The location is great, it’s calm but very close to the main Phuket street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and I am glad we took an upgrade which gave us a room with a terrace.

I’m shocked how good of a hostel this was. AC on whenever, common room had ac. A few free snacks and coffee/tea. There’s an elevator! I’ve stayed in a few hotels here in Thailand and they didn’t have elevator. The restaurant downstairs is great. Clean female dorm and bunkbeds. Enough space. Clean bathrooms, you get a towel. Also very nice staff.

The room was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. All the facilities were great and the hotel itself is a lovely place.

A little bit of a walk from the centre of the old town, but other than that, no complaints at all!

The building overall was nice and the rooms were pretty clean. Location was good, just 10 minutes to old town.

The room doesn’t look like here on the photos. The view from our room was not nice, terrace was dirty and maybe half of the terrace were some AC units or something. Our bed sheets were dirty, but they changed it when asked. The receptionist was not so kind a loving like all the people in Thailand. She looked like she doesn’t like working there. Overall I don’t have a good feeling about this accommodation and I will not come back.

I think we really loved our stay here because of the staff. They were all super helpful and nice. We asked for some trips to Samet Nangshe and to PhiPhi, they were fast and provided excellent help. Every time we got into the hotel they greeted us with a nice smile. The place is really close to the center and to a 7eleven. The room is nice and simple and the cleaning service was good!

It’s a second time that we stay here, Staff are always nice and polite. Room is clean and smell nice . This place not far from the town and can rent a motorbike from them.

The room was immaculate, and the common areas were consistently well-kept. The TV provided in the room was not only a good size but also offered a wide selection of channels and entertainment options, which was a pleasant surprise. The in-room facilities added convenience to my stay. The powerful shower in the bathroom was a refreshing and invigorating experience, and it's worth noting that the hot water supply was reliable. The staff was not only good but genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and answer any questions I had. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. What amazed me the most was that all these wonderful features came at an extremely affordable price, well under £12 a night per person. This hotel truly offers outstanding value for money. Good comfortable bed. Clean room and great location in the Old town- 5 min walk from the Sunday Night Market which is great. It has the hotel feeling even in the shared room. They have lockers but bring your own lock. Decent Wifi. It was quiet.

The toilets are very small, almost no room in them. There is no air conditioning in the hallway and bathrooms so when you get out of the room there is instant heat, but not really a problem. Doesn’t have the social vibe as it is a hotel.
