We stayed here for a week and we had a wonderful stay. The property manager was friendly and easy to communicate with. The rental is located on one of the island's most beautiful beaches. Everything from restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets are nearby. It's well-equipped, very clean, beds and bedding were comfy. It looks exactly like the pictures. The view of the beach was phenomenal, I would definitely stay again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay there. We had no issues and have to say it was a great location and a great condo. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this location. The owners are great and very responsive. We had a great time.

I have to go by the old saying, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." I'll leave it at that.

I have stayed at this property a few times and thought I knew what to expect. What I didn't expect was a broken AC unit, unsecured security gates, walkway lights out, approached for additional housekeeping when housekeeping is included (1 per week). Also, water outage with no advance notice to be able to plan for and the "Oh well response".

Beautiful condo and location. Absolutely unbeatable view. Hosts were beyond helpful with recommendations, directions, and they make the condo feel very cozy and homey. Can’t wait to go back!

This place was exactly what we expected/what we needed. The location was perfect for our group of four as it was within walking distance to countless bars/restaurants by day or night, either along the beach or through the roads/paths. Gilles was a great host, went over everything initially, gave us some good tips. And although we didn’t need much from him after that as we can handle all the eating and drinking on our own lol, I knew for sure, if needed, he would have been available and accommodating.

The property is absolutely amazing. It looks even better than the pictures. Perfect location right on the beach walking distance to multiple restaurants and grocery store. Daphne and Gillis were absolutely perfect hosts!

This apartment is front line with nothing between it and the beach. My wife and I stayed at this property for one week and were joined by one adult and a 4 year old family members for the last 2 days of the stay. The property was spacious with a large front deck and large living room and kitchen. The view of Orient Bay from the kitchen was spectacular. The kitchen was well equipted, we ate all our meals in the apartment. The bedrooms were also large and confortable.

The property was clean, well stocked with provisions and kitchen necessities. Beds were comfortable, outdoor dining table was great. The view, proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants was a perfect fit for us. Wifi and all appliances worked well. Handy to have laundry onsite. Amazing location and property. From the minute we arrived to the time we dreaded leaving this beautiful island, our stay were amazing. The property is better than advertised and the location is one of the best on the island. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for everything. You were great hosts.

After two weeks on the island we concluded that would could not have had a better location and the view was gorgeous. I will advise that the photos posted must be from prior to hurricane Irma as the view to the beach parking lot/beach is wide open and the trees were not there . At first I was disappointed to not have the added privacy but it gives a spectacular view of the beach to watch all of the activities happening on the water. We had some unfortunate things happen like an electrical breaker going out, the clothes dryer breaking prior to our arrival. as well as the water to the Orient Bay Area getting cut off the day before we departed. The owners were very quick to communicate or respond to any issues as they occurred and you can’t ask for more than that. You just have to remember you are on a Caribbean island with limited resources so sometimes things take longer to fix. The nearby restaurants are fantastic and overall we had a wonderful time. The unit is well appointed with anything you need as well. You will not be disappointed here.

Location is great the condo is large and clean . We did have a couple of issues the owner responded to quickly. If you want to be on the beach this is the place to be.

This was our second year staying at Princess Anouck. It’s a beautiful property and a great home away from home. Comfortable and relaxing.

My family and I had a VERY relaxing week on St. Martin. Everything was easy and fast to get to (groceries, restaurants, beaches) and the French Quarter is a very nice location to stay. The only suggestion is to put out a few more towels for the guests...other than that, no issues and I recommend this property and location.

Perfect location on the beach and near a bunch of very good restaurants. + Location: this is on the beach. You walked on the propriety on the beach. So, easy and very convenient. + Property manager: easy and quick to response to any request. He has a representative living within 5 minutes of the property. Very positive interaction. + Beach was great. We took chairs at Kokoa Beach - staff was super friendly and very welcoming. Food was good. Service was excellent + Dinner. There are about 6 restaurants within walking distance. St-Martin is a great option for a family trip. This is a must try location! Overall, we will plan to return next year

This is a very nice property with one of the best views on Orient Beach. Everything you need is close by, from beach to beach bars and restaurants, even grocery shopping. The property is equipped with pretty much anything you could need. The property is safe and inviting of you to have a great time. Plenty do do for adults and kids with nearby communities offering even more adventures. We will be back!

