Beautiful large home with enough room for various age groups. Wonderful home base for day trips into Denver or Colorado Springs. Missed not having hot tub as listed since weather remained cool.

We had over 2 feet of snow which caused us to be in the house for over 2 days straight. The house was big enough and had plenty of activities to keep everyone (13 adults and 3 kids) from going stir crazy. Beautiful home/property and great owners.

First off, the home is beyond amazing. Great location. Past that it goes downhill. We drove in from Tx. It was late and had just snowed. It was hard to see. The area is beautiful but it was hard to find the property in the dark with so much snow. We didn’t have sheets on some of the beds. The room we chose had dirty pillowcases and stained sheets. We slept on top of the covers under a blanket with our own pillows because there were not extra in the house. The grandkids had to do the same with the bunkbeds. The following day, the cleaning crew came and put sheets on but left the dirty pillowcases. The pool looks blue in photos but it’s actually greenish. The breaker had tripped so the pool was cold. It was dirty and green. When I called the property owner, she said that the pool guy would be there in 3 hours. We stayed at the house since he would have to go inside to get to the pool. He wasn’t there so I texted her where she told me that he wasn’t coming and it was supposed to be green like that. It was dirty and green. We know pools. It was not supposed to be green with things floating in it. The pool guy came by and cleaned it and added chemicals. We had ants in the kitchen, on the counters and floors. We had them in the bathrooms. The insides of drawers and cabinets were dirty where utensils and dishes are. The floors were not swept. Whoever the cleaning crew is needs to be fired. The property owner did give us an extra day for free.

Beautiful home with beautiful views. Be prepared to bring your own paper towels and shampoos/conditioners. Not many kitchen towels for drying dishes. Overall, beautiful home stocked with much of what you need for cooking. Would recommend this property!

Wonderful property. I always wanted to stay here based on the description and my wife wanted a house with a pool but not in the typical places we go. I said that I knew the perfect place. The house had a lovely Christmas tree for the season and a huge kitchen filled with all kitchen needs. Both the living room and master bed lead to the pool, which is wonderfully warm. The pool is quite long and about 3 to 4 feet deep. One day we saw a large herd of elk outside the master bedroom window. Walking down the driveway feels like being in a state park. The game room has a table top arcade game with scores of games, which renewed my Centipede addiction. The on off switch for the arcade table is where the electrical cord is placed into the table. Monument CO is the nearest town with Walmart and restaurants. We loved Jarrito Loco for Mexican food and wish we had a franchise near home. Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak are very close drives. Homeowner is very responsive and handyman Tom was super helpful with questions. We loved our stay!

Nice group spaces throughout. Plenty of bedding options throughout. The kids loved the pool.

We had a family reunion for 4 nights at this VRBO. Perfect for lots of kids and fun for the adults too. Beautiful views for family pictures.

We had just under 20 people from 4 family's stay here for 2 nights. It was great. Kids had fun in the pool. Fireplace was warm and cozy. Plenty of space. Owners were very good at communicating.

The house was great for our family! Lots of floor space and great outdoor area. Maximized sleeping options with lots of twin/trundle arrangements. Kitchen is large with lots of counter space as well as eating space. The kids enjoyed the lap pool! And you can’t beat that mountain climate.

This place was great. It accommodated all 20 of us adults. The house is spacious and well kept. Fully stocked with everything you need. The property was fantastic and gave us all plenty of room to spread out. Allison was very easy to work with. Thank you for letting us use your home for the weekend.

Kitchen is fabulous. Lots of room and private. The only complaint was smelly garbage from previous renters. Perfect house for large families. Ping pong table was a real hit. Lots of options available for activities from pool to football.

The home is large and accommodates a large family group effortlessly. The kitchen is beautiful and very well stocked. We cooked all of our meals at the house and had everything that we could possibly need! The kids loved the pool and arcade games. Everyone enjoyed playing ping pong in the garage and basketball in the driveway. Eating dinner on the patio was an incredible way to wind down from the day's activities. The views are stunning! We had an issue with the pool and Allison had the pool ladies come to the house within an hour or so. The house appeared clean, on the surface, when we arrived. After spending time in the house, it was apparent the ceiling and bathroom fans hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. The kitchen cabinets had a lot of spills down the fronts of them. The carpets desperately need cleaned. From my viewpoint, the housekeepers don't have enough time between guests to do a much needed deep clean.

This home is big enough for a big family. It is fully stocked. The owner is very accessible. There is a yard and swing set with an amazing view. The pool was great for lap swimming and splashing around for the kids. This location is great for so many activities. We also spotted interesting wildlife. We had a great time.

