heaven! Many nights we would watch the stars from the upper lanai. Kitchen is well equipped. Thank you for the pineapple and other little extras! We grilled the pineapple out on the lanai our last morning and it was delicious! Eric was so accommodating in our request for use of the pool towels since out flight home did not leave until 7:00 pm. We are planning a return trip in 2027 and hopefully can stay in this exact place! The location is perfect for eating establishments and the various beaches. Thank you again for an amazing vacation!

This property is five stars in every respect. Exceptionally well appointed with everything we needed for an enjoyable week in Maui. Beautifully kept and in near perfect condition. Perfectly located in Wailea with ample privacy while still being only a 10-minute walk from the beaches and shops. Communication from the owner and property management company were top notch. They were helpful and accommodating in every way. Our kids loved the onsite pool and other property amenities. Stellar view of the ocean from the lanai. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Place is amazing. One of the best locations in the area. It's huge. Better than the pictures. It became the go to place for dinners because it could easily accommodate all of our families.

We loved the condo! Great location, easy walk to the beach and pool. Beautiful pool for the complex. Unit is very well appointed. Property manager responded very quickly to any questions. Definitely recommend!!

This townhome is wonderful. The location, view, space, and amenities are top notch and the service from the owner and property manager were fantastic. It is truly a special property.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Steve, the owner, was incredibly prompt in responding to my inquiries and helped us arrange outings. The condo is equipped with everything you need. We loved having our morning coffee on the Lanai and enjoying the view. The pool is fun and the beach is just a short walk.

Absolutely loved this place! We had the best time whale watching from the lanai and relaxing. Can’t wait to book again!

Gorgeous and functional indoor+outdoor space for a family vacation in an amazing location. Exceptional communication from both the owner and contact on the island. Amenities offered by owner as well as Ho’olei neighborhood amenities were fantastic. We cannot wait to come back!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at the villa. Communication with the host and the property manager was super easy. The location is perfect and the view is gorgeous. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. Will definitely return in the future.

We had a wonderful trip. The condo was excellent. We look forward to coming back!

Stayed in November 2022 with 4 adults and 2 kids. Every single detail was perfect from start to finish. The townhome is exactly as-described and pictured (and then some). Check-in couldn't have been easier with door/garage codes sent ahead of time. Small details like a welcome basket and fully stocked kitchen (even salt/pepper, spices, oil, etc) were above and beyond. Every appliance/electronic in the home were in great working order. The star of the townhome is the corner sliding doors that completely retract and open onto the upper lanai with ocean views! Walking distance to the Ho'olei pool, Grand Wailea, and Shops at Wailea so location is A+! Communication before and during our trip with both the owner and on-island property manager was always prompt and helpful. We'll be staying here again in the future for sure!

I mentioned to the manager that I loved the water thermoses that received in my welcome basket the year before and she returned days later with four water thermoses for me to take home! The place is well stocked, plenty of space (3k SF!) for two families with kids, a laundry room (key for families!), and a huge lanai with gorgeous views of the ocean. The place is conveniently located 10 mins from the Wailea Beach and the Grand Wailea shops. Since we didn't have pool access to the Grand Wailea resort pool, the owner was nice enough to arrange lounge chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and towels at the beach. Steve, the owner, was always quick to reply to my messages. We really loved our stay and agree that these villas are the way to go when we visit Maui. I highly recommend Steve's place. You will not be disappointed!

The Townhome was beautiful and had everything we needed for fun and relaxation. The kitchen was well equipped and the owner was terrific. The neighborhood was delightful. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will hope to stay there the next time we return to Maui

Beautiful and perfect property for a party of six. Very well equipped. All we needed during our stay was there. Nice view on the ocean. Well located in a calm gated neighborhood. Steve, the owner, and Rhonda, the property manager, want to make sure your stay is great and it shows from the beginning to the end. Communicating with them is a breeze. Will surely try to rent this property again if we come back to Maui in the future.

As one of the buildings at the top of a hill, this unit has an excellent view of the ocean with spectacular Hawaiian sunsets. Large kitchen with Subzero refrigerator had everything we needed and more. Patio/terrace is well-furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and a dining table. It also has BBQ that we did not use. Beds were very comfortable. We may buy the same mattress for our own house! Bathrooms are super-fancy, luxury style. Across the street from the Shops at Wailea, which was very convenient. Pool was great and a short walk down the hill. Family loved it! Good stock of beach equipment, sand toys in the garage. The owner was prompt with replies, very helpful, and professional. Looking forward to the next stay here!

What an amazing home….we had plenty of space for everyone compared to booking a couple rooms at the Marriott. In the past we have spent two weeks on island splitting it with a week at a Ka’anapali and a week in Wailea. Looking at dates for next year to book this property again!

Spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. Equipped kitchen, great view. Exceeded my expectations. Half-hour drive to most things you'd like to do and see.
