First time staying here and i couldn't have been more pleased. The condo is in good condition and very well stocked. Plenty of room to hangout and relax. The view is absolutely stunning. Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place. Had everything. Kitchen was fabulous. Beds so comfortable. The view so mesmerizing.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo on the beach. It is fully equipped with all needed amenities and the layout was perfect for our group. Although no complaints, the unit could use some enhancements and repairs. Also the doors to the balcony were not easy to secure and it would have been useful to use an elevator as some family members had health issues. Regardless, we will absolutely book again.

This place was fine. The pros, Great View Great Beach Access at low tide only (which is true for all of Oceanside) Clean everyone has a bathroom Decent kitchen set up Comfortable sofa and plenty of space for a family Parking garage and secure entry was a plus Cons -Beds are very hard -Very loud most of the time in the master bedroom. People and cars until 1am and starts again at 5am all week-loud car music, talking, street cleaning, garbage pick up under unit (this is an issue for the Strand) -all of the shower controls are broken. You get extreme hot water or cold. The master bath control was the only one that regulated water temp right. -dishwasher did not clean dishes -fire pit was broken -outdoor furniture pictured has been changed out for small sofa and no outdoor dinning table This unit was overall okay but needs maintenance as other reviewers have pointed out.

We had a lovely stay. There are a few things that need to be fixed. The hot water does not automatically come on. Had to ask about what to do. Glass door in front bedroom didn’t open. A man I contacted came and fixed it. And the middle bedroom has loose door jam. It’s falling apart. I know these are minor things but just wanted you to know. Overall it’s a fantastic house. This rental is top notch. This was a family vacation that did not disappoint. In fact we loved it so much we added an extra night. Everything exceeded my expectations from cleanliness to the outstanding view. The location is walking distance to the pier, restaurants and stores. There were 3 couples and everyone had their own space. The property management was very quick to respond (had minor questions) and check in and out was easy. Was nice to have 2 assigned parking spaces, in a garage with no space issues. The kitchen had more supplies than I have! We had a great time.

One issue that I didn't understand is that they list room for 8 people, but there is sleeping arrangements for 12. And under the policies it states no more than 12 people allowed, but the owner said the city only allows 8 in the condo. The condo itself was convenient in that it is walking distance to restaurants and pier, and you are literally oceanfront. But for the price, you don't enjoy the full view of the ocean from the balcony. Only what is directly in front of you because it sits back from the condos on either side of it. We still enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the waves and listening to it at night. Also watching the cars and people pass by; and riding our bikes on the strand. The only complaints were the lack of internet service and no instructions on how to use the TVs. Also, the firepit would not start, and I read a review on 11/2022 that this was an issue back then and obviously has never been fixed. Otherwise, we did have a wonderful time and hope to be able to return again someday.

This is a really nice 3 bed/ 3 bath condo right on the beach. There is a one-way road (strand) in front of the house, but the sounds of the waves take care of any road noise. Very upscale, very well-appointed. The back bedroom has its own door to the outside and an ensuite. Note that the back patio is pretty small, and out the back is up a hill (thus you can't access from the street to the east, except via staircase to the south). The unit is all on the ground floor, there is a bit of a ramp-up to the unit that could be a challenge for those who have limited mobility. There is an elevator in the unit, but we were not allowed to use it. The parking is in the basement and the front balcony is over the garage entrance (not a sound issue). I would imagine maintenance is a challenge being right on the water. This site could use some focus on maintenance inside and out - several "little" things that don't take away from the experience could be fixed.

Great property and great location. Right on the coast so great view. Technically, you could swim by walking out the front door and walking 30 feet to the ocean but it’s too rocky. Best to walk about 2/3 mins to the designated beach area where the pier is located. This place was just as nice as the pics. The only problem we had was the master shower had weak water pressure and sometimes only had cold water. However, there are 2 other showers so not a big deal to use the other showers. I actually just used the master shower the whole time still since didn’t mind. Overall, exceeded our expectations and was perfect family beach vacation.

