We had never been to the Big Island before, so we had no clue on location. I think we stumbled into one of the best locations on the island! Great walks all around, private beach club access and the facility itself was very quite and beautifully maintained. The house was very well appointed - great bikes, boogie boards, chairs- really well set up! I wish, especially for the price point, the house would have been a little cleaner…but overall really great house, great location, had all the amenities you’d need for a great trip!

Great property with a nice mountain view (very clean and spacious)! Only issue was having to share the backyard with the adjoining property, which we knew about ahead of time, but still thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. Property was sparkling clean, well appointed with everything we needed, and communication from management was excellent.

This property was even better in person than pictures. There was 6 of us and we had lots os space. It was well equipped great Bbq and back yard. The beds were comfortable and view was incredible. First time staying in the Mauni Lani area and we loved it. The Mauni Lani beach club beach was very nice and we were only a 10 minute drive from some of the best beaches. We will be back forsure!!!!

Very good there was a few broken window shades, snorkel, and a bike that had a broken pedal. We had a great time and would stay there again though we feel that 10:00 AM is too early for check out

We felt instantly at home in this very comfortable house. The spacious layout was perfect for our family. It provided privacy for everyone and great gathering spaces as well. All the amenities, pool and club house, bikes, snorkel gear just added to the enjoyment of the location. Love it!

We've staying in this neighborhood before. The home was perfect for our needs and extremely well stocked with beach gear to make going to the beach club even more enjoyable. Just pack your swimsuit and flipflops and you are set.

We had a lovely time in this beautiful home in Mauna Lani. The closeness of the private & black sand beach was a big bonus!

The location is incredible the condo was gorgeous, beds comfortable, clean clean clean, the kitchen is wonderful, access to the market place amd beach were great. We loved riding the bikes. Will 100% come back? Oh and the pool is beautiful!

Clean, open space with a large master bedroom and master bathroom. Liked the bikes, easy rides to Mauna Lani and Fairmount. Very quiet, great views of Mauna Kea.

Our family had a wonderful time relaxing and cooking meals together. It was very spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed watching movies at night. We liked the pool and jacuzzi and went for a bike ride in the neighborhood. The only thing we didn't know was that you shared the backyard with your neighbors! Otherwise, it was as described and everything you need is provided.

So very pleased with our stay. The hosting team went above and beyond for us multiple times. Only bummer was the Surrey bike was out of commission. Good thing we plan on coming back soon... this is definitely our new favorite staycation option!

We are a family of five from Hilo, Hawaii, and we booked this amazing property as soon as vacation rentals were open for stays (due to Covid-19). The owners were fabulous at walking me through the process of booking and check-in, and remained valuable help whenever questions came up. The KaMilo community is quiet, safe, and impeccably maintained. Paradise Garden Hale is absolutely beautiful. We fell in love as soon as we stepped inside! The owners have outfitted their home with everything one could possibly need during a stay. During our 9 night staycation, we were able to walk to the pool each day and it was lovely. We also made use of the beach club access—we usually ended our day there. We all enjoyed snorkeling and lounging in the cool water. The home itself was incredibly comfortable—we were totally relaxed and really felt the stress of the pandemic melt away during our stay. I have already recommended Paradise Garden Hale and the rest of the Paradise homes to several friends and family members! We are looking forward to our next stay. Our family had a lovely stay at Paradise Hale. The layout was perfect and the place was pristine. We enjoyed many nights on the patio in the back yard and loved the beach club during the day. We so appreciate the baby/family-friendly amenities.. it makes travel so much easier when the essentials are there waiting for you. We are recommending this place to friends and family members.

We had a wonderful time! The home was inviting, and perfect for our needs! It was great to have access to bikes, snorkeling gear, and other beach items so we did not have to rent or purchase anything. The kids had a great time watching the geckos on the patio in the evening.

This was the perfect setup and property for our family. We were attending a wedding at the Fairmont Orchid, which is just down the street from the community where the property is located. Amenities were fantastic! The pool, the bikes, the grill, everything was perfect. We did the 25 minute drive back into Kona a few times for restaurants, coffee farms, and Kona Brewing. It's not far at all and access was easy coming from the airport.

