This condo was great for our large group because everyone could come and go to and from the mountain. The beds were comfortable.

We love the location. Zypher is always our building of choice. This unit was great it allowed all our kids to have their own bed. The unit was clean and the management was easy to communicate with. We will use them again.

The two rooms worked out great with plenty of private space to go and take a nap after a day on the slopes, then after some quiet time going out for dinner at the many walking restaurants near the lodge.Look forward to future visits to the slope side

Vacation and Snowboard trip to winter park, we booked a ski in ski out to have a incredible trip. First issue never got the keys overnighted to us, after jumping though hoops we finally got access to the room. You would think you would have basic necessities spending 10 grand, no hot water for five days, no wifi, one jacuzzi out of order and other one warm never hot. When I tried to inquire about these issues we where having, I simply asked is there a place we can go on property to take a hot shower. SHOCKING THEY SAID NO!!!! Response hot water is down in whole building, wifi is down in two buildings and jacuzzi is a known issue and being worked on. I stressed our concerns, they said out of there hands it is a HOA issue. We paid for basic necessities such as hot water, wifi, jacuzzi this is all stuff that should not be in question. We just wanted a refund so we could get a place with hot water at least.... We are going to move forward with a formal suit to make sure the next family that books there vacation someone will be held accountable for there lack of concerns. No question asked money refund or other accommodations should of happened. Who wants to ski all day to come home to no hot water absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Amazing location, especially if you don’t have a car. Everything we needed was right out our front door….equipment rental, Starbucks, gondola.

We had a great trip going skiing! Gondola is right outside of the condo and lockers on 2nd floor of building make it truly a ski in, ski out experience! Condo was clean and very spacious. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance so no need to drive anywhere made for a great experience! Overall, would love to come back and stay again!

Overall, a nice place to stay. Definitely overpriced if it weren’t for the location. The amenities were adequate. Space is small, even for our group of 3 adults and 3 small kids. Kitchen had the basics but not a ton of extras (e.g. no scissors or mixing bowls; had coffee, salt and pepper but no olive oil or other cooking basics)—think hotel kitchen. But the proximity to the gondola and rental shop is awesome. They brought us fresh towels when we asked for them. Of note, you do have to pay parking separately when parking in the garage.

Check in could be less complicated, overall, I would rent again.

Small condo with everything you need for a stay at Zephyr Mountain Resort. Shopping and restaurants only a few steps away. We had a good stay.

Some windows didn't open and the fireplace didn't start. Management took care of it the same day.

The property and unit are in excellent condition and was very comfortable for our group of 5 to ski on Saturday and Sunday. There were 5 beds, but this unit can sleep more as advertised. There was a balcony overlooking the Gondola and access to 2 slope side hot tubs. The hosts were very communicative and helped with all of my questions. They provided a comprehensive document with all the information we needed. One shower was low on shampoo and a television clicker did not have batteries, those were the only 2 things that could have been improved. 5/5 stars.
