Everything has been thought through with this condo from beach towels to snorkel gear to borrow. The view is amazing & the pool is perfect after a day at the beach. We will be back!

We had stayed at Miramar before, but not this condo. It was a wonderful stay for our family. Everything was clean, well maintained, staff was great and helpful. The pool and jump deck are the best. Staying on the ground floor was great. We also made use of the grill. Great place, highly recommend.

You can tell this is someone’s home as opposed to just a rental property. All kitchen and towel supplies abundant. Snorkel gear, chairs etc. Immaculate, spacious and well designed. Who needs a beach covered in seaweed when you are literally in the ocean snorkeling out your patio door? Not me!

My husband and I booked this condo with our 9 and 13 year old girls for the week and it was amazing! We enjoyed being able to unwind at the end of each day in the pool, watching the sunsets and the cruise ships leave. The girls loved jumping off the platform and the snorkeling was actually really good right in front of the condo. There is a current, but we had no problem at all with flippers on. (The condo also had a life jacket and pool noodles in the closet that came in handy). The pool was never crowded. We never shared it with more than one other family. Everyone we met was so nice and we looked forward to sharing and hearing everyone’s must-do’s on the island. A few evenings we felt like we had the entire complex to ourselves. The location was perfect. It’s just 5 minutes north of town. Very quiet and safe. We rented a car for one day to explore the east side of the island, but other than that, grabbing a taxi was just too easy and cheap to justify renting a car any other day. It was $5-10 to get downtown. The most we spent was $40 to get to Playa Palancar, which is a beach club on the southern most part of the island. The taxi drivers were all very nice. It was very different from being on the main land. The condo was stocked with so much…they have an entire closet full of towels, laundry detergent, ice chest, some snorkeling gear, just to name a few! We booked this place because of the repeat customer reviews and we hope to be another repeat!!

Our 4th trip to Cozumel & finally found a great place to stay with a perfect location! Condo was beautifully decorated; lots of space; all amenities just like the listing shows; plus lots of kitchen extras -- if you want to cook. Plenty of towels for the pool or beach day. Having the washer/dryer is best so packing extra clothes is not needed. We kept busy each day but always made time to enjoy the pool that was just outside our door or have a nice quiet evening to sit by the pool. We rented the buggy beach car for the week, but really didn't need to since the taxis come by all the time and take you wherever for $6 - $10 plus tip. Onsite support staff was very attentive, reliable & can help with any excursions. Highly recommended to couples and families. We definitely plan to come and stay again. Gracias! Etta & Robb/Denver

The condo and the location are simply amazing when we first walked in our jaws dropped - the size, decor, view of the sea and Rivera Maya beyond it were stunning. Assume everything I am NOT writing about is simply perfect. There were few issues with the condo - one big surprise is that there were no dishwasher, all other appliances were there and in decent shape, but we spent an hour a day washing dishes - not a huge deal but annoying. All the infrastructure in the apartment is dated and seems to be falling apart: it took 5-10 minutes to coax warm water out of the showers (one day we managed to get it all the way to hot). There was water constantly leaking out of the AC closet and for the most of the stay we had half an inch of cold water on the kitchen floor which was already very slippery, so we had to throw down a bunch of towels to make it safe if not comfortable. The front door locks didn't work very well and one evening we were stuck returning from dinner for 30 minutes trying to open a door. We had to call the managers, wait for them to drive and it took them 10 minutes to figure a way you had to lift the door while simultaneously pushing it and turning the key to make it open. They told us to stop using one of the locks. On our second day the cable modem died taking with it internet, most of TV aside from basic cable and the phone. Took couple days to fix. We were told internet outages were frequent on the island but we could see our neighbors' wifi was up all this time. We tried to watch the extended DVD collection while there was no TV but the player was tone dead too. You get the picture... The main issue however was access to the sea. Our patio door was less than 100 feet from the water but it could as well be 10 miles away. The condo is on a sheer 15 foot coral cliff. There were 3 ways to get into the water: jumping off a 15 foot high dive board (not for the faint hearted), waling down few steps to the base of the collapsed pier and trying to make a running 2-3 feet leap to avoid banging your head on the rocks but only one way to get out of the water - taking a dangerous spiral stairs which lacked handrails were always slippery wet and so narrow that you had to put one foot sideways and then climb up/down rickety wobbly vertical pipe ladder while being slammed into the sharp rock by waves. And you had to do it while wearing fins because the current was too strong to swim against it. It took us 2 days to muster the courage to get in.