Hello all, I usually don’t post because I don’t know if it is truly from legitimate people that have used the services they have purchased. My family and I stayed at this beautiful home. Everything that was advertised in this home is exactly what you get. The pictures are not fake and the home is/was great. We couldn’t be happier. We definitely would stay again. Okay for some details: Approx 30 minutes from airport. Not a bad 30 minutes. 3-5 minute walk to the pool. Not bad at all. Pool was not ever crowded. We took food to bbq at pool side. It has a small refrigerator to put you drinks and maybe your cold food. Very open. Gym was fantastic. Beautiful pool. 3-5 minutes to shopping center that has small market. Just about everything you need. Reasonable price. We hit large market in Waimea same price. They have two fine dining restaurants here. 5-10 minute car ride to beautiful private beach. It’s small but we liked that it was private. In this private bath you have to check out queens bath it’s a must. Ask the waiter/waitress at the restaurant and they will be more than happy to help. 20 minute ride to shaved ice. Cash only. $5.00 for a small. You won’t need any bigger. Ice cream as well. 20 minute ride to Waikoloa village. It has a bigger shopping center along with a movie theater and food court. It also has your upper end stores. Tiffany and Co, Macy’s etc. there is also fine dinning here. They do have a Target, McDonald’s, and other shops 30 minutes from the airport opposite direction from the house. I can go on about all the good. All I can say is that you won’t be disappointed. The only negative thing I have to say is the late check in. We got in at noon and asked if we can check in early. They told us that it depends if the house is ready. We were anxious from the 5.5 hour flight and the last thing we wanted to do was to sit in Jeep (by the way is the way to go) and sit and drive so more not knowing the island. I understand though if the house is dirty it does take time to prep it for the guest. It would be nice if you get in early if you can use the pool to wait and to start your relaxation. My family and I loved Paradise Garden Hale so much last year that we eagerly returned for another stay this year (and have already booked it again for next year). New tricks we learned this year include riding bicycles to nearby Holoholokai Beach for spectacular sunsets, tidepooling in Puako Bay (also easily accessible via bicycle) and taking our 7 year old son to golf on Mauna Lani's 9-hole WikiWiki course where club rentals are free for kids under 15. Old tricks that we happily repeated included boogie boarding at Hapuna Beach, breakfast at Hawaiian Style Cafe and pizza at James Angelo's Underground Pizza (both in Waimea). We also made great use of Kamilo's pool area and the private Mauna Lani beach club, often both in the same day. The countdown has begun for our visit in 2020. It cannot come soon enough!

We adored our week in this gorgeous home. Our kids boogie boarded, snorkeled, and rode bikes around the neighborhood. We woke up to the beautiful view of Mauna Kea. Enjoy this well stocked location!

This was our first trip to the Big Island and our first time renting from Paradise in Hawaii - it most definitely won’t be our last! We have two small children so much of what experienced is based on that, but even if you don’t - this company and this home are wonderful! The home is beautifully furnished and is stocked with literally everything you need for a family vacation - crib, high chair, kids plates, bikes, beach toys, you name it. For the adults there are plush towels, soft bedding, great pots and pans, the list goes on. Everything was relatively new and very clean. We instantly made ourselves at home and experienced everything the island had to offer. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a 3 minute drive (or a good hike on a cool trail) and was our hub each morning, while the pool that is part of the complex provided afternoon entertainment. We also went to three other beaches which are all within a 5-10 minute drive, and did a helicopter trip which was similarly close. The Paradise in Hawaii team made sure we had everything we needed and more, and quickly (and seamlessly) provided for all our additional requests. We are already planning our return next year, probably to the same house with Paradise in Hawaii!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this house and this company to anyone traveling to the Big Island! Thank you!

This beautiful property was everything we had hoped it would be, and more. Spacious and well-appointed with great live in/live out space, and a long list of amazing amenities, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our family vacation. Location is also top notch – great restaurants, beaches and major resorts are all within walking distance and/or a short drive away. Last but not least, the owners were friendly, helpful and very accommodating, ensuring we had a seamless and enjoyable experience from beginning to end. We would highly recommend staying at Paradise Garden Hale. You will not be disappointed.

We had a fantastic week in this well equipped condo. The condo was clean, incredibly private and very close to the beaches ee love on the big island. The pool was great and just a short walk from the condo. We really appreciated the boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella and sand toys. We’d definitely stay here again!!

What a great place to stay! This home is beautiful and located in a nice community. I found it to be well furnished, clean, and fully equipped with everything you may need in a home. Decor is modern and feels like your in a model home. Bathrooms were great with modern sinks and showers. Beds were comfortable. Bedding had pillow and bed protectors which demonstrates hygiene and cleanliness. When we arrived, we saw snorkel gear being cleaned. I appreciated their organization with binder of house rules and everything appeared very thought out. This place is equipped with everything you made need for your stay. Also very baby friendly with high chair and playard. The view in the backyard was also nice. I would stay at this lovely property again on our next visit. Mahalo.
