Wonderful resort! Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Hot tub, pickleball court and arcade was the kiddos fav! Had everything we needed for the stay, tons of trash bags, toilet paper, kitchen utensils even 2 crockpots! Such amazing hosts as well. Everyone had enough space. We had 14 people and it was phenomenal! Pool table and theater room was a huge hit! Thank you for a great experience! We will be back! Merry Christmas! Especially Bailey and her cute family!

Tgis is our second year to stay here, plenty of room, outdoor play area, and the ability to rent two houses that we’re connecting! That was awesome!

This place is excellently for cooperate, family, or private retreat. Plenty of activities to do in season and out. Extremely clean and well equipped.

I absolutely cannot say enough great things about our stay at Watermill Cove! The property was beautiful and well maintained. The cabins (C & D) were very spacious and had all of the amenities we needed plus more! I personally did not leave the cabin one single time during our 3 night stay. The pictures online are beautiful but they do it no justice. We were all pretty sad to leave. If you're considering staying here, DO IT!!

This place was perfect for multiple families. It was spacious with fully stocked kitchen equipment from baking sheets, cookware, and crockpots. We stayed in attached villas side by side with an interior door connecting and it was like one big home. The Christmas decorations were up with 2 beautiful trees (one in each villa) and simple touches of Christmas throughout the kitchen and living areas. The amount of beds and bathrooms had us feeling like royalty. The outdoor activities with ping pong, basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, checkers, connect 4, tree houses, swings, miniature golf, and a small cabin of free indoor arcade games was pretty amazing. Staff was always quick to answer my specific questions about the stay before we arrived. Highly recommend a stay at the WaterMill Cove Villas!

The place was beautiful
The managers answered any problems immediately. The 21 of us rented both sides and it was really great to have 2 kitchens for making our meals since we didn’t eat out. The decks were beautiful with views of the lake.
The “peak” of almost all of us was the lake. The Pontoon boat, floating around on the floaties we brought, paddle boarding and most of all jumping off the dock into that beautiful lake!

Viet Nam Buddies reunion
Prior to our arrival, Judy the property manager bent over backwards to help me with the reservations. Upon arrival there were issues with the door codes, however Lysa, the site manager was there immediatly to correct the proplem then helped set up the WiFi. Because of all their help, all future trips to Branson will be at Watermill Cove. They made our reunion extremely enjoyable, thank you both.