House air conditioning does not work. They put portables in 2 bedrooms but only 1 has exhaust out the window. Didn't matter, the circuit breaker popped when we tried to run both of them at the same time. TV in 1 bedroom was not working when we got there, they did change it but the cable box hooked to it said it needed activation. Bathroom faucet handles need changed. Outside firebox is for looks only, all rusted out. Nice location, but needs a lot of work to be worth the money.

This is our 8th year in the same Villas in Oceanside. We love the location and the units. Every year has been wonderful and we look forward to returning. It’s within walking distance to everything we could ever need. Even a Catholic Church for Sunday mass. Couldn’t ask for more when you are able to have enough room for the entire family. ❤️

The place is absolutely beautiful. The location is incredible. There were some cleanliness issues however, the staff quickly fixed them and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable checking process was frustrating as the code did not work.they had recently changed the code. It took about half an hour to get the right code, so we were able to enter the property, they had difficulties with their hot water heater but again they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so very much there were frustrations, but the staff quickly fixed and went above and beyond even crediting us. all things considered. We would definitely stay there again, knowing that there is a willingness to go and bath and beyond to make things right even if there is an issue. We will look for properties when by this company in the future due to their willingness to help our family be comfortable I cannot say enough about the location. It is absolutely gorgeous. , I cannot say enough about the location. It is absolutely gorgeous. Your footsteps from the beach. you’re walking distance to practically everything. You’re just a couple doors down from the house where they filmed animal kingdom. There’s also the top gun house, which is now a pie house/bakery, right at the end of the pier watching the waves and storms into the evening was magnificent, the entire front of house is all windows., the entire front of house is all windows so the view you can’t beat the view!

This rental was beautiful, and perfectly located. Only complaints are that a first aid kit was advertised, but was not present. My husband had to drive to store to get some first aid stuff when my son cut his foot on the patio. Also the shower in the combo bathroom had pretty bad water pressure, it was unusable, dripping water, most likely needs to be cleaned out or replaced. But all of the other showers worked great, the bathtub was nice and deep! The linksys internet had alot of issues, which wasnt a big deal since we were mostly on the beach, but my husband was unable to effectively access work from his laptop. They had an incredible supply of things kitchen related from Tupperware, bottle openers, general dishes and utensils, glass/plastic cups, wine glasses, pots and pans and cooking utensils, etc. They provide a very generous amount of bathroom towels and beach towels. All of the beds and couch were incredibly comfortable! It states that they do not provide trash bags, toilet paper or paper towels, but they absolutely do, and plenty of it. Area is very quiet, no annoying late night partying which is great, especially if visiting with children or just looking for a relaxing vacation. Being able to fall asleep and wake up to hearing the ocean waves is the best, we will definitely be coming back!

Pros - across from the beach, clean and modern decor, comfy beds and beautiful view. In addition, you can walk to lots of restaurants and attractions. Cons - right on the Strand so the balcony faces a busy road with cars, bikes and people nearly all day/night long, plus this unit is right next to the beach access, so a few stragglers coming and going throughout the day - not as private as I had hoped. If you are looking for a more peaceful area, try a row back from this location. I would also suggest a new outdoor BBQ grill, as the current one is not heating evenly. In addition, the last night of our stay, the back bedroom shower would not drain properly and overflowed onto the bathroom tile floor. It may have been the result of heavy rain for weeks on the system, but not something I expected to have to clean up and deal with at the price this condo goes for. While maintenance staff was quick to respond and was having a plumber come out the next day, just make sure to inquire that all is repaired before your stay. We left early the next day, so not sure what was required.

Great location, beautiful rental with high end everything! Well-appointed kitchen! The space is enormous—pictures do not do it justice! Hearing the ocean at night put me to sleep! Having coffee on the balcony each morning was fantastic. You cannot get closer to these stunning crashing waves —you literally are on the shore!