My husband and I, along with our three adult children, their spouses, and seven grandchildren stayed for a week. We needed separate rooms and bathrooms for each family and this house had it. This is the most well-stocked house I have ever stayed in. There were so many things for children and adults of all ages to use. Toys and sports equipment, outdoor play set, fire pit, and of course the pool. The upstairs game room…aahhh! Both indoor spaces and outdoor spaces were wonderful. Plus, I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen. The owner was very responsive to texts. When a ceiling fan behaved erratically, a repair man was sent quickly. This was our first time to visit the Colorado Springs area. The location of this home is in a beautiful area, and the view of Pikes Peak is amazing. However, I did not realize that the most popular attractions would be 30 to 45 minutes away. That was slightly inconvenient, but would not stop me from renting this home again for my family.

The view of pikes peak from the patio was beautiful. The kids loved the pool, Jungle gym outside, and the game room. We had a group of 20 and there were tons of beds for everyone and plenty of space.

The home was beautiful but it needed a lot of love. The home was not cleaned like it should have been. The owner did offer to have a cleaning crew come out for a touch up, which was appreciated. The game room was great for entertaining. The lap pool was no where near 85°, it was very chilly and no one in our party swam

The home was perfect for 16 family members on Superbowl weekend. Great kitchen area with every appliance possible, and plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The kids loved the pool and it was warm enough to even enjoy the outdoor propane fire pit. We will stay here again.

This house had so much to offer, and so much fun for all the family!!! The only downside was the pool chlorine was almost unbearable, and very hard on everyone's skin, but I'm sure it's just something small that needs adjusted! The house had everything we needed, the only complaint of all the family there was that it needs a good deep cleaning! The overall home was clean, but the nooks and crannies needed some work, ceiling fans, etc! But overall a wonderful home and we loved our stay!!!

We were all so excited to make this Christmas trip a success! This house, the kids called it the "Christmas Mansion House" It is big enough to host large families! We had 9 adults & 6 kids, 3 of them teens, and the others under 8. We had enough rooms & beds, & enough family space to spread out! The kitchen is well stocked w everything! Including spices, even flour. She even has a gas stove, 2 full size refrigerators & the kitchen one makes ice in the freezer. She has a Keurig, bring your own coffees. She has a Grittle to make pancakes, too. Pitchers to make juice or Tea. Serving platters for large meals. Even a Crockpot. So much! The Pool was amazing for the kids! She had a basket full of swim toys. The family game room was a lot of fun, the kids spent plenty of time enjoying being in there. The fireplace was such a pleasure to watch & listen to, while watching TV. Everyone had plenty of space in their bedrooms. The beds were nice & comfortable. The firepit, was so much fun to use, as well. Plenty of sitting for all of us. This amazing house has plenty of space for family conversations around the kitchen table & enough counter space to hold everything you bring in! The front room fireplace was in process of being repaired, but the host brought in space heaters to accommodate. That room was perfect to sit in & spend Christmas morning. The host had it decorated w a Christmas tree & other Christmas decorations placed around. Allison is amazing, she answered all our questions & was very prompt in responding. I recommend this property!!

All ages of our family enjoyed their stay. There was a few issues but if they are resolved it is a great home.

This was a great property for our large family. The kiddos loved the pool and there was space for everyone!

This is a great house for a family or friend gathering. We enjoyed the large kitchen, backyard play area, outdoor fireplace, and game room. It is a good house for multiple families because there are separate wings of the house. The location is convenient to I-25 and Northern C-Springs. Host was responsive and helpful throughout booking and answered questions after check in. Great experience!

Great location. Great house. Huge kitchen and plenty of dining and sleeping areas. The pool was a blast. One of my group is sensitive to mold and couldn't go in the pool room and had to leave a day early. The retaining wall fell when one of us parked near it. Kind of scary as if it wasn't a big truck someone could have been hurt.

The house had so much space for our entire family and tons of toys for the kids. The pool was a nice touch when it randomly snowed during our stay.

Property manager very responsive. Pool heater not working well, but manager tried to address. Will return, but make sure pool is warm, at least 85°.

The house is a stunner! We had a group celebrating a birthday weekend and everyone, including some 17 and 18 year olds, had a complete blast!! The grounds, the pool, the game room, the bedrooms. the kitchen— everything was a complete treat. Allison was amazing!! So responsive and so easy to communicate with. The one issue we had was fixed quickly and without any inconvenience. If you’re considering this property, don’t think Twice.

The place is awesome. One thing to know is you do not need to bring any spices. There is an entire cupboard full!! Great space and amazing views!!
