Great place, great location. Lots to do. Beautiful beach.

The Kamla is centrally located on the strip. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, Music venues (17th & 24th street stages) and many activities for all ages like mini golf, flipper McCoy's, Dinosaur animatronics and haunted houses! Not to mention the shopping and of course the BEACH!

The condominium is spacious and the view is incredible. We had a great time on the beach. The only problem is the marijuana odor everywhere on the street.

Great condo! Very clean and located in the heart of Atlantic Ave. The condo has two balconies- one is ocean front from the living area and the other is in the main bedroom which overlooks Atlantic Ave. It is quite loud as you are on a strip with all the nightlife happening- bars and shops play loud music, etc. but we were all so exhausted at the end of the day it didn’t matter much. The master bedroom was not bad but the 2nd bedroom did seem to collect the outside noise more. Great views of the ocean, only a few steps from the boardwalk and sand. They have a fully stocked kitchen and laundry washer and dryer which was nice! There is a few poor homeless chaps who sit on the benches below the building but they never bothered anyone at all. Nice as can be really but thought I’d mention it just in case. Overall, we’d absolutely stay here again.

Everything from booking to check in and out we’re easy as could be! Margie was great through the whole process. The condo was beautiful with a great view from both balconies. The night life around the area was crazy fun to observe from the bedroom balcony. The parking was a tight squeeze but the nice gentleman working was great with helping guide us to park easier each time. The bathrooms need some updating and some items in the condo need some repairs, but overall it was a great stay! We will definitely be back.

Condo is in a great location, very convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, etc… Some parts of condo have been recently renovated and rest is well taken care of. View off oceanfront balcony is beautiful.

Great location, large oceanfront unit with great view !! Everything we needed!! Restaurants, grocery store ,beach all within walking distance. Street traffic a little noisy on weekends. Definitely would stay again!!

The condo was very clean. Surprised by the number of homeless people on the boardwalk and surrounding areas.

Everyone was so friendly and easy to deal with even down to Wayne who managed the parking lot. That is one downside to this property is the parking but beach parking is tight no matter where you stay. Condo was perfect for our needs and we truly enjoyed ourselves!

The condo itself was great! Very clean. Kitchen is newly update. Bathrooms need to be updated as well as the living room furniture. The furniture is old and worn. Used an extra bed sheet to lay on them so we could sit down and feel comfortable. The location on the boardwalk was a lot busier then we anticipated. It was very loud on Friday and Saturday nights. If we go back would stay at either end of the boardwalk where it seemed to be quieter and more family orientated.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everyone we dealt with was very easy to communicate with. Property was clean. We had one issue where the washer stopped working correctly...we called and it was handled very quickly and satisfactorily. Checking in and out was very easy, and Margie was quick to respond to texts. I took off a star in the neighborhood category bc we had a few instances where, right outside the doors leading to the beach, there were some folks clearly on drugs, stumbling, yelling at bushes, talking to inanimate objects, etc. We got some questions from our kiddos on those instances, but we know this isnt the fault of the property owner in any way. Otherwise, the area seemed family friendly.

It was our first time in VA beach. The view from the condo is awesome. We spend a lot of time on the balcony. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! It was very loud and busy on Atlantic Ave on Saturday night but the rest of the week it was fine. We walked to almost everything. We didn’t want to leave!

View and condo layout was great. Condo is located on 21St Street which is very, very noisy. Visited during a very windy, cloudy, rainy week - something was clanging on the roof the whole time. Ants in the kitchen. Washer did not work but was fixed quickly. Some kind of stain (blood or wine??) on recliner but was cleaned quickly. Furniture in livng room is outdated and very uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced if they expect top dollar for this rental. Balcony was a plus and was very nice to watch the ocean. Lots of restaurants open and servicing inside amid Corona Virus.

The condo was so much more than we anticipated! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again. It was close to so many places to visit. The security of the place was great. Thank you for making our vacation stay well worth it!

This condo is nicely equipped and decorated. The corner unit allows for lots of light coming in. Could not be more convenient to the boardwalk and beach.

I enjoyed working with Margie. The process was easy and everything went according to plan. My family enjoyed staying at a place on the beach. The condo was clean and plenty of room for six.

The condo is in a great location, with an even greater view of the beach and ocean! It's so close to the beach and lots of good eateries are within walking distance. We appreciated the security gates and doors. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

The condo is on a great location, steps away from the beach. The condo is spacious and generally updated. Margie and her staff were very responsive and easy to work with.

Location was great. We were right on the beach. The property was gated and we had a secure garage opener so we felt our car was safely parked. The condo is HUGE!! Plenty of space in each room and kitchen was amazing!! The view from balcony was breathtaking!! Margie was wonderful to work with and she explained everything so well!! Picking up and dropping off the keys was easy and quick!! There were some issues. There was an ant issue by the couch near the balcony door. Every day we were trying to kill ants. Also, when we were putting sheets on the bed and found some potato chips on the mattress. The shower part of the bathrooms were very dim and we couldn't close the door while showering because we couldn't see at all. The water pressure in shower was very poor and we couldn't get hot water unless we had the water run for a few minutes. But the lighting in the bathroom section where the sinks were was super bright!! The doors to deck had issues opening and closing. Also, the internet didn't work anywhere except for in the living room. Bedrooms had no internet and we used up all our LTE while staying. But overall the property was beautiful and great location.

The location was just great, right on the boardwalk, we hardly had to drive anywhere. Just about everything we needed was in the unit, we cooked most of our meals. The view from the balconies was just great, I highly recommend this location!

Excellent place to stay

This property was outstanding....newly remodeled and very clean. Margie and staff were absolutely AWESOME!!! The check-in was so quick and easy. We would definitely stay at this condo complex again. A new tradition might have just began. 😄�
