House was great for a graduation celebration with family. Large kitchen, dining room, living room and downstairs family room allowed lots of room to spread out. Located on nice street backing up to beautiful creek and park. House had everything you need. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the historic downtown location and proximity to Main St. The house was a great size for our group, and it was in fantastic shape. The special baked goods treats from Gabby were an extra special touch. Would love to return!

Everything about this property exceeded expectations!

I could not have been happier with my stay at the beautiful Bozeman Cottage! I was in Bozeman for the week to visit my son, and the cottage provided the perfect homey, comfortable atmosphere for our visit. Paul and his crew were so helpful the first day as my flight was cancelled and I ended up having to check in very late. After a very long trip, I was so happy to walk into this lovely space, newly renovated with so many thoughtful touches. The place was immaculate, the bed super comfy with really nice sheets, the claw-foot soaking tub and spacious shower with great hot water and pressure were much appreciated, and I slept like a log in this very quiet neighborhood. I had arrived in the dark, and when I got up, after making a great pot of coffee with the tasty local beans provided, I was delighted by the lovely backyard that backs up to stream, which was the constant background sound for my many hours spent relaxing in the yard and on the back deck with my son and his friends. I was able to host several dinners for them all, using the incredibly well-appointed kitchen, the gas grill, and the fire pit near the river (full moon provided as well!). As it was just me staying there, I didn't even use the huge downstairs bedroom and TV area, but am looking forward to returning with my husband and more family, so we can spread out into this super cozy part of the house as well. As a single guest, using the main floor only felt just the right size, plenty of room, but still cozy to be by myself. The location of the cottage was incredible!! A 5-minute walk brought me to the Main Street for great shopping and dinners with my son, and walking in any direction among the tree-lined streets of charming houses provided endless interest. Best of all, it was a 5-minute walk across the stream, through a park, and up to the trails on Peet's Hill, where I walked every day in the late afternoon for several miles, catching the "golden hour" before sunset. What a treat that was, so nearby. So, all in all, a perfect stay, and we absolutely plan to make this our home base while our son is out in Montana. I can't wait to return! Thank you all for providing a wonderful retreat in Bozeman!

Everything was perfect

We loved everything about this house. It was perfect! Great deck and back yard. We ate outside every meal and sat around the fire a number of evenings. Bedrooms were quiet and very conducive to good sleep. We hope to stay here again!

Our family of 5 had an amazing time in Bozeman. This cottage was perfect for us. The basement bedrooms were very cool at night. There were lots of little spaces for the children to play. But the location was the best feature of all. We loved being close to the little creek, playground, market, library and downtown. We walked to everything. Our time here was sensational. Can't wait to come back!

We had a great time at Lindley Place, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the location excellent and the porch was awesome. Loved this house

The house is well renovated and very comfortable. It is very well equipped and maintained. Paul the property manager is very helpful with relevant information and easy to get in touch with. Bozeman is a great developing city and we are planning to come back and stay. One comment for Improvment I would suggest one King bed. Thanks for a great vacation.

Beautiful house. Easy, laid back but classy. Just what we like. Rear porch for sunny morning coffee and croissants, front porch for afternoon conversations and cocktails and watching the occasional rain come through. We enjoyed a fantastic lightening and thunder storm on the front porch... A highlight of the stay. The parlor is a laid back place to read and talk. House has an abundance of windows with lots of natural light and wonderful Montana fresh air coming in. Tree lined street. Easy walk to Main St. Beautiful Lindley Park with very nice play area for kids and community swimming pool located just a short walk behind the house. Weather was perfect and swimming was great! Super location. We will visit Lindley House again.

Beautiful house in a great neighborhood and very convenient for walking to downtown restaurants and shopping. The downstairs area is very quiet with nicely renovated baths.

We loved staying here as a home base for skiing at Big Sky and Bridger, doing some hiking and touring Montana State. Walking to downtown was great, as were the creek and trails out the back door. Very well-appointed house from soaps, etc. to all of the kitchen utensils needed. Great family setup with adults on the main floor and kids in the basement!

We had a great time on our spur-of-the-moment sister’s getaway to meet up with our daughters on their ski trip in MT. Nothing like Moms/Daughters/Aunts/Cousins/Nieces being together to bring on the laughter!! The house worked out great! Plenty of room to meet up! Loved being so close to town!

Great big house. Easily enough room for 2 dads and our 4 transfers. Big downstairs lounge for the boys. Forced air heat made annoying noise and dishwasher leaked a little. Overall a bit expensive but great location., so worth it.

We absolutely love this place! Size, location, everything is ideal! Thank you for making our Thanksgiving with our family memorable for 2020! Pictures do not do this place justice, it is much nicer in person.

This is a great little house that has more space on the inside that it appears from the outside, including a fully-finished basement with several bedrooms and entertainment area. The backyard is nice and private (except for the trail/park access that had lots of people walking by) and backs up against Bozeman Creek. We enjoyed the grill and firepit and walks in the morning to downtown coffee shops. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a very nice home within an easy walk to downtown Bozeman. And Paul is always attentive - a great host.

This was the fourth or fifth time we have stayed at this home. It’s so lovely, well located by the park and downtown, and Paul is wonderful to with with. We will be back!

Great location, excellent owner!

This house is an excellent location. It is close to the park and close to downtown. Paul is a great manager and goes above and beyond to help. We need a highchair and he had one there the next day. I highly recommend you take him up on the fresh eggs. They are amazing.

Gorgeous, beautifully kept cottage that we enjoyed as a base for our excursions into Yellowstone and other nearby locations. The park behind the cottage is great, and it’s an easy walk to downtown Bozeman shopping, restaurants and galleries. Will definitely rent again if we’re lucky enough for it to be available. This house is clean, professionally run, well-stocked and comfortable, but an unexpected and important perk was that the location satisfied a range of activity levels in our group. Some in the party hopped in the car to head to rivers and mountains, while others stayed in town and had mere blocks to walk to outstanding food and activities. It was an easy walk to the public library, the public pool, two public parks, and the many food and shopping options of downtown Bozeman. A short bike ride on the Galligator trail right behind the house takes you to MSU campus and the Museum of the Rockies, and Peet's Hill trail is right out the back door for hiking/trail running/mountain biking. One other note about the house; something I hadn’t recognized in the photos was that the house is a main level and a basement level. I was worried the basement would be an afterthought but it actually was quite nice, and provided a dark and cool space for the light sleepers. I would rent this house again without hesitation. Paul is a great host and has a number of houses that I'd imagine are equally well-run. Bozeman Cottages is the name of his company.

This is the second time that we have rented this house. The house is nice and comfortable. The yard and deck are great. We love the location beside the park and near down town and, Paul is great to work with. Overall, we love it here.
