We loved the place. It was perfect. So clean. Great communication with the owners. King bed was super comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again. Nice and quiet community. All the amenities you would need. Quick access to all restaurants, groceries, gas station, STARBUCKS, and beach. The rate was a steal!

The condo is close to the beach. Love the ping-pong table and pool. Close to golf courses. Accommodations were perfect. Great communication with the host.

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. It is nice and quiet and in a great location. The pool is shady and the ping pong table is fun! We had a slight a/c problem and the owner called me before I even realized it and had a repairman out within an hour. It was fixed quickly and on a Sunday afternoon! Great place to stay with great owner communication. We will definitely be back.

Everything about this home is warm and welcoming. Clean and very cozy as well!! Amazing location next to beaches, places to eat and play golf as well. The owners were awesome as well and very quick to respond with a question. Great value for your money. Would highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon!!

We had a great time. The location is great. The bed was very comfy and it had everything we need!

This was our first visit to the island and it couldn't have been a better experience! This condo was perfectly suited for our needs as a family of 4. Little kitchenette and dining room were perfect to prepare and eat breakfast and lunch in. And we enjoyed dinners out at the local restaurants, which were all delicious and close by! Just a three minute, not even, drive to East Beach gave us plenty of opportunity to get our ocean fix during our stay. Can't say enough about our wonderful stay and to top it all off, we had beautiful weather the entire time! Thank you Steve and Angie!!

The property was very nice. Perfect for our family of 3! It was clean, spacious, close to everything we wanted to do. The beaches were close, close to the pier, villages and all the good food! Check in/Check out was easy, the owners were great with communication. 10/10!! We look forward to staying here again!

We had a great stay at Island Townhouse! The condo was perfect for my family of 4. Weather wasn’t great, but still a lot to do around the island and only a 10-12 minute walk to the beach! Steve provided everything we needed to know and condo had everything we needed. Will be back!

My family of 5 stayed 2 nights for a short trip and we were very happy with everything! The second floor had a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. Living room was nice. There were TVs in living room and bedrooms but we didn't use them any while we were there. It was nice having a parking spot just for our place so I didn't feel like I wouldn't be able to find parking at any time. Loved visiting the Pier village and eating local cuisine. Short drive to the beach so we spent a good amount of time there. About 30 minute drive to Jekyll Island, where we had a competition to attend. My only small complaint would be that I wish there was some coffee stashed somewhere because that is one thing I forgot to bring with me and it hurt to not have any at the house when waking up. Overall, we were very happy with our stay! Would definitely stay again.

Me and my 3 friends took a girls trip and this was the perfect place for us! The condo was overall pretty clean and it was nice and spacious! We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

And We were disappointed that all 3 TVs had no Closed Captions. We all are Deaf Senior Citizens. Need to update the TVs and the remotes. Thank you for allowing us to stay at the townhouse. Pat Ford

This was a great place to stay for a quick weekend in St. Simons. About a 5 minute drive to the beach, or 15 minute walk. With coffee shops, restaurants, parks and playgrounds also nearby. We were very comfortable there and it had everything we needed. We would stay there again!

This is the third time that I have rented this property. It is always clean cheerful, and stocked with all that we needed. Island Townhouses has such a beautiful and peaceful environment. I highly recommend this townhouse!!