The property was in a great location, across a narrow street to the beach so that you could hear the waves which was very nice. The neighborhood was great and close to the pier and within about a 10 minute walk to many restaurants. The property was beautiful and nicely decorated and very comfortable. Basic shampoo and soap and hair dryers were provided which was convenient. The kitchen had all the pots and small kitchen appliances that you might need. It was cool when we were there but the gas fireplace made it cozy and there were space heaters available. Would definitely recommend to any men looking for a nice beach rental.

This condo was located in a great location, wonderful views of the ocean/sunset, very spacious. We had a few hiccups though. The volume on the TV in the living would not adjust, no manual options. The fire bowl did not have propane. We filled the tank and then the knob came off and we were unable to light. The gate taking you out the front to the beach would not work so we had to go around. We had elderly family which caused a problem for them.

This house is a perfect vacation spot. The location is perfect. Easy to walk everywhere. We had only one tiny glitch. Internet is not very good, but we were just fine. Had as much as we needed. This was our second year staying at this lovely home.

We arrived after dark and having traveled from the East Coast for a celebration of life. we unpacked the car in the underground parking garage and sat my 95 year old mother on a bench near the car while we found the unit.. we went up the stairs and used the access code, opened the door to our unit to find another family occupying it! They showed us their reservation confirmation; the unit was double booked.. While I understand mistakes happen, the property mgr did not provide any solution and after an hour of her trying to figure out what happened and with no where for us to go, (seeing if we could get into the same complex ,but there were renters coming in the next morning and she could not get a cleaning crew in there), we we.stuck in a seemingly unsafe parking garage very late with our 95 year old mother and other family members. I had to remain on the the street level to get cell phone service, again, not a safe feeling - very shady characters at night in this location. After waiting for a resolution, phone calls from the prop., mgr that did not help us,we were finally told that our money was refunded and if we want to spend it on another property they manage, they would "try and find one", but when we asked for compensation for that night, no courtesy or discount was offered! Now after 10:30, we are tired from flying earlier from the East Coast, unfamiliar with the area and at nighttime it did not appear to be safe. No offer was. made to find us lodging or hotel listings in the area, etc. We were stunned that no solution was provided to compensate of the situation we were thrown into and had to pack up the car with 5 people, luggage, a wheelchair and a walker, at 10:30 pm without knowing where we were heading, but knowing that area did not feel safe to be camping in the parking garage., Although I received a follow up email explaining the calendar syncing issue was not their fault, that did not help us get to a bed and bathroom that we desperately needed at that point. I found a Marriott once I was able to get full cell service and we checked in at 11:30pm. I am very surprised that no discount for future bookings, or compensation for our first night's ' stay has been offered, We got a refund and "sorry but if you want to try and see if one of our properties are open and pay full price, then we can try and see what we have."... it was shocking,

This lovely condo was very well-stocked, comfortable, clean, and had numerous amenities (beach items/toys, streaming tv service, fire pit, BBQ). The proximity to the beach and view of the ocean were highlights of this property. Only issue was the central AC in the front part of the house was not functioning, but we made do with the provided fans and did not call for maintenance. Would happily stay here again!

We paid a premium for this property and expected it to be without issues. From the start, the air conditioning did not work. The property maintenance manager called out an expert who said the system required replacement. It was not during our stay. Second, one of the sinks in the main bathroom did not work. The handles were frozen shut. Finally, the towels were torn and the sheets did not fit the bed.

My and husband and I were just looking to get away for a week and came across this amazing oceanside condo. It is located near the pier and walking distance to several restaurants and shops. It was very spacious, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The garage is very safe and secure. The only thing was that both of our parking spaces weren't located next to each other but thank goodness there was a motorcycle in the space next to us as it is a bit tight. Our deck was about half the size of the other condos but we were fine with it since they allowed for us to bring our 5 pound yorkie and the views were spectacular as well. The front A/C worked great but we couldn't get the one to work in the back. However, we didn't call maintenance about it as we slept in the front bedroom so it wasn't a problem for just the two of us. My only suggestion for improvement is to replace the BBQ grill (which was really bad) and some of the deck furniture as they are in bad shape because of the salt from the sea. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!!!
