The house was clean and well maintained with plenty of living area inside and outside on the deck, nice large bedrooms and baths. House location was quiet and isolated. Fire pit was awesome.

Beautiful area. The home accommodated 10 of us easily. There are 2 nice sitting ares which were great. The grandkids enjoyed the basement tv room which kept it quiet upstairs. Would certainly consider staying there again if staying in Angel Fire. It is about a 10-15 minute drive from town up to the house.

I am still waiting on a response from a supervisor as to if I am getting a refund on our first nights stay?? We arrived at 4 as told and the house had not even been cleaned. We had to leave so they could clean it and was not able to get back in till after 9 that evening. I was told I would get a response on the following day after my call and still have heard nothing.

What a beautiful home! Enough space for 6 adults and 4 kids. Kitchen, pantry, mud room, laundry and all amenities allowed out group to spread out when we needed or come together for games or dinner. Would recommend 4WD as indicated in listing. Keurig individual coffee option or large Bunn Coffee pot. Kitchen well appointed, spacious pantry. Heated floors throughout were great. Would recommend packing humidifier for dry climate and plenty of moisturizer and conditioner for your hair! Angel Fire Resort could not have been better - not crowded, folks are kind, runs had fresh powder. Would highly recommend!

We took 12 family members to Angel Fire to ski the week after Christmas. Plenty of beds available and seating for family time. Well equipped kitchen. Taking trash to dumpster a few miles away was a hassle but at least close to ski slopes so not too much out of the way. House was clean and overall good condition. Direct tv wasn’t working and a couple light bulbs were out. One slow drain in master bath. All of these things were fairly minor. The fees/taxes were outrageous in my opinion ($1700). Our gps had trouble finding the exact location. Definitely need four wheel drive if visiting during winter.

We literally had 1 issue and it was just a handle that was broke on a faucet. Everything else was perfect and beautiful. Excellent property

We rented this home for my husband and I and our grown son and his fiancé. However, It would accommodate a much larger group. There are many comfortable seating areas…our favorite was in front of the fire with our feet up. The owners have furnished the home with beautiful amenities everywhere you look from the bed linens to the dishware. Every bed has an accompanying quilt close by or folded at the foot which makes for great napping on a rainy day. The master has a jetted tub with a Mountain View and the first day we were there a bobcat came strolling through the property. The owners were considerate to leave their vehicle outside so we could use the garage, but even though it rained everyday while we were there, we parked in front where there is a covered portico that accommodated both of our cars. Sometimes a home doesn’t live up to its description and pictures, but this one absolutely does. And I have to include the Vacasa representative, Heather in this review because she went above and beyond to help us out in many ways. She answered our calls and texts immediately to answer questions and help with making our stay hassle free. She even went up to the house after we left to retrieve something we forgot and left there. I would definitely book this house again and recommend it to others.
