The proximity to the restaurant Astrolabe

we were promised the unit we previously had stayed in. No apologies at all. Television was controlled by a dish and did not work well and when it did channels were limited. WiFi barely worked.

Breakfast was good, but Karein was a real delight to talk to. L Arnaud is very appealing with good food

Our door was left open one day by the cleaning crew and after calling about it after being left until 4:30 pm, we never heard a word about it or an apology. Security should be a priority now a days for all

Loved having a private pool to share with our friends. Short walk to the beach. Loved the access to the beach clubs included with stay.

Breakfast could be MUCH improved. Beds were hard

Location, staff, restaurant were all excellent. Pool was very nice and convenient. The grounds and lzndscping were beautiful.

There was no comfortable seating in the room, only hard wooden chairs and table. No coffee maker-only hot water and instant coffee

The grounds are very pretty.

The room has nothing in it. One bed. One table with two chairs. There is no warmth to the room and it echos. If you moved a chair or opened a drawer, the sound was so irritating. The person in the room next us snored and it literally kept us awake. Also, the room keys were ridiculously large and heavy….. they were a pain to carry to the beach

Beautiful scenery with villas, an amazing restaurant and kind staff. Perfect location you’re right by the beach which has lots of beach clubs on it. Coco beach was my favorite.

The check in staff were very friendly and the Astrolabe restaurant at the resort was phenomenal. Right next to a beautiful beach.

The room felt very old and there was a very loud private party in the restaurant behind our room until 11pm. ALSO, they use old-fashioned keys, not key cards, so we forgot to return the key and had to spend $40 to return it by taxi after we already got to the airport...

Getting around StMaartin was not fun. It would have been nicer to have a shuttle service to area locals offered.

Vast property close to the beach + swimming pool for the bungalow

Wi-fi in our room 536 was not functioning properly. Problem was not solved during our two weeks stay !

Spacious property and well maintained grounds. it felt safe there.

There were no comfortable chairs to set on. The chairs in the room were 2 hard wooden ones. The patio chairs were newer but still uncomfortable to sit on the back porch.

Location, privacy, security and accessibility to everything one would want or need on the island.

Hotel with beachfront , big rooms, semi-private pool in each villa, quiet and perfect location to rest. Several beach clubs available right in front of the hotel.

Price is too high vs what they offer, the breakfast is simple and the rest are extras that you need to pay. The service at the beach clubs isn't great. The best service was a KKO, the worst at Coco beach.

Over priced but it was also over New Years Eve and to be expected. Didn’t get the King Bed room that was reserved through Booking.com considering the rate was $500 this was a little disappointing.
