Wonderful condo with special amenities inc. a fire pit, steam shower and soaking tub…with stunning ocean views and crashing waves to fall asleep to. We will be back!!! :)

Found this gem while looking for a place to have a family holiday getaway. We came from St Louis MO and Greenwich CT and up the coast in Anaheim to have some time together. This condo was just great. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was fantastic. Right on the beach. Listened to the waves each night. Close to stores and restaurants. We will. Ok again for sure!

The place was clean and well kept. Communication was prompt and helpful. Beautiful views!

This home is beautifully decorated and perfectly located, right across from the beach. We enjoyed the sliding doors opening up so we could hear the crashing waves and the fire place on the patio for evening wine and sunset watching. I would highly recommend.

My husband wanted to spend his 60th Birthday on the beach. We could not have found a better location. We had people fly in from MN, we drove in from AZ. Highly recommend 😎

We've been to this property twice in the last 2 years and planned on coming every year for family vacation. This time was not as good as the first though. Upon arrival one of the AC units wasn't working wasn't fixed until 4 days into our 7 day stay. In addition the property was infested with ants and the owner seemed to not care. We ended up taking care of the ants ourselves on day 5 after seemingly no concern or help from anyone else. The last straw was when we were driving to dinner and ants were crawling all over my wife after having transferred from the counter to her purse then to our car. For the price to stay we would have never expected the experience we had. We will be finding a new place next year for our family vacation hopefully with an owner who care about cusromers. We're still trying to get a refund or at least a discount for such a horrible experience but it seems the owner nor VRBO seems to care. Good news is we killed the ants the right way so anyone else after us shouldn't have the same problem anymore.

Great condo, excellent location. Beautiful with lots of space and amenities. The only drawback --and it was a big one for us -- was that despite multiple requests to management and return promises from them to help us access it, we were never able to open the onsite beach equipment. Just kept getting messages that the code that we'd already verified didn't work was the correct code. At this point we would be open to stay in here again, we would just insist on someone coming to open that locker for us the very first day because a beach without boogie boards isn't the same!

This townhome is so spacious with high end finishes and ideal for a large extended family or group. The ocean is right across the street and perfect for young kids that need naps or if you just want to go back to the unit for lunch. Walking distance to shops and the pier. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is huge and the comfortable couch in the living room seats 8 to 10 people. Perfect for playing family games at night. The managers were responsive when we had questions and this is our second year renting the same unit. We intend to make this our annual extended family vacation.

This property continues to be a retreat for my family. It is spacious and the views of the ocean from the balcony are stunning. You will spend most of your time there. Patrick address any issues with the property in a more than timely manner. The only drawback was the elevator being broken limited my husband getting out more, but in the listing, it warns of accessibility issues.

It was so nice to sit on the balcony and ‘people watch’ while the kids played in the ocean across the strand. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Oceanside. Even took the train one day to Encinitas and loved it! We are already planning our trip again next summer and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sun help a wonderful accommodation!

Location, location, location…the location of this oceanfront property is within steps of the beach and ocean and walking distance to downtown Oceanside and The Coaster! Just south of the pier, but within walking distance and away from the busy area of beach goers. We appreciated that the house was decorated with simple but beachy decorations. The appliances are top notch and the kitchen is adequately stocked with pots, pans and dishes! We cooked and enjoyed many delicious meals. The bedrooms and common areas are filled with clean linens and pillows. Comfortable furnishings to just lounge around with a feeling of being at home. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crashing against the beach and rocks. These rocks can be easily navigated to the beach when the tide is low. We experienced a slight plumbing problem that was rectified first thing in the morning as promised! Communication was prompt. There are plenty of beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs, but don’t count on any bikes, there was just one that was not rideable. A bit disappointing, so we rented a four seater from the bike rental near the pier to cruise the “Strand”! We had a wonderful week and look forward to returning next year!

Our family had a great time at the condo. The location is right on the Strand and the patio is large enough for our group of five to feel comfortable. We felt right at home, the layout is very spacious. The property is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is huge with stainless steel appliances. The property manager responded quickly to my messages and the check in and out process was easy. We'll definitely stay here again.

The property manager was on site when we arrived. Very helpful with getting in and getting started. A few lights etc didn’t work but did not interfere with our needs. Everything we needed was there or close by. Enjoyed the sunrises, the sunsets and the ocean environment
