This place was everything it said it was and little more. Very clean, it felt like new, and very nicely appointed. A wonderful ocean front home that we would highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect, relaxing condo with a great view and private pool. Perfect size for us 3, full kitchen, full size laundry, lots of comfy seating outside to enjoy the weather. Great neighbors, one side was a lady from Canada, and the other couple luves their full time, very nice and knowledgable about the area and have the cutest dogs who come greet you at the fence quickly whenever they are outside and move on quickly. Mo the puppy was the cutest. Great walks on the beach to explore when the tide is out. Would definately book again next time we come to the area.

We enjoyed our stay in LaCruz . Casa Banderas is nice , you can see that the owners have been doing some upgrades. Overall a good experience, with the exception of the 4 or 5 little dogs next door. The owner next door does make a effort to keep them from barking all the time & is apologetic. But saying sorry doesn’t really solve the problem. Other thing that surprised me was when same neighbour lady cut through back patio area to go visit another neighbour. I guess it’s considered common area . I not to sure why she just didn’t use their front door? Anyway just a bit obtrusive, in my mind . But overall our experience was good , the owners allowed us a late checkout,(very nice of them) Jessica the property manager was awesome. I would recommend the rental , just be aware of vocal little dogs .

My husband and I have vacationed here before so we brought my parents for my Dad's 70th birthday. They absolutely loved it and are already asking when we are going again. Jessica is wonderful and attentive, quick to respond to all of our needs. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning, hopefully sooner than later!

We booked this property May 2021 (for our Feb 2022 visit) so we had a place to ourselves just in case COVID was still raging - the location and the choice was perfect! Nice neighbours as part of the townhome complex, great walking along the beach location (La Cruz to the north and Bucerias to the south) - sooo quiet - the view (stunning) and the pool and deck and loungers much appreciated after a 3 year vacation hiatus! Great communication with a quick turnaround for any questions we had. Thanks so much!

What a great place! Tranquil and beautiful…exactly what my husband and I needed for our 1st vacation away in a very long time! The updated pool deck was a perfect place for morning sunrises, cooling afternoon swims and evening dinners outside. And when the tide is out, it is a short walk to La Cruz or a slightly longer, leisurely walk to Bucerias…both with their own sense of charm. Everything was very well equipped within the property and the neighbors were all very friendly and informative. Both Mary, the Owner, and Jessica, the Property Manager, were quick to respond to anything we needed or questions we had. Thanks to both of you for a wonderful vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. The water comes right up to the yard and the tide pools at low tide are so much fun to explore. The house is incredibly well appointed - we had everything we needed to enjoy the house, pool and beach. Though the beach in front of the house is rocky, there are sandy beaches less than a quarter mile away on both sides. I will say, we did not rent a car and found it pretty much impossible to find Ubers. We connected with a couple excellent cab drivers, but if you won’t have a car, definitely plan to make these connections early on. Also, the major grocery stores deliver which made not having a car much easier.

No Propane in barbeque for first day No cell phone, but it didn't matter, just that we were told there would be one. A few cock roaches found in the house through the 2 weeks, some partial dead, some alive. Ran out of water. Cystern was empty and just had to be filled Ran out of propane for house, so no hot water or stove. Had to wait for truck to come. The TV was out for 1 1/2 days because the subscription had to be paid. Overall it was a nice place, very nice to let us have a late checkout

Thoroughly enjoyed our two week vacation that was relaxing and very wonderful.

We loved the privacy this property gave us! Vanessa the PM was absolutely wonderful! We did not rent a vehicle and every time we requested a taxi she organized them for us. The satellite wasn't working when we arrived and the next day she had a tech there to repair it. Any questions we had for Vanessa she was quick to respond, she was courteous and genuinely wanted to know that we had a wonderful experience. Any one who has her as their PM has a GEM! The property is well maintained however starting to show its age. The only thing that concerned me the greatest was the lack of railing across the front of the yard to the drop down to the ocean. We did not have children with us however even one that was concerned with heights could not go near the edge to enjoy the view or get to the stairs down to the water. Outside of this we loved the experience and would most definitely consider this property in our future adventures.

We spent 6 relaxing nights at lovely Casa de Banderas. The house is well appointed, comfortable and the view cannot be beat. Never having stayed on this side of the bay before, we were delightfully surprised by the beautiful sunrises! Vanessa, the property manager, was absolutely wonderful and besides being a general wealth of information about the area, helped us with our transportation needs so that our stay was completely trouble free. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in the Bucerias/La Cruz area!

My husband and I stayed a week with great friends. Wish we could have stayed longer. The Casa was as good or better than we expected. Large and clean with great views from all of the rooms. The owner was very quick to respond and very helpful to us before and during our stay. Having the pool at your doorstep is a real bonus. One of the most relaxing trips I've been on. This was our friends first trip using VRBO and they are hooked. The property manager was excellent, we had a few minor issues during our stay and she was very quick to respond and address our needs. It was very easy to get to Bucerias for groceries and La Cruz is just as accessible. The cell phone provided makes it easy to call for cabs or you can walk up the hill to the resort and get a cab there. Once we found a cab driver we liked we just called him whenever we needed him. The beds were very comfortable and lots of extra towels. I hope to return to this lovely spot. Great place to stay!!

House needs some upkeep, showers are poor and kitchen could have better supplies, eg decent mugs,but the manager ,Vanessa was very helpful when we had some repairs that were needed, and the workers were very polite and helpful. The pool was lovely and planting’s were attractive.

