Muy bien ubicado tanto para los parques de disney como para hacer shopping! Los espacios de las villas son super amplios, bien equipados, las instalaciones muy buenas tambien y el personal genial!!

Todo me gustó —- espacio del apartamento— ubicación- atención excelente! Arthur nos ofreció un servicio extra para asistir a una charla de 90 minutos pero fueron más !!! 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱casi no nos da tiempo para ir a los fast past en Disney !!! Mucha demora en esas charlas !

Television poco amigable con solo canales en inglés. No español. Justo fuimos con un sobrino que no entiende mucho inglés !!! Y las piscinas muy lejos de donde estábamos. O no están claras las ubicaciones.

location is great, the room sizes (2 bedroom apartment) are good but a little dated. The rooms were cleaned ok but not to a fantastic standard.

rooms could have been cleaned better, cutlery etc etc. always a long wait at reception check in. rooms are a bit dated, shower head not connected to the wall properly, toilet seat cracked and cistern not mounted properly. This is the 5th time we have stayed here, and each time, whenever we go to the pool area, there are always groups that take over, drinking alcohol and eating either in the water or on the pool edge. No staff around the pool areas to deter them. Not ideal if young children are about...

Fast check-in and check-out. Clean rooms. Rooms were cleaned very well.

One day, I had a guest visit and he was hit by one of the golf carts backing out that was driven by an employee. He's disabled and the employee denied it and didn't offer him a ride to the villa after the incident. Unfortunately, it occurred. I'm just grateful it didn't involve one of the four children we had with us. First night only, until 1 am teens were running around in hallways and the room next door was extremely loud.

Nothing I like to be honest. The whole thing is a disaster.

False alarm triggered at 4am in the morning. My group including elderly and kids were all waked up. When I asked the staff, I was told this is not the first time. I said if why they cannot fix it and ensure guests can sleep well which is the most basic and bare minimum service a hotel named Sheraton should reliever. Also next day WIFI was down for a day.

The 2BR villa was perfect for our family of 6. We value having lots of space, a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The unit was updated, clean and had most of what we needed. Pools and playgrounds were perfect for the whole family!

I wish the kitchen was stocked a little better - no liquid measuring cups or pizza cutter.

Location was t to bad

So many things went wrong from the rock hard bed with the wrong sheets on, to having to clean my room as it hadn’t been used in a while and had dead flys everywhere. There was a lot more too I could write but I am hoping they contact me soon to make this right! I’ll never stay at this place or even a Marriott owned hotel again!

Check in was fast and easy. Lovely agent, very positive and caring. My good friends from my hometown are owners and come to your facility this week every year.

Check out at 10AM is too early. Also, there was only one luggage cart. I"m 73 years old and had to make many trips to carry out our luggage.

The townhouse was clean and very spacious. It had everything we needed and was in a very quiet location. The area is fantastic for getting to the parks and surrounded by restaurants and stores. I would recommend this spot and would stay here again. :)
