Spring break for the kids in Florida. We had so much fun at Universal Studios!

We enjoyed the property, especially the warm weather and pools. The property is very close to Disney and Universal.

We have enjoyed our week at your condo. There were a few things missing in the kitchen but a call to the desk was all that was needed and whatever we needed was delivered to the door. Any little maintenance problems were also dealt with immediately. The beds were really comfortable and we just felt at home. Pools lots of fun. Easy drive to Disneyworld. Shuttle is no longer free.

The Lake Buena Vista Resort is ideal for a Family spending time at the parks in Orlando. We wanted a more affordable stay option that included laundry and a kitchen. This was perfect for My Family: 5 of us ranging in age from 21 to 58. The resort has everything: spa. gym, excellent pools, convenience store, pub/restaurant, game room/arcade and even a Pizza Hut. The staff couldn't be friendlier and we wanted for nothing. There are plenty of stores and restaurant choices nearby too. We did some grocery shopping at the local Walmart and Publix. Our trip focused on Universal Parks and it was about 30-45 minutes, a very easy drive. Our stay was a joy and a pleasure thanks in a large part to our wonderful stay at the Lake Buena Vista Resort.

Nice condo, pools and grounds area. Great location and easy access to attractions and shopping.

I was impressed with the cleanliness. Beds were comfortable, it was great for everyone to have space to spread out after all day in the parks. Love the close location to grocery store for provisions. Great value.

We spent 6 days on site. Facilities were perfect for a family of 8. Needed some more sheets and towels. PM took care of the issue immediately. Pools were perfect for kids and adults. Outlet mall next door a great addition. Only drawback, to get anywhere other than the resort site and attached mall, you have drive or uber. Local roads are not predestrian friendly.

So close to everything we wanted to do. The size if the site was exactly as listed. Pools, convenience store, mini pizza hut... located right next to an outlet shopping plaza.

Overall a nice place to stay for the cost. Close to a variety of Orlando locations. This building is next to a little pool, and the pirate ship pool is in a neighboring building. Some things a bit worn. Though vrbo will tell you to wait for check in information, it turns out you should just go to the main lobby check in desk.

We had a great time. It was nice for us to come “home” each night and have space for our teens to spread out for relaxation. A few dislikes for future prospects: 1.As to be expected, the pool was crowded. The downside was that the two times our teenagers went to use it, the facility had run out of pool towels. We easily overcame this by getting towels in the morning before the days excursion the second time. What was not so easy to overcome was the amount of debris i.e. bandaids on the bottom. Kinda gross but the other little kids didn’t seem to care. 2.Our condo was very quiet our entire stay (Saturday to Saturday); however, there was a unit on the opposite end that became more lively Friday night. Thankfully it was not near us as it could be heard some distance away from the hallway. I only noticed it while disposing the trash in the rubbish room. I am sure their neighboring units were more than thrilled to have dance music provided for their dreams (which this scenario can happen anywhere). 3.and lastly from a critical viewpoint: the parking situation. I did not do the math, but I would guess there are more units in building 3 than parking spaces. If you return late at night (when the parks close), just expect you will probably have to walk a little more. By no means were any of these issues a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again. Believe it was well worth the price.

The location was great, really liked access to the shuttle. Property and the condo I stayed in were very clean and well taken care of. Very friendly atmosphere!

This property was very nice, located right next to outlets and grocery stores. It was well worth the money spent and very affordable 3/2 condo/resort. I will definitely use them again and will highly recommend. The staff was awesome and so was the host. 5 stars from me and my crew!

Beautiful resort like location. We had issues with our stove and it was replaced rather quickly. Breakfast was ruined but no one could prevent it from happening. All in all a great stay.

We had a great experience staying at this property. The owner was very responsive to all my questions ahead of time. The location was perfect - only 10-15 minutes from the parks and an easy drive. We had a couple small issues (oven door got stuck open and the jacuzzi tub wasn’t working) but maintenance showed up timely and we realized we were just turning it on wrong. Quick fix and we got to enjoy it. Also, most comfortable bed i’ve ever slept on!

My family loved this condo! The property was beautiful. Room was very clean. Simple check in and check out. Plenty of room for everyone and it was nice to have a kitchen to cook in. Nice showers and Jacuzzi tub. Both pools were clean and the large pool with the pirate ship was super fun. We could walk to the outlet mall next door and the location was very convenient to amusement parks, grocery stores, shopping and dining.
