Had a great summer trip with the family! House in great location with walking distance to both the beach and park for kids to play. Owner went above and beyond communicating with us great things to do in town and was very accomodating.

My extended family all enjoyed a few days staying in this beautiful home and it was perfect! The kids room, board games, baby gear and fun bunk bed room really made it a great stay for the little ones. We especially loved the openness of the first floor and backyard. Thank you for the beach chairs and kid beach toys - one less thing to pack!

This house was amazing. Very comfortable, super cute and exactly as they advertised. We had a girls weekend with aunts and cousins and loved everything about this place. It’s right by the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely home! It was close to town and the also to the lake. The home itself was nicely decorated and had plenty of space. We didn't have a chance to use the yard or the firepit, but it looked really nice. We enjoyed cooking some nice meals at the house, and there we were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was nicely equipped. I highly recommend this property!

I enjoyed everything! The house was clean, comfortable, quiet. Loved the decor. My granddaughter didn't spend the night, but was there for an evening and loved the playroom! The backyard and deck were a perfect spot for a relaxing evening. I would definitely stay again.

Holiday weekend with family to cut down a Christmas tree was fantastic. The home is nicely decorated and has everything you need to feel right at home. Olga was very nice and helpful with suggestions for the area. We definitely will consider coming.back.

The house is beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed to make our daughters' 13th birthdays fun .The kitchen is stocked with all the pots and pans and tools you need if you like to cook and the beds are comfy and warm. It is a block's walk to the lake and it sure was beautiful, even in the fall! There were surfers by the pier on Halloween and our daughters trick or treated in the neighborhood. The homeowners that were there were so excited to see them! We played games and had a wonderful time! Thanks again!

Absolutely fabulous stay with our family at Olga's home in beautiful South Haven! Everything you could possibly need in a vacation home is available, kitchen necessities, toiletries, beautiful backyard, beach access...you name it, it's there! We loved the adorable toy room for the kids, the fire pit was perfect for s'mores and bonfires, hammock for an afternoon nap! It was a short 2 block walk to the beach and to the huge kids play area. The sunsets were breath-taking! Very clean home, excellent communication with the owner. We made amazing memories here with the kids, would love to come back one day soon! Thank you Olga!!

I can't say enough good things about this house! As soon as we walked in my 2 year old discovered toys throughout the house, including a ton of dress up clothes. She was in heaven! The kitchen had everything we needed. Beach chairs, toys, a cart to take everything to the beach, coolers and beach bags were also provided. Location to the park and beach were perfect. And we loved spending the evenings in the backyard. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with! If traveling to South Haven for the first time a few of our favorites were Taste for dinner and Bumbleberry Acres for blueberry picking and farm animals!

We had a lovely stay at the Sandcastle. Olga made everything easy and was available for any questions/concerns. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the water. The home had just about everything one would need, expect for the coffee pot which is a Keurig. We ended up purchasing a French press at Meijer to make our own coffee. The only real disappointment was the lack of screens on windows as we were hoping to come north from St. Louis to enjoy the fresh Lake Michigan summer air. The beds were not the most comfortable, but the decor is calm and soothing, and we were quite inspired by the organization of the house with baskets galore and everything in it's place! the stacked washer/dryer was fantastic and looked brand new. South Haven is a quaint town and the Sandcastle neighborhood is quiet and family friendly for sure. However, the restaurant options in town left a lot to be desired, and strangely there is almost nonexistent or inadequate patio seating at any of the "nicer" restaurants. And the one restaurant we tried to sit in their limited patio did not allow wine to be served outside. We had much better meals in nearby Saugatauk (Farmhouse Deli, The Southerner). We did order take out a few times from 2 local eateries though we wouldn't recommend. Sherman's Ice Cream was worth the wait in line however! Overall, a nice escape during a global pandemic!

Well located for an easy walk to the beach or to town, this home immediately feels like a home away from home. A minor blip with a broken dishwasher was our only issue, and Olga jumped through all of the hoops to correct the problem. What could have been a problem for foodies such as ourselves, did little to stop us as we made use of all of the other wonderful tools and serving pieces in the fully stocked kitchen and pantry to enjoy ourselves to the fullest. From pool toys for the children and games for us all, we had a wonderful time at Sabina's Sandcastle. Highly recommend this home!

Great place to stay; close to everything and quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we might need and more. Loved the hammock :) We will return!

This home was a perfect “home and away from home” experience for our short trip to South Haven. The home was comfy and cozy and very well kept. Plenty of room and sitting areas both downstairs and upstairs to relax with family. There were endless board games family fun as well as a charming back yard for relaxing on a hammock or enjoying a night time fire pit. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials and the home is super close to south beach and to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Owners were very responsive and great to work with. Would stay again!

We had such a lovely and relaxing weekend away at Sabina’s Sandcastle. We have three young boys so this house was perfect, it is very spacious and kid friendly with a big yard to play in. A walk to the lake and ice cream and we even walked into town. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you Olga.

My husband and our 2 kids stayed at Sabina’s Sandcastle for a week. I never write reviews, but this house is so worth writing a review about. It has absolutely everything you need, in a perfect part of town, and only a couple blocks from an awesome playground and the beach. While we drove into downtown, it is a walkable distance as well. They even have a playroom for the kiddos, we didn’t need to break out the toys we brought for them. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back next year!

A friendly, responsive owner, excellent location, clean and comfortable furnishings, an abundance of supplies, wonderful yard with a garden and fire pit, kid-friendly - there's just nothing to fault about this property! My family, including three little ones under 5, spent 10 days here and could not have enjoyed it any more. There is plenty of room for togetherness as well as separate spaces for those times you want to be a little less "together." The kitchen was very well supplied with every imaginable utensil and appliance, and a great deal of care was obviously put into decorating and maintaining this home. We loved it and can't imagine anyone not doing the same. It is an easy walk right down the street to the Kids' Corner playground and the blue stairs to the beach; it's also an easy walk to downtown, the farmers' market, and the marina. We're already missing it and thinking about a return visit. Thank you, Olga!
