Absolutely loved this very clean (we all commented as soon as the door opened how fresh and clean) this unit was! Great use of space, can easily accommodate 4 and still have sofa bed available! Well stocked, loved the area info and recommendations in the basket….. and the fresh donuts from Okaloosa donuts! Easy access to the beach and beach set up for 2 included! Reserved parking space very convenient and owners were a pleasure to work with!

Great location, beautiful view, clean, everything we needed

To keep this short and sweet, everything was perfect. Condo was clean, staff is friendly, beaches are beautiful. Perfect getaway. Oh yeah, fishing was spot on too!

The process to rent and check in was very smooth especially the no contact check in and checkout process. Also, the unit faces the beach and we were only steps away.

We arrived and checked in was a breeze!! The view is amazing and the condo was perfect for the 4 of us. My husband and I had the master bedroom and my 12 and 10 year old loved the bunk beds. The Condo was clean and provided everything we needed. Having the assigned parking and chairs on the beach was nice too! We spent every day on the beach! We will be back!

Our family had a great time! This property had everything we needed and then some. Hairdryers, books, dvds, coozies, even a popcorn maker! The bunk beds are so cute, making it easy to accommodate a family of 4. The communication was excellent before and during the trip. We had zero issues, and would highly recommend this property!

Overall, the unit is okay; however, it requires maintenance. The ceiling fans - light fixtures - wall decorations are heavily coated with dust (dust that's been untouched for many months). The towels & face cloths smelled like outside/mildew because they are stored under the bathroom sinks?? The couch looks & feels like it's 15/20 year's old. The balcony furniture is nice except for the two chairs with the old cushions. The washing machine needs a deep cleaning to get rid of the mold & mildew smell. The lint trap in the dryer is way overdue for dumping. The coffee machine & oven are filthy. The unit entry door and breezeways need cleaning then painting (this is all the doors). Get a new door mat. Lastly, schedule the unit to receive pest control service! Now the good stuff: the view of the beach & pool is awesome! The complimentary beach chair & umbrella service is fantastic! And thanks for the covered free parking.

Great time on our first big family trip

It was an awesome stay for a 4 generation quick beach get away! Nice room, very clean, friendly booking process.

My husband and I booked the property for a date weekend. We were delighted to see the sweet note and doughnuts left by the owners. The view was nice too. Cons: I didn't like the smell in the entryway, not sure what it was. The exercise room was advertised on the listing but was not accessible at all. Lastly, the water in the condo didn't stay hot for long. There was also a slow drain in the sink. Other than that, overall, we enjoyed the property.

Excellent property with amazing and caring property management team. I also, suggest visiting their donut shop, amazing. We will definitely visit again and stay longer!

We had a great time playing in the water and on the beach. The condo was nice!

My husband & I booked a kid-free 4-day weekend. We typically visit Pensacola Beach every year & go to tropical locations outside of the US, but with COVID, we decided to try a new beach. The condo was nice & well-stocked. Having owned family rental properties, I felt this was well-represented online, but should have said the 1st floor location & proximety to the pool could be very intrusive. We could hear every word said, or song blasted at the pool & found little peace. People at the pool could hear any word said from our small balcony, which was uncomfortable as well. The dozen donuts awaiting us was a nice touch; they were fantastic! We found the town to be rough & not kid-friednly. There were bums, not homeless people, but drunken bums begging for money at every turn & we witnessed some questionable things going on, I'll leave it at that. I also didn't like the strip clubs located right next door to family restaurants, or the risque advertisements on vehicles & signs as you drove around the area. I will say that this seems to be a beach town for older crowds & not families with children. While the managment leading up the stay was typical of what you'd expect from a condo owner, it was the treatment I received afterwards that upset me. Now, I'm only sharing this for full transparency, and this situation is not reflective of my husband's typical behavior, but that is beside the point. He foolishly accepted a mixed drink from other adults we met at the beach, and became highly-intoxicated & was completely unlike himself. During this time, he became aggressive so I contacted the owners to ask if they had another property that I could rent for the evening while he slept it off & got in his right mind again. I was immediately met with the response, "well if you have left, then he is tresspassing & we will call the Sherriff to evict him". I told the owner to give me a few minutes to talk to him from the car to see if he'd leave on his own. Before I could do so, a man went to the condo & told him WE were being evicted in 1 hr. So, here I am, 7 hours from home, scared, alone, hurt, without a place to stay (everything for 50 miles was booked). They evicted ME becuase of his actions & kept my money yet evicted ME saying that I broke the agreement. I went to them for help during a scary & unfortunate time. I, the one who leased the condo, was evicted for NO REASON. This is beyond wrong. I feel that I was financially robbed my money & insulted.

Amazing property right in the beach, apartment was perfect for a family of 4

We loved our time at Robin’s Nest! This condo is great! It had everything you could possibly need. The best parts were the beautiful views and the very short walk to beach. The assigned garage parking spot and daily beach service were added bonuses. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Great! Smart décor ...hooks, not a lot of knick knacks, big counter, small furniture. Floors were cold because immediately above parking garage.

From the moment we arrived until we checked out , this place was better than we could have even imagined . The place was clean and the little things that some places don’t think of , was done here. Fresh donuts were there when we arrived , which was very nice . They took the time to leave in the guest information book to leave us some places that they recommended to eat . We took their advice and went to Clemenza’a and that proved to be even better than advertised. Thank you !! Our stay was great and we are so thankful for the opening of their house -( that was what it seemed like ). It felt like home . We will be returning again. Thank you so much !!!!

The condo was a great place to wind down and just enjoy a beautiful beach! We would absolutely stay here again.

We booked the condo for a girl’s trip/ birthday weekend. The condo was a very short walk to the beach, and came with a designated parking spot in the garage. Although it’s not totally related to the individual condo, the building had lots of carts available for hauling luggage which is a huge help in moving in/out quickly. Once in the room and unpacked, there wasn’t a lot of space to stow away empty suitcases, but it was a small price to pay for the location and view. I requested a birthday welcome package and was so happy to see balloons, streamers, decor and a very delicious customized cake! The beach was beautiful as always, and it was very easy to walk down and claim a beach set-up. We enjoyed our stay and will book with the owners again in the future!

First off, you guys went way above and beyond replying to my endless questions about how everything from the beach service to the parking worked. We arrived to an absolutely adorable condo, with a great vibe from everyone that seemed to be coming and going. The beach service was a huge plus! Not having to think about sandy chairs and bulky umbrellas was such a load off! Your doing an amazing job here in ft Walton and we can't wait to come back!

Great view from room, convenient to shopping in Fort Walton, not as crowded as Destin area-which we liked. Still close to great spots to eat. Nice to have beach chairs and umbrella included in price of condo. Covered parking was also a nice addition. The owners are very easy to communicate with-quick response.