Love the private pool and the beautiful sunrises. Really appreciate the start up kit in refrigerator nice touch!! Clean and well maintained will definitely return. Owner and property manager very helpful with quick response to any problems that may arise. TB from SD

We had a lovely stay here, except for the 2 days of rain. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet setting and the beautiful flowers and bushes. The pool was great, and there were lots of pool toys. Bought fish up at the marina in La Cruz a couple times, and ate a marvelous dinner there also. Very convenient location, though car very helpful.

Loved our stay here, from the private pool, the ocean just beyond it, beautiful grounds and the home with everything you need. Close to LaCruz and Bucerias. One of the 4 of us was sick all week and was pretty down and out (chest cold) and I ended up having a terrible fall in La Cruz that required stitches so we did spend a lot of time at home. Would definitely recommend anyone stay here. Need a Dr., the 24 hour pharmacy in LaCruz has amazing ones.

Nita and her manager Vanessa were great and super easy to work with! The townhouse with it’s own private pool is great and very comfortable. The kitchen is fantastic as well! We would recommend this to any of our family and friends!

We stayed here October 27 through Nov 3, 2013. We loved our stay at this property. The townhouse was clean and well-maintained. The manager provided excellent customer service. We saw many interesting birds from the pool every day. We really enjoyed participating in Halloween celebrations and visiting the town of Sayulita for the Days of the Dead celebration, to see authentic Mexican dancing and community decorations. I would highly recommend this property to a friend or relative. Another highlight was a visit to the Alta Vista petroglyphs, not easy to find but definitely worth the effort. And, of course, Puerto Vallarta is a must visit to see a larger thriving Mexican community. This trip was a delightful get-a-way!

We so enjoyed our week-long stay at Casa Banderas. The special amenities provided really made a difference. Close enough to walk to Bucerias to get our exercise in! Loved: The views, the pool, the "starter" food, the local cell phone, VANESSA & ALAIN, the quiet!!! Shower head in the upstairs bath needs to be replaced - not a deal breaker as there is another shower downstairs. Cobwebs are plentiful - again, not a deal breaker Vanessa was so very helpful during our stay! You have a gem of a property manager (I'm sure you know!)

Vanessa gave great cars in keeping the unit running fine and got people out to refill the gas and correct the heat problem and the dryer. I loved that we cooked many of our meals but also found some incredible restrauants (Langosta in La Cruz). Thank you for a very wonderful week.

Casa De Banderas was a nice place to stay the first time 9 years ago. Thinking the experience would be good, we went there again. This time, we were apparently drugged. I passed out right away and therefore received less of a dose than my wife. That was a saving factor. I woke up to a commotion in the living room. She had been stripped naked. A naked man was also in the Casa with his arms around her. The property manager, a woman, was passed out on the floor foaming at the mouth. I was successful in getting my wife away from the man and kicking him out. We found out later that the man had been in one of the bedrooms, but had not found our valuables in the other bedroom. We barricaded ourselves in the home for the night and also contacted the owners. The owners were completely shocked as well. The next morning the owners refunded our money and we left, never to return. This is not the owner’s fault. We told them in writing that they were not liable. The actions of the property manager are culpable at the least and may have actually been in collusion with what happened. Being apparently targeted for robbery and rape with the possible involvement of the property manager is something we do not want anyone else to ever have to endure. We do not recommend this place to anyone at all. The general area where the Casa is located is also called into question. I stayed at the Casa for one month which flew by way too fast. The private pool was the highlight for me as I spent many hours in it. The view was amazing. It was a very quiet place and very relaxing. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was very nice having a welcoming package of food and wine. Having a prepaid phone was also a plus. I would love to stay there again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Casa de Banderas and obviously we like or why go back? Very quiet (except when there is loud music across the bay), private and comfortable. If you are adverse to staying in gigantic condo developments - this is the place to stay in Bucerias.

We were three adults for Christmas week and it was wonderful. The kitchen starter kit was awesome! Thank you so much for that. We used the washer/dryer once. We were in the pool every day. The preloaded cell phone for the taxi was the best! We didn't need a car as we only left for dinner each night. We would like to return here in the future.

Our daily routine- fruit and coffee outside in the morning, watching the bay wake up. Multiple dips in the pool. Reading, painting, studying, exploring, eating good food and sipping good drinks. Savoring the time together. We just returned from another wonderful 2 week vacation at Casa de Banderas, this time celebrating our 40th anniversary. The privacy of the pool, the view and being steps away from the beach, the beautiful home, and the friendly people make this work for us... so much so that we've stayed here several times over the years. The only way I'm able to pry myself out of there is knowing we'll return. The house is tastefully appointed with local furnishings and decor and has all the modern conveniences one needs. The location is close enough to everything we want to do and visit yet just far enough away to enjoy relaxation and privacy. Whenever we had a question about something, Vanessa or Allen (sp?) the local property managers were just a phone call away. We've never met the owners, (only emailed and conversed by phone) but it's obvious they put time and effort into making this place very special. Muchas gracias!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this condo. Everything comes as advertised. Lots of good quality towels, sheets and pillows. The beds are typically hard Mexican style which was fine for my wife but I prefer softer which was accomplished by putting a lounge cushion under the bottom sheet; I slept like a baby to the sound of the breaking surf. Kitchen was fully equipped - lots of utensils, plates, appliances etc. No automatic dishwasher but that was no big deal for us. Propane grill was super hot - great for burgs and steaks. Garbage and recycle picked up promptly. Swimming pool nice and clean with several inflatables available for relaxing in the pool. The property manager Vanessa was prompt and efficient. The housekeeper Annali was excellent; I'd hire her in a NY minute. If we return to Bucerias/La Cruz we will definitely stay here again if available.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at the Casa. Transportation was arranged for us from the airport with a stop at the store, which wasn't really necessary because the owner had provided everything we needed for breakfast. Bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed. Beautiful pool and view. Thank you for a great 4 days. Barb
