We visited Galveston for the fourth year in a row and the second time to this property. We are already planning to return again next year. This is a great place for our three year old. The pools are shallow and so fun he also loves to visit the playroom each morning before most of the family wakes up. Our 86 year old grandma does well in this property too! Great reviews from all.

This is our 3rd time staying at the Palisade. We love this condo because of its amenities, private beach and how close it is to all the things we like to do in Galveston. Our condo was just what we were looking for. The owner had everything we needed including extra beach toys, boogie boards and even buckets and flashlights for late night crab hunting. We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure be back next summer!

This unit is located in a twin tower condominium on the east beach of Galveston. The balcony faces the bay with an endless parade of interesting ships in the channel, and high enough to avoid the mosquitos. We were able to play pickleball, pool, shuffleboard and swim in the gulf via the nearby beach. Also found nearby cycling on quiet and safe roads. the unit is clean and quiet except for two days of lawn maintenance below, with the drone of leafblowers all over the property. Our host was pleasant and responsive. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

A beautiful condo with great security and privacy! Wonderful swimming area and close beach access!

My husband and I and our 2 kids (4 and 2 years old) have stayed at the palisades a few times and loved it. It was our first time in this unit. This unit was nicely maintained with very comfortable beds. A wonderful surprise that came with the unit was the beach tent! It fit on our wagon and made the day very nice on the sand. The kids loved seeing all the ships go past from the balcony. One of the reasons we love the palisades is how kid friendly they are with the playground, indoor playroom, and kid pool. The only suggestion I have would be for some sun shades on the living room windows. The glare was so bright we couldn’t see the tv during the day. But there were tvs in the bedrooms and those rooms have shades, so it all worked out. :) We would definitely stay here again!

I’m general the condo was not very well cleaned. Sheets on pullout bed were dirty. found they had food and dirt in them. Found a used BandAid on one of the pillows. Dishes were dirty, look like someone had them in dish washer and never started them and then put them up in the cabinets. Almost none of the tv remotes had batteries in them. If we wanted to use something other than the cable this made it impossible to do. The internet was pretty poor, wasn’t strong enough to stream or do the work I needed to do from my room on my laptop. The network for the internet is hidden, just in general a pain to deal with, just make the network discoverable so all the lessee has to do is put in the password, it’s not that serious guys. The pullout couch wasn’t very comfortable so we were going to try and use the blowup mattress that was here for the kids but it had a hole in it so that was useless. The rental add said there was an electric grill on the patio but that wasn’t the case. I did notice some other units had these but my unit did not. Great location and nice facility, well insulated rooms and great beach access. Pools and hot tubs were nice. Common facilities such as game room were nice. Not quite worth the money in my opinion giveN things mentioned above when there are many other options in Galveston.

We had a fantastic week. Traveling with an 85 year old and a two year old can be challenging, but this property had the perfect accommodations for both of them and us in the middle too. Our toddler loved the play room and the pool was shallow enough that he could enjoy himself all day. We prefer this end of the island and enjoyed lots of local restaurants. Access to the beach was very easy and what a beautiful almost private space! Would definitely return.

There were afew issues in the condo that the owner was on top of. it was just an inconvenience if we wanted to wait for maintenance to help with. also the cleaning crew for what they charge were lacking in their service there was a cleaning towel left in the shower the shower gel was left empty the conditioner dispenser didn't work the electric grill was left dirty which didn't matter because we couldn't use it do to some sort of electrical issue that tripped the outlet. The view of the gulf that we expect was not to be. You cannot see it from this condo! And the view to the bay was blocked due to some scaffolding cables that were hanging in front of the building that were never used our intire stay. A little disappointed for the price but overall it was a good vacation.

The building is kept very clean with maintenance and cleaning people constantly on duty. We had one minor plumbing problem that we reported to the concierge and maintenance men arrived within minutes. They, along with the owner, had the problem solved quickly with no inconvience to us. We would love to stay here again.

Palisade Psalms was gorgeous! The front desk personnel were awesome especially Amber Spikes and Josh Vaughn! This area of Galveston Island is super clean and so serene and well kept. Leah Nelson's unit #1512 was beautiful. The kitchen was amazing as well as the most comfortable beds you would ever want to sleep in. The infinity pool far reached our expectations and pretty much made our vacation one of the best. Thank you Leah and Palisade Psalms!

We loved the condo we stayed in. It was super clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we would need and more. We will definitely stay here again if it is available

The master bed was super comfortable and the view from it and the living room is amazing of the harbor and wetlands. The Palisade Palms was a perfect place to stay so close to all of the tourist attractions and restaurants and a manicured beach. The owner was super helpful and the staff on site was lovely. We will definitely be back.

Our family loved our week in Galveston. The condo was beautiful with easy access to the beach. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Comfortable beds, wonderful living spaces and a beautiful sunset every night. East beach is quaint and quiet and perfect for a getaway. I highly recommend this wonderful condo for a few days or even a week!

This is an absolutely perfect place to stay! The amenities alone make it worth every penny, especially for a family because there's plenty for kids of all ages - a huge play room full of toys for smaller children, a big game room with air hockey, foosball, board games, etc., a beautiful pool area including a shallow kids pool and two hot tubs. This unit in particular is lovely and very high end. They beds are incredibly comfortable. I can't recommend it enough and will definitely stay here again if we return to Galveston.

The condo was wonderful. The view is great! Beautiful sunsets. The pools were nice but the air was cool. The game room was a hit with our niece and nephew who visited for a weekend. When the tv stopped working, Leah came over right away and took care of it.
