Great location if you are planning on going to old town Phuket! Everything about this property was fantastic! Shout out to jojoe at the rooftop restaurant, amazing service!! Will 100% recommend to anyone going to Thailand.

The bed was too firm.

1. Hotel location is very good. 10 minutes walking to Old Phuket Town (to the left from hotel) and 5 minutes walking to street-food market and McDonalds (to the right from hotel). 2. Pillows are great, size is nor big neither small. Beds are also good. 3. Swimming pool is small but neat and clean. 4. Breakfast is good.

1. When checking in I was asked to pay the price of the room, so I did. Next morning receptionist called me and asked to pay 500+THB more due to yesterday recepitionist's mistake. Come on, is it my problem, I have paid the amount I was asked to pay; work with your personnel, charge him this additional amount, but don't spoil my beautiful morning. Also imagine, what if I ran out of cash and my card is empty/blocked? That's what I mean. 2. A/C in the room was a little bit tricky to manage. Even if you set +25 on the dial it blows out +18 air anyway. Not a single possibility to make airflow warmer. 3. Only one elevator is working, which is absolutely not acceptable for 18-floor building, big hotel. Used to wait elevator for a long time. 4. 10-th floor, A/C seems not to be working, very hot and no fresh air (sunny side). 5. It was meant that there will be 3 of us: two adults and a child. Towel set is for two persons. Last thing I need is to call for an additional towel when I go out of the shower. 6. No bathrobes in the room. No slippers in the room. No cotton earbuds in the room.
