My wife and I came for a long weekend in San Diego. Lots of cool stuff nearby, and the place was good The check-in process was my only complaint We had to set up a specific time to meet the property manager for a key exchange and an unnecessarily long tour of the very small place A keypad with a code would be a more Convenient way to check in

This spot was a very easy walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby. We also rented a car and loved that we had parking. We were able to get to everything that we wanted to see in San Diego within a 15 minute drive. This spot was ideal. We rented bikes overnight and it was nice to have a garage place to keep them. We had minor maintenance issues, but Katharine, the property manager, and Sandi, the owner, were doing everything they could to get it fixed. Great people to work with!

Very clean and just steps from the beach.

The unit is well stocked with pretty much everything you need. Very close to the beach. The bed is super-comfortable with a nice selection of blankets so you can choose the one for the season you are visiting. Towels and bathing products well supplied. The TV and internet worked well. The one (big) problem we had was that the elevator stopped working after our second (of 9 nights). Being on the 3rd floor, it was pretty challenging when we left resulting in multiple trips to/from the car. Also, the dishwasher worked, but needs some "attention" and the photos posted here need some updating. Our hostess Katherine was very helpful and informative. Gave us valuable info about the area including restaurants and places to visit.

We (myself, husband, and son) really enjoyed our stay here. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Fruit bowl was a nice touch. The location can’t be beat…just steps to the beach! Two minor complaints…the elevator in condo is very “touchy” and sometimes didn’t work. This forced us to take the stairs to third floor which wasn’t a big deal except when our arms were full of groceries. Secondly, the portable air conditioner in the bedroom wasn’t set up and we didn’t realize. The first night we woke up sweltering, realizing the outflow tube wasn’t in the window but instead was blowing hot air into our room. However, even after putting it in the window and setting temp to 70, room was still hot. Fortunately there was a fan in closet and that helped. Just as an FYI for future guests…room was quite warm even with the portable AC. I would still recommend this condo as a great place to stay, based on location, price, safety, and cleanliness.

Everything was as advertised. We would stay again for sure. Had a great time. Steps away from all the beach activities.

Clean and convenient and tasteful design. Long walks on the beach every day. Cook at home or many choices in the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Great location. Close to Mission Bay and even closer to the ocean. Top floor of older building but very nice interior.

The host was amazing and very accommodating, Making us feel right at home. The property was as well. The close proximity to the beach and to dinning establishment could not have been more perfect. 10 out of 10 in my book.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was close to the beach, restaurants, and Belmont Park. We felt safe and had everything we needed in the condo! Quiet and comfortable with beautiful views. Katherine was very helpful !

So many wonderful places just outside our door, including the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and cute little shops. Grocery stores and the airport were just a quick ride away. The place was immaculate and communication was everything we could have hoped for. Can't recommend this location enough. Thank you for a most excellent visit!

We had a really nice stay here for a few days. Check in and check out was easy, the place is clean and it is a huge plus to have a designated parking space in a secure garage! We enjoyed the amazing views daily during our meals. 100% would stay again.

The condo was perfect. It was very comfortable, great location, lots of amenities, parking was simple. The host was very easy to work with and made our stay even better. Would definitely look to stay here again.

Great property has everything you need and is close to Two Beaches..Great walking area and Food and close to Downtown..Katherine your Host is Wonderful and always available for a Problem...Only small blip ..cant get NFL Games on their Streaming Services...Otherwise Great....

We so enjoyed staying here. First, Katharine is the worlds best host. She met us when we arrived and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The space was great for the two of us. Clean, modern, and it felt very warm and inviting. Sitting on the balcony was a delight. We loved how we could walk to the beach, a local bakery, and restaurants. Driving into San Diego or up to La Jolla was easy as well. The next time we stay in the area we will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were here celebrating our anniversary. We would not have changed a thing. The condo was very clean, a fantastic location, and had a lot of little things that just added to our comfort and convenience. Communication from the time of booking all the way through our checkout was great. Both the owner and the property manager were very kind and pleasant to work with. We will definitely look for this property again in the future.

Restaurants close by unit had everything we needed. Would recommend.

We’ve stayed in Mission beach multiple summer vacations as a family. We love this property for its parking, beach access, and AC. It has one bathroom through the master bedroom, but we were able to manage it with our middle schoolers each night. Would stay here again!

I loved that you can see the fireworks from Seaworld at night and how close the beach is….literally steps away.

We very much enjoyed our stay on Mission Beach. Our host was extremely helpful getting us checked in and familiar with all the amenities. The condo was just steps from the beach and was set up with all the “things” we needed for a fun day at the beach!

Fantastic condo, wonderful location, super clean! Lovely view of the bay and ocean. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and enjoying a coffee. Perfect size for our family and you can’t beat the location! All the amenities you need! Looking forward to booking again!

This condo is in a great location. A very, very short walk to the ocean Beach & a 1 block walk to the bay. From the condo you have views of both beaches. The place was immaculate. There was everything you would need for an extended stay. Unfortunately we were there for just 3 nights. I can’t say enough about Katherine, the property manager. She greeted us upon our arrival & explained everything we’d need to know. Great dinner recommendations also. Sandi the owner is easy to contact & gets back to you right away. They both helped to make out 1st visit to San Diego very pleasant. If you have a car the parking garage is great. Driving wise, anything you’d want to see or do is about 15-20 minutes away. Great place! Great visit!

Perfect spot for a couple who wants be at the beach, but do not want to spend huge dollars. It may not be right on the sand, but it’s only a few steps away. There were new appliances, dish washer, fridge/freezer, nice sized kitchen, and normal size full bathroom. Also the secure indoor parking for one car in a very busy area was a huge plus. The condo is less than a 5 minute walk from a bicycle rental and about 1 mile on the walking/bike path to some nice restaurants and entertainment.

Very nice condo, excellent location especially for the price. The space was just as described. Shop down below was very handy. Coffee place that just opened was excellent as well. Check in and out was very accommodating.

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at this property. It's beginning to feel like a second home. You can't beat the location! It's just a few steps from the beach. The views from the balcony are spectacular. The condo is clean and well-managed. Katharine, the hostess, is very pleasant and professional to work with.
