Great property and host was very helpful and responsive.

From start to finish, this villa was great. Communication was extremely quick with our host. Access to the beach, restaurants and club was either a 10 minute walk or a 4 minute golf cart ride. We were able to use the restaurants at the W, Westin and Reserva Conchal. We cooked in the unit often and every kitchen utensil needed was available from pans to knifes to storage bags to even a vita prep was here. Access to Brasílito was only 2 miles away for grocery and additional restaurants. Only challenge for us was that we flew into San Jose instead of Liberia. We would fly into Liberia next time given the traffic in Costa Rica. Love the villa and would recommend to all!

A top notch property all the way around, you will have a wonderful getaway if you choose to stay with Neil and Isma. There are no complaints from this group of 6 adults who spent 7 nights in paradise. The Property Reserva Conchal is a very unique and lovely resort full of a variety of options; entertainment, hiking trails, spa services, tennis courts, golf course, restaurants, a beach and many other activities for all types of vacationers. Plus it has a nature preserve on the grounds. The Villa This villa has everything that you could ask for in a home away from home. A very private pool, outdoor showers, and a well stocked kitchen are just a couple of the amenities awaiting you. This house is very clean with a great layout. I will definitely stay here again.

This was the best place we've ever stayed. The location is ideal and the home is perfect. It was our first time in CR and we are so grateful that the property manager was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions. The home is clean and modern. The club is perfect for families and if you want to do any excursions, Andrei and Conchal Fun are the way to go!

Spacious, modern well appointed Villa in Reserva Conchal Club with golf cart, convenient to all club amenities including beach, ocean kayaks, pools with wait service, restaurant, bar, gym, and spa use, close to playa flamingo, used kitchen which had every appliance and tools needed. Host Neil directed us to the contact for airport transportation, car rental, all activities like ATVs, etc. phenomenal stay!

This property was amazing! Very unique villa with a very cool layout around the pool! A one of kind experience!!! The boys loved being so close to the driving range. We loved having the golf cart to drive to the Beach Club and having The W and Westin close by was nice for dinners. Neil was SUPER responsive and made sure our every need was taken care of. Highly recommend this property!!

We had a fantastic time at the villa. It is an amazing location and the golf cart made getting to the beach very easy. The villa was extremely clean and the kitchen has everything you need. We cant wait to come back.

Wow Wow Wow. We just got back from our Costa Rican trip and CANNOT stop talking about it. The house is exactly as you see in the pictures but there are hidden gems like the indoor/outdoor showers that make it even more magical! It’s the perfect location with access on the golf cart to the Beach Club. You’re able to experience all of the perks of a resort with luxury living! Equally as impressive is Neil’s hospitality. I don’t know how he does it but any little message we sent was answered IMMEDIATELY. We had 1 minor blip with not being able to get volume on the TV but it was truly a non issue because the House Manager, Isma, is a superhero! We needed him to come twice and he was there within 10 minutes of us contacting him. He was so kind and was able to fix what we needed right away. Neil’s recommendation of Andrei from Conchal Fun for transportation during our stay and our excursion was amazing as was his recommendation for dinner at Panga’s. Crazy delicious!! You MUST MUST MUST book your stay here immediately. It will be a trip you will remember forever. You better hurry because we’re making plans for our next stay now!

The house is spectacular and accommodates 6 perfectly. Access to the Beach Club is outstanding. The beach is in the top 3 (arguably 1) in CR. Very clean and feels brand new. Pool is great. Golf cart makes it easy. Make sure you have transportation lined up if you want to go anywhere. Five stars and would come back in a heart beat.

The property was amazing!! View was beautiful - the amenities were exceptional and were all there for your use! The way the property is set up you have three separate living quarters which is perfect for a group of three couples!! We had just a couple questions, and Neal greeted with an immediate response!! The golf cart came in handy for the trips to the beach club!! We will for sure be back -- great location to a little local market and property is just gorgeous!! This for sure will be a return trip location...:) This is a perfect home for a wonderful Costa Rica get away!! Pura Vida!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Conchal. The home was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We loved the pool and weeping wall. The location on the driving range was perfect. The golf cart provided quick and easy access to the beach and beach club. We will definitely stay here again. Neil was very communicative and responsive.

