The property is lovely and the views are exceptional. We were there to celebrate our family Christmas and we had informed the host at booking but there were no Christmas decorations except a tree without the top so that was disappointing. We had lots of room and all the beds were comfortable. The most important areas were very clean but there were large spider webs in windows and on light fixtures. The pantry and kitchen had wonderful supplies. Location is great, we enjoyed the lovely town of Seneca with its beautiful Christmas lights and quaint downtown area as well as Clemson and Greenville.

We had our family meet at this house to stay for the Notre Dame /Clemson football game. The house was great - we had a chili dinner Friday night and the kitchen was well appointed for serving etc. ( could use a blender or food processor that is complete) The beds were super comfy, view was outstanding and we all wished we could have stayed several more days. It is about 35 min's from campus so plan accordingly if guests are headed there.

This beautiful lakeside home was perfect for our family gathering to attend a Clemson football game. House is very well appointed, comfortable, and clean. There was plenty of room for everyone, not to mention a spectacular view from every room.

This place was great for our family to be together. Beautiful views! I would not recommend for handicap or elderly, due to lots of stairs and steep driveway, but younger crowd would be fine. Overall a great experience!!

This is our second time staying here. It is such a wonderful location and space for our family. The house is fantastic with so much room, it is just the 6 of us, but there is plenty of room for three couple and six or eight kids. Huge living areas upstairs and down and the downstairs is a wonderful place for everyone to hang and enjoy each other! The dock is amazing and water is plenty deep! I highly recommend this location!

We had a great time and everything was perfect! Russell was easy to communicate with and quick to respond! Beautiful property!!

First there were nails exposed on the long walkway to the dock that even punctured through flip flops- there was zero Wi-Fi, the walkway was very slippery when wet- but most disappointing were the unnecessary charges we came back to. When we arrived, the ping-pong table had a crossbar that had already been broken, and there was a huge microburst storm in the middle of our stay and a table from their dock, flew into the water. We were charged for these damages. We are disputing with the owner. We’ve had very little communication with the owner about why these charges are being made, and we asked for photos and documentation for cost replacement, etc. I am a schoolteacher and we are very careful at every property where we travel. We secured items at the dock that had a way to be secured- the table was not one of those. They are just hunting for more money from me, charging the max amount. Do not rent from this owner.
