Condo is generally dingy and in need of updating and freshening up. Bathrooms old and upstairs bathroom leaks into kitchen. Maintenance says that the owners need to have the plumbing fixed. Not a great property.

Property was accurately described. Involves a hike up stairs but it was comfortable, well equipped, and just right for 3 adults visiting Durango for 3 days. Some wear and tear but okay overall.

Looking at the picture on VRBO, the apartment looks pleasant enough. However it's a real Dump - It needs a lot of upgrading. It was filthy, we called VACASA who sent somebody to clean the oven, the garbage, the kitchen and the drawers, the smell was UNBEARABLE. The light in the kitchen didn't work, an electrician came on an early Saturday morning to put a temporary light. When we arrived at 10:30 at night the toilet was not flushing, the drawers in the bed-room and bath-room were full of hair and dirty, the pillow cases were mismatched. A blind was broken, so was an arm-chair which when moved it to be repaired was full of dust. The washing machine was filthy. VACASA responded to our complaints but we lost LITERALLY 4 days of our two week-stay. We got some discount but truthfully we would have preferred NOT to have that sort of problems

Very quiet and peaceful; nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Not for those who have difficulty with stairs.

we took our cousin away for the weekend to relax for his birthday! Hanging out in the hot tub was great at night under the stars! Grounds keeper and his children were very friendly!

Satisfactory and served our needs. Extremely clean. Towels need to be pitched and replaced. 38 stairs to carry luggage and cooler was a huge negative.

Property was in a great location to downtown. It was clean and exactly as described on VRBO website. It would have been nice to have an outdoor patio to sit on and enjoy the weather but that definitely wasn’t a deal breaker. The check out process could have been a little better. We left at 7:30am and I received a text with a link at 8:13am. It would have been nice to get all of the checkout instructions the day prior. I was able to call/text the property manager and it went smoothly. Again, it would have been nice to get the instructions the day prior. It was a great trip and we will definitely stay again!

The location was ideal for our trip. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The steps going up could be challenging for some. Overall a great stay.

The unit served the 3 of us well. And it has a good location for downtown (good place to walk, eat and shop) and the food store.

This condo is high up but has great views. It’s clean and an excellent location. The kitchen was well equipped!

Pros: VERY quiet, multiple rooms, pool was clean, price was one of the better deals we found for a 2 bedroom 2 bath Cons: Steps galore to come and go from unit, AC is somewhat louder window units, rather dated and rather dated kitchen stuff, parking is tight. Overall it was fine and was what we needed for the week for the money.

Stayed here with my dad and brother. Had every amenity we needed. Very close to downtown Durango.

This property was a perfect location for getting to downtown and Fort Lewis College. We had a 3 day soccer tournament so we were only there to mainly sleep and shower. The living room and kitchen have been updated with comfortable furniture and nice appliances. Everything seemed to be in working order. The kitchen was stocked with most of the basics. The bedrooms were comfortable. Washer/dryer was helpful. Outdoor pool was heated and nice. The stairs mentioned in past reviews are not recommended if you have any sort of physical limitations with stairs. We had no issues and were creative in lugging our belongings up to the unit. The only reason I wouldn’t book here again is the odor. There is a very distinct old, musty smell. Maybe a few plug-in air fresheners? We had windows opened but it doesn’t improve. The bathrooms (mainly upstairs) could also use some TLC with simple repairs and updates. Overall, the unit is clean but I would have rated better if it weren’t for the odor and bathrooms.

It was a little used. Dinks in the walls and broken fridge, the worst was the three flights of stairs! It was clean.

Property was very clean and convenient to downtown Durango. Be prepared for 3 flights of stairs though…whew! A couple of things I would recommend though; a couple of bottled waters and a small bag of coffee for the coffee maker. Even hotels do this. There’s a small leak at the kitchen sink coming from the water sprayer which is slightly annoying. Overall rating is an 8 out of 10; only because of stairs and it could use some slight updating inside. Other than that, we loved it!!

The condo was clean and met our needs. The only issue had to do with the number stairs required to get from the parking lot to the second floor unit. Normally not a problem but with knee replacements 8 months ago it was dome what difficult.

I cooked there a few times so we drove 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store and got what we needed. We did bring our own spices from home as was recommended by a previous person. I was glad I did bring my own spices. It was so nice to sit outside in the morning and drink a cup of coffee in the cool weather. Very quiet at night and really all thru our stay. Also, some reviews stated the stairs were somewhat excessive. Let me tell you it's not. If you have an obstructive or restrictive pulmonary disease, I can see it being a challenge. But for a healthy ordinary person, the stairs are not a big deal. My family and I very much enjoyed and would definitely stay again.

This property was awesome. A little bummed that the pool and hot tub wasn’t open yet. It was in a great location. Very nice home. Lots of stairs to the entrance. Overall it was a great experience.

Excellent location. Amenities were spot on for a family vacation. The view from the porch and the convenience of the well stocked property made our weekend of soccer tournaments relaxing. We look forward to returning.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the location and main living area are very nice, however the upstairs/carpet is awful. I am wondering if there is mold/mildew or something in the carpet. I woke up everyday with a raw sore throat and headache. As soon as we got back home the symptoms disappeared. The carpet is absolutely disgusting and should be replaced or at minimum shampooed. The service fees that are charged for this type of place is absolutely ridiculous and I would not recommend this to most. This looks to be more of a frat condo than anything else.

The place had a nice fireplace, and well equipped kitchen. But the property is pretty outdated. Musty smell and a little run down. Windows missing screens and no security locks to have an open window at night.

I stayed with a group of four at the Raider Ridge Retreat. That space was great for a small group and the views amazing. I recommend it for anyone tripping through the area

Close to downtown and has stunning views

We enjoyed the property. There are stairs but dont let them scare you. We came right after a big snow and they had been de iced and were very safe. Even after skiing all day it wasnt too bad. The condo is nice. Great for two couples or a family. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

This is a great place for two couples. We went to Durango for the Cowboy Poetry Gathering and this place is an easy drive to downtown where all the events took place. When ever you go, take the Denver and Silverton train. It is worth the time and expense.

Loved the space. It was great for our group of four. Def recommend for others. Would book again Fo Sho!
