Great house for a large family reunion. Spacious and easy access to the yard. House does not have AC which would have added tremendous comfort to our summer visit. Overall, house was fitting for our needs.

This house was perfect for our stay. The bed arrangements in each room worked out perfectly for our needs plus the beds were super comfy. The living room and kitchen worked out well for our group. Everyone had a seat at the table or by the fire. No complaints from anyone. We hope to book this house again next year.

Our large group had a good amount of space and was comfortable. Great kitchen. Could use some updating here and there, but overall, the house served us well.

We had the opportunity to book Andrew's home in Wilmington for this year's family Thanksgiving holiday. We had family members coming in from all over and also had our newest grandson just a bit over one month and three other little ones joing us. The place was perfect. Out in the open but very close to downtown Wilmington, plenty of space with an open floor plan and very clean! Couldn't be happier with the house or the host, who was very responsive when we had questions. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We were vacationing with 3 grown children and grandchildren. There was room for the 2 families with little ones to have a bedroom for the children and then their own bedroom with a bathroom. Grandparents had a room with bath as did single daughter. We loved the ping pong table and played every night. The kitchen was well equipped for meals for our group of 12, room to share cooking and cleaning and serving. Loved the kitchen! The yard was also was a wonderful place for the kids to play and we had hot dogs and smores cooked over the firepit. It was a wonderful week!

Perfect getaway for three families. Only took a couple hours to get there but felt like we were truly away from it all. Everything about the rental was great! Plenty of bedrooms for everyone to sleep comfortably in, well equipped kitchen, and the real highlight was the huge yard that the kids loved running around and playing sports in. We spent a lot of time at the house relaxing outside, but also enjoyed nearby Green Mountain Beach at beautiful Lake Raponda as well as some local ice cream, brewery, etc. Plenty to do! Would love to return for a full week next time and really get into the relaxed Vermont spirit. Thank you for a great stay!

Andrews property was amazing. We had a nice bonfire going in the evenings. There were fireflies galore. We walked to the town and got ice cream. We did the Hoot, Toot and Whistle hike which was lovely, there was a river flowing all the way to the end and then at the end there were the most beautiful views and mature trees. Andrew was very available and answered all our questions.

This property was perfect for multiple families to stay at. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, there was a great kitchen for us all to eat and hang out. It was well stocked and prepped for our arrival, and there were games and some toys and books for kids which was awesome.

The reality matches the pictures. Very comfortable. Plenty of room. Close enough to Mt. Snow. Owner is very pleasant. Plan on booking again.

This house is perfect for large gatherings..we went with 5 families and had plenty of space and own bathrooms! We never felt on top of each other! The house has almost everything you need for cooking and beds were comfortable! They yard was huge which was perfect for the snowmobiles and playing outside! We would definitely come back again!

It was a great place to stay. Location is very beautiful and only 15 mins drive to Mount Snow. House is spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this house and I would definitely want to come back to this place again.

We had a great trip! The house was clean and very comfortable. It was great to have so many bathrooms for all the guests. We used the fireplace every night and really enjoyed cooking in the big kitchen.

We LOVED it! The kitchen was big enough for all 6 of us to gather, cook and toast our weekend. The whole house was just perfect. Andrew made himself available for any and all questions we had.

Nice big kitchen and living room for everyone to gather. About 15 minutes drive from Mount Snow and close to town for groceries.

House had everything we needed for a ski weekend

Our family had a fantastic time at this well appointed classic Vermont farmhouse! The sleeping accommodations, the number of bathrooms and large kitchen made for a comfy experience for our large gang! The great fireplace, ping pong table and game room and awesome large yard kept all of us busy from 2 years of age to 65! We all enjoyed toasting marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit! The snowshoeing was great and right on the property! We thought we may explore the town and local sights but we were having so much fun enjoying each other in this special winter farmhouse that we didn’t leave for during our long weekend! Our grandkids all 8 of them asked if we can come back and do it again next year!! Great vacation home and Andrew the owner answered all our questions in a timely manner! Great Time!!!

We stayed in Jan when it's snowing and although it is an older property, it's so well maintained that was ALWAYS hot water even if there was 13 of us at showering or at the property. We could easily adjust the temp in each room and there's no issue with heating. And honestly, there's not a cobweb or dust in sight! We felt very provided for and taken care of at this home and couldn't be happier with our stay. I highly recommend big group stays here and really appreciate the good communication with Andrew as well.

Plenty of space in this converted inn for our large group. Everyone loved the games and the game room. Nice big yard to play and new, bright kitchen to prepare meals. The bathrooms were dated but there were several so it made getting ready easy. Unfortunately we stayed during a very hot, humid streak and the house was very stuffy without fans or AC. Overall, this was a good place for a large group.

Our family went to celebrate my father-in-law's 90th birthday. Andrew's property made the day. Everyone was comfortable, but also had space to get away. It was a great weekend. Thanks Andrew!

A group of us rented this property in prime foliage season. The house is spacious and clean - plenty of room for everyone, and almost all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms which is perfect. The grounds are spacious and there is a great fire pit. Would definitely recommend for larger groups or families. It’s close to Mt. Snow and Haystack as well, which is great.