We absolutely love this house. Neil is the best host we have had in our VRBO experiences by far. He is quick to respond and so detail oriented. My family and I had a wonderful stay at this proprty in Playa Conchal. The house looks incredible in the photos, and they are absolutely the same in person. The house is literally build around the pool! We came down with several other families who stayed in condo’s on the property, jealousy would be a good adjective to describe how they felt about our accomodations compared to theirs. The golf cart included with the house was a huge help in getting around the development. Neil, the property manager, couldn’t have been more responsive.

This place is everything you want for a nice, relaxing vacation in Costa Rica! The house is absolutely beautiful, Neil is very responsive to any inquiries, golf cart will get you to some amazing restaurants and to the gorgeous beach. The pool and weeping wall are beautiful. The rules are few and very fair. And what do you need to do when you are ready to leave? Just leave on time. Its pretty expensive, sure, but the resort is just amazing and so if you can afford it, rent this place!

Would give it 6 stars if I could. The property is stunning and offers every comfort we could desired. The pool, outdoor seating, kitchen, bedrooms and even the outdoor showers…. All of them met or exceeded our expectations in every way! Neil our host was very responsive and able to help with any needs. If you desire privacy, peace and quiet, easy access to the beach, this is the place. Definitely a slice of heaven and we will be returning here.

We loved this property. It was great for our family. We took our kids and their significant others for a week and were very happy with everything. We loved that each room is like its own sweet. No rooms are connected to each other so it’s very quiet and restful. If you are an early riser and want to make breakfast and coffee you won’t disturb anyone else. The beach club is great and just a quick ride on the golf cart. They have good food a service as well. The beach is gorgeous too and feels private even though it’s next to the Westin resort. The house is literally looking at the driving range out the back door which was so cool. The guys played golf two days and said the course was great. We were connected by Neil to a very helpful guide named Andrei from ConchalFun. If you book be sure to get his information. He had our itinerary set for us before we arrived for excursions/tours. This place is in a good location because even though you have to drive a little to go to the waterfalls, zipline or other tours, it’s not too far. I recommend this place to families with younger kids or older because it is so well equipped for cooking and relaxing together. We enjoyed winding down by the pool in the afternoon or just taking a dip to cool off. Thank you Neil for being a true super host!

Amazing!! I cannot say enough about Villa 34 or Neil, the property owner. First off, Neil was a pleasure to work with and quick to answer any questions we had. Due to his super quick responses our stay was seamless! The villa was pretty incredible! We stayed with our two children, one in college and one in high school and all had our own space. The three separate bedrooms were incredibly private, the beds were super comfortable and showers were spectacular!! I felt like I was in an outside oasis while showering. Most of the interior walls are glass with a consistent view of the pool and the crying water wall. All of the rooms have automatic shades for privacy. The kitchen was very well stocked with any gadget you could possibly need and the appliances were great. If you have any interest in golf this is a golfer‘s paradise. The driving range is literally in your backyard. There is a nice hedge that gives you complete privacy from the golfers as well. Several of our days consisted of walking out the back door to the driving range, hitting a couple warm-up balls and then jumping in the owners golf cart to drive three minutes to the pro shop. It is a Troon design course and has a nice layout. You will also have full access to the private beach club. The beach club rivals many resort pool/dining areas I’ve been to. There is a beautiful large swimming pool, full restaurant with delicious food, a nice gym all connected to the best part... the beach!! I highly recommend this beautiful home in this tropical paradise!!

We had the privilege of staying at this villa for 8 nights, wow it is beautiful! Swimming at night with all the lights on and the sounds of nature were just breathtaking. Neil was very helpful and always quick to answer. This villa is definitely one of a kind and won't be forgotten by my family! We are glad to have had out Costa Rica experience here, just beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa 34 in Playa Conchal. The house is amazing, with high quality finishes, kitchen tools and appliances. Neil Is a wonderful host who is very responsive to questions (prior to and during stay). The Reserva Conchal Beach Club is as good or better than many resorts that we have visited and the beach was fantastic. We enjoyed complementary towel service at pool/beach and use of kayaks, in particular. Proximity to Westin and W were perfect so we could enjoy their restaurants via resort complementary shuttle service. Our family loved everything about the house with the pool and golf cart especially loved by our 2 teenagers. Pura Vida!