The apartment was exactly as described online. It's absolutely beautiful with an amazing view right on Orient Beach! Princess Anouck is a literal stone's throw from KKO which is the place where my family usually spends most of its time. Everything about the place was beautiful and the views were amazing. We had a bit of an issue upon checking in but it was taken care of very quickly and we got set up very nicely. Overall we were very happy with all aspects of the place and our trip. I would absolutely recommend Princess Anouck for all people visiting Orient Beach. Gilles and Alex took great care of us during our stay! I look forward to booking future trips at any location they own.

My family had a wonderful time staying here. The condo has an amazing view of one of the prettiest beaches on the island. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds where comfortable. My son loved the pool (the pool was clean and taken care of). The condo is walking distance to some fantastic restaurants and a small grocery store. It is also about a 10 minute drive to some of the other beaches and Bistrot Caraibes (fantastic seafood). The owner was fantastic to communicate with. The island is still rebuilding but don’t let that stop anyone from visiting!!! The beaches, food, and people are fantastic!

Originally we were scheduled to stay in September 2017, but Hurricane Irma happened, altering plans and disrupting island life. Gilles and Daphnée were extremely patient and kind throughout the disruption, allowing us to postpone our stay until the island had recovered more. Almost 1.5 years later, and the wait was worth it! Walking in the door you immediately see a wall length sliding glass doors that open fully to the ocean view. Nothing obstructs the view and you are close enough to hear the waves crash. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook. Coffee and espresso makers are available. The island is still in recovery mode, so you will want to buy bottle water while you are there. (3.5 Euro for a 6pack of 1.5 liter - we used around 3 cases while there.) Bring adapters for electronics that can handle 220 Volts (Apple products do), and a converter for electric tooth brush or camera chargers. Adapters are cheap, less than a $1; converters decent around $15. There is a gate that takes you directly out to KKO beach, where you can get an umbrella, food and drinks. It is less than a 5 minute walk. Orient Bay center is an 8 minute walk, and now has 6 restaurants open, all have high quality food. Casino is the grocery store that practically has everything you need for food and drinks. They all take VISA and USD. We loved the location, and already plan on returning. This was our 5th trip to SXM, and now we will always stay at the Princess Anouk. Thank you Gilles, Daphnée and Alex for sharing your wonderful home!

Beautiful view on the beach. Nice, clean condo with pool and private parking. Comfortable mattress. Right next to Kko Beach bar, we were most of the time over there, delicious food, drinks and free fast WiFi. 5 min walk to the restaurant and small market from the condo. Le Piment Restaurant was very nice with delicious food. Aleksander answered any my questions with minutes We enjoy our stay, we will be back again. Thanks

We enjoyed Princess Anouk very much. It was equipped nicely, very clean, and has a great location. We had a hand held shower head break and they had it fixed within an hour. A/C in every room assured comfort although we hardly needed it because of the wind of orient beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Princess Anouk. Plenty of room well equipped kitchen. A beautiful view. Flo was attentive and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay in this unit. Couldn't ask for a better location with it's proximity to the beach and restaurants/bars. The unit is well maintained and clean. Greg, the concierge welcomed us to the unit and prepurchased items for us we had requested. Overall I'd recommend this unit and the group in charge to anyone questioning stating there.

This is our 2nd stay at Princess Anouk, one pre hurricane Irma and our current 2 weeks stay. I’m happy to report that the unit was as good as we remembered it. As always, it is spotless clean, with working air conditioning and WiFi and a kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware and some cookware. You cannot beat the view from the deck - just a spectacular unobstructed view of Orient Beach and the Atlantic. And Orient Beach is indeed back. Chairs and umbrellas are available as are 3 beach bars/restaurants. The village, which is a 5 minute walk away, is a vibrant evening spot with 6-7 restaurants serving everything from French to Italian and Asian. The grocery store in the village, Casino, has been upgraded and now offers a wonderful selection of cheeses, pates and produce. So yes the island is still in a recovery stage as evidenced by our visit to Gran Case but even there the Lolos’ are back as are 3 wonderful restaurants. But there is no reason not to visit Orient Beach and be assured you will throughly enjoy your stay at Princess Anouk.
