We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great and we loved the location. We loved sitting on the balcony. We would love to stay here again!

Great location, very clean, everything is as pictured in the listing. We watched several dolphins over the three days we were there. The beach is the nicest we have ever stayed at. Would definitely recommend this property.

We loved waking up to view from our clean unit and enjoyed seeing dolphins from balcony most days. We also enjoyed the amenities and our host sent us local restaurants we found enjoyable. Our host and unit were great

Stunning views and a beautifully decorated condo. There were several issues, but the owner was willing to work to try and resolve them. The king-size bed is not very comfortable, but the queen is – just be prepared to be in a tiny room with only one side of the bed accessible. The toilet is just steps away, which is very helpful if a person is ill. Might want to make sure to request bedding for the pull out bed especially if you would like to fall asleep to ocean waves. Also, you might want to take pictures of anything broken that you find at check-in in order to cover yourself from being held responsible. If the fitness center is a must, you might want to check with the owner and see if it is still under construction and out of commission. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The sand is the softest I’ve ever felt. You couldn’t get a better view from this condo location, especially sitting in their blue recliner with the doors open with the ocean waves rolling. We even saw 20 minutes of dolphins eating as a pod. The brown pelicans fly by in the morning and evening, and you might even catch them feeding as we did. Sunrises and sunsets are just as in the pictures – stunning. The beautiful view is between palm trees that do not obstruct your view. Hopefully the plexiglass will be nice and clean to enhance your view rather than detract from it. And, if you need it, there is an ER just seven minutes down the road in Destin. We had a very nice female ER doctor and male nurse.

This was our second stay and won’t be the last. Soda went out of his way to make sure my husband and I had a wonderful 25th anniversary vacation. The condo is perfectly sized for a couple or small family. The views can’t be beat. The beach is gorgeous. Thank you for another excellent stay. We can’t wait to go back.

The Condo has a great view and is centrally located. The kitchen was well equipped. We felt that the pictures were a little deserving on living room size. We struggled to get comfortable with all 4 of us in the living room, but we made the best of it. The couch was comfortable. There was plenty of room on the deck but again it was smaller then what we were use to. Amazing view of the ocean and we enjoyed our morning coffee out there. We did have plumbing issues in the master bath but the manager was easy to deal with and was on it right away. The beach chair setup was a plus and the staff was on ut early every morning. There is gift shops across the street as well as a great liquor store. We probally wont be back due to the size, we are use to a more roomier place.

Floor was dirty, 4 towels for 2 couples for a week, tv in 2nd bedroom didn’t work. Bed up against wall & couldn’t walk around, had to roll over to get out! 70 years old! Not good for two couples. Bathroom door shuts & you can’t get out.washer holds 2 towels. Never again!

Beautiful place

The condo was perfect size for the 2 of us. The view was beautiful. Soda was very easy to communicate with and the condo was exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay here again!

Very few complaints! View is perfect, close to pretty much everything. Guest bedroom is on the small side, front door is a little hard to both open & close. Master bath needs a bit of an update. Husband & I have already talked about coming back soon! Beautiful!!

Great location! Great views from the balcony! Perfect for a family.

The property was nice. The appliances was nice. Good location. But the cons were There were only 4 set of towels for the 4 of us so we had to wash towels everyday. Also no sheets or blankets for the pullout sofa so we had to buy some. The drain in the hall bathroom seem to drain slow so the tub was dirty after each shower.

We did have a small issue with the toilet in the master bathroom but the owner and the maintenance team responded very quickly so overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Best vacation ever! The condo was amazing, exactly as we expected from the description and pics. The building was very clean and well kept, and the beach was so beautiful! The chair service was such a nice bonus. The Owner was very responsive to any questions we had (Thanks Soda!). We will definitely be coming back. I would give more than 5 stars if possible!

Just got back from our stay at this Destin condo that is right on the beach and all I can say is, WOW! The owner, Soda, was easy to deal with and very attentive. The condo is as described and views of the gulf are amazing. The beach service is top notch. Will definitely stay here again.

The condo was nice, second bedroom was pretty small but we didn’t need a big room and it didn’t affect us at all, the view was amazing, we saw dolphins every morning around 9-10am from the balcony, literally steps to the powdery white sand, water was extremely clear and gorgeous, beach chairs and umbrella service was great, cheap kayak rentals, good location to great food and to walmart for groceries. Communication with Soda was good. We will definitely be back.

The Condo is right on the beach with 180 views. Sun. surf and Dolphins, what could be better. The owner was easy to communicate with and the accommodations are exactly as described in the listing. Great place for family and/or friends.

This location was great! The view from the balcony was fantastic. Right on the beach. Soda was really helpful when we there was potential storm threat and checked in on us once we arrived. Overall, great relaxing vacation.

The process was easy. The owner was easy to get along with and stay in touch. My only recommendation would be for the owner to upgrade mattress on both beds

Check in process was extremely easy and smooth. We had all the necessary details prior which made the check in process seamless when we arrived. Condo was extremely clean and updated. Living space provided enough space for relaxation at night and the views from the balcony were excellent. Soda is a great host and we hope to return at some point!

Highly recommend as the property is very well maintained, the unit is very nice and the host was exceptional! We really enjoyed our time at this excellent property! Nicely redecorated with everything needed for a pleasant stay. A couple of minor maintenance items were taken care of immediately by the property managers. One thing you should know however is the garbage truck came every morning to empty the dumpster right below the master bedroom. The time of morning varied, but it was a bit loud. We’re early risers so it didn’t disturb us much.

Our family vacation to Destin, Fla was a pleasant, memorable one, due to the condo we stayed in. It was immaculate, spacious, fully stocked and included beach set-up of chairs/umbrella. The owner communicated with me leading up to our arrival with very detailed instructions of how to check-in. Throughout our stay our owner was accessible over text and answered any questions I had. My kids loved having so much space, versus a hotel stay, which is what we normally do. And being able to do laundry and cook was a bonus. Wonderful vacation!

The unit was very clean and the living room, kitchen, and balcony were perfect for a group of four. the kitchen had all the necessary tools to make dinner in the condo and the ice maker was a huge plus. The second bedroom was very small, too small for two adults, but would probably be okay for kids. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

this condo was wonderful. So close to many restaurants and attractions. Condo was very clean and beautiful. Kitchen was well equipped and we loved the balcony, saw dolphins everyday. Soda was wonderful and kept us informed. The smaller bedroom is very small with the bed against the wall made it tough to get out of with 2 people, might be better for just 1 person. loved everything and would definitely return.

Beautiful view & great location - near lots of great restaurants. Beach is fabulous! Soda is quick to respond and extremely kind & helpful. Home has plenty of cookware & plates/glasses, but be sure to bring everything else (s&p, aluminum foil, cooking spray, etc.) as only a sponge and dish soap/dishwasher detergent is provided. Overall a great rental with lovely hosts who were helpful and kind!

We had a great experience at Sterlings Sands. The condo was great. The owner had great communication and check in was easy. The living area of the condo was actually larger than it looked in the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view was amazing. The 2nd bedroom is really small with only a small cabinet for clothing. This didn’t really bother us. We just put the suitcase in the living room and enjoyed our stay. We spent most of our time at the beach or pool anyway. Having the umbrella and chairs included was a great bonus. The beach service guys were always kind and helpful as well. We had a great vacation and would definitely recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo and view. Great location! Great restaurants a short walk away. Communication was great and check in was easy. Host was available and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised it was not crowded on a holiday weekend. Will definitely rent again!