We typically book/stay in resorts when heading to tropical destinations but for this trip we decided to try a rental property for our 2 week stay. All we can say is that this gorgeous villa coupled with Neil’s (host) attention to every detail/ask made for a memorable vacation. The pics of this property do not do it justice - the design and flow bring a very zen vibe and the pool is accessible from every room. The go kart makes accessing fitness, restaurants and the beach seamless. We highly recommend venturing out of the property (using the go cart) and exploring the roadside restaurants in Brazilia. Neil a BIG thank-you for attending to all our needs/questions both pre-vacation planning and during our stay. Your Super Host title is 100% well deserved! This location is great for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The wifi is great, the house has everything you need, Neil is a fantastic host. The one note would be that if you wish to travel to the local area you will definitely need a car rental but there are lots of onsite amenities and the golf buggy is a really great addition.

The house is spectacular and the owner is so responsive and willing to answer all your questions prior to the arrival. The golf cart is an added bonus and it is a short trip to the beach club and ocean. We enjoyed our 2 night stay-wish it could have been longer.

Good location with resort amenities. Third bedroom small with not much privacy, but would be good for kids. Overall, great experience.

We loved everything about this house! Comfortable beds, quiet, fast internet, and plenty of sunshine and shade (sit watching the golfers on the driving range in the morning for sunshine and sit in the same place in the afternoon/evening for shade). The pool got sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. Every day, I found something else to impress me – really efficient and quiet air conditioners, extremely high-quality furnishings and construction throughout, couldn’t hear a thing from one room to another (none of the bedrooms share a wall with another bedroom). And the communication with our host was outstanding – immediate responses to our few questions and he even helped us get in the gate remotely (he called security on our behalf) when the system was having a problem, that was so nice of Neil! I could go on and on, this is one impressive home. And the golf cart to get to and from the beach club was a favorite time saver. So glad we booked this house and we’ll definitely be back!

We just returned from a great stay at this property. Excellent private Reserva Conchal location. Beautiful Villa surrounding center courtyard pool. Beach club amenities and golf cart that come with property an added bonus! You don’t have to leave the resort if you don’t want to but close enough to explore Tamarindo. Playa Grande, Playa Flamingo and other local spots. We even took day trips to Monteverde and Rio de Celeste. Neil the host was great with all communication, excellent with recommendations, and takes great care of his guests. The property shows great pride of ownership and is well maintained. We will be back Thanks Neil. Pura Vida!!!

We were only at Villa 34 for 2 days, but it was a wonderful 2 days. The Villa is beautiful with an amazing pool and water features throughout. And the included golf cart gets you to the golf/beach club in minutes. And a gracious and responsive owner as well. A+++!

The Villa is everything you read in the description and more. the beach is amazing and reserve Conchal facilities are top-notch. I've been renting nice properties for vacation purposes for a few years now. Let me tell you, there's no better place in Costa Rica than reserva conchal. I just need to find the next window of opportunity to return to this place and keep doing it for years to come. Thanks a lot Neil

We stayed at villa 34 for 30 days and had such a wonderful time. The villa itself is very nice, exactly as pictured/described and has everything you need. It’s also in an excellent location. Great security, driving range in the back yard, short (and nice) golf cart ride to the beach club, restaurants, etc. We traveled to several different areas/beaches and playa Conchal was by far the most beautiful, quiet, and peaceful beach we visited. The beach club and amentities were amazing, and the staff there were the best, we absolutely loved having it so close by. We also visited the Westin and the W hotels which are also short golf cart rides away and both properties were very nice and had several restaurant options to choose from. The owner, Neil, was very pleasant to work with, very accommodating & helpful and happy to answer all of my questions. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough. We had such a great month here and made memories that will last a lifetime and can’t wait to go back! Pura Vida!
