Jacuzzi was good option
The upgrade for q better room to get a normal room with jacuzzi and no tub. Was very expressive for something so minor

Location
Rooms are dated and need to be updated. Room door looked as if it had been jimmied open prior. Needed immediate repair. Didn’t feel safe to leave anything in the room when not there. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Empty beer bottle was left in the corner with remnants of cigarette wrappers. Very cheap toilet paper. No luggage rack, closet or proper towel racks.

the shower handle to turn on the water was messed up. the refrigerator had someone else’s food in it. plus mold.

I booked a room with hot tub but it wasn’t working, I paid extra for that and when I try to turn it on I couldn’t. It was so disappointed, they gave me just $30 back, I paid $55 more for the tub.

My reason for being in the area made a clean and quiet location for resting my main priority, this facility met those needs very well. Everything worked and was well kept, again meeting my expectations and needs. Price was in line with the facility, happy with the experience there, it met my minimal needs very well.

the room was a little dirty. I found a long blond hair in one of the towels.

The room was pretty comfortable.
They did not have the breakfast they advertised. We had to ask for toilet paper. The room had a old musty smell and we had to buy air freshener, but smell never subsided.

Not much, it was a little run down, door know on bathroom didn't work. It was suppose to include breakfast which it didn't so we had to spend another 25 dollars on breakfast. Coffee pot didn't work either

I Got bit in my bed.
I just asked them to change my room, they did not move me.! I'm going to my doctor!

The man at front desk is nice.
Parking in front of our room was difficult in raining weather. Very old out dated disgusting smelly carpet. Bathroom was clean. Bedsheets we’re clean and smelled like bleach. Heater smelled bad. We overpaid for what it is.

Booking.com said when I made that there was a shuttle from the airport. ( no shuttle and according to the hotel there has not been one for 2 years )also booking. com said there will be breakfast ( no breakfast for the summer)
