Beautiful views! We loved everything about the property and the amount of room we had at this location. The dock was supplied with inflatables for swimming and the equipment could be easily rented if wanted! Thanks for a great week!

For me the steps were alittle to much going from dock to top floor, younger guys were fine. Nice layout for sleeping, great view, layout for kitchen livingroom was nice and roomy fit everyone in that area with the deck right outside. Overall we had a great time.

Comfortable shared spaces in the house, great fishing off the dock. We had a great stay!

We had a great time staying here. On a busy weekend the water does get busy and choppy which makes swimming off the dock a little wavy. Remember you are in the “country” so you will encounter many different insects. We did find a small scorpion in one of the rooms on the bed so just check things over. I don’t blame the host as like I said you are in the country. Overall we had a great experience on our vacation.

Convenient to stores and restaurants, but make sure you carry your own Soap and toilet paper. The property is very nice.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house is very spacious, with all the furnishings as described. Really enjoyed the view of the lake. Had a great time on the dock doing a little fishing. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting out on the top deck, 1 of 3. Highly recommended this property!

Wonderful view of the lake. There were only 3 of us, so the spacious accommodations were more than we needed. One large bedroom has bunk beds with full size lower bunks, so would be ideal for a big group with kids. It is 3 floors, however, so you should avoid this place if anyone in your party has problems with stairs. There are no bedrooms on main floor. The place was basically well equipped. Enjoyable stay, with close proximity to golf.

The house had a good layout for sleeping. To many stairs was a sacrifice for view and water access. Water was very rough during daytime which made swimming tough. To many items on dock left by homeowner so table and chairs and dock usage was limited

Had a great time at this house. I would recommend keeping all exterior lights off and inside lights dimmed due to an unbelievable amount of bugs. Also if you plan to use the guest slip be aware it is a very choppy slip. I was fortunate to only have a rental bouncing around all week. Overall good house and great views.

This place had the most amazing view of the lake. Yes, there are a lot of stairs but it is worth the location. Very clean and hospitable feel. Feel right at home. Good separation for big families with 3 different levels. You all can come together upstairs but still retreat to your rooms or the decks for your own space!

Overall, a great place to stay! We had a few issues beyond anyone’s control (new a/c unit sprung a Freon leak during the 100+ days) but Randy was quick to come to our rescue.

This property fit our needs perfectly. Although we were not under the impression that there was a restriction on where we could & could not take the boat on the lake.

We have been coming to the lake for years, but always stay in the Horseshoe Bend area. We decided to stray this year and see a different part of the lake. The view from the house is amazing. The space was perfect for our family of 12. We mainly dealt with Ernie, the property manager, who was very friendly and offered suggestions of places to visit nearby. The house is clean, a tad dated, but a great comfortable space. The washing machine on the middle floor is huge! The dock has lots of shade available. We rented a pontoon from the owner for a couple of days and really enjoyed going to The Cave. The only negative is parking is a bit tight. There are spaces for four cars on the street and one in the garage. It looks like the house is going to be re-sided. When that happens, it should open up another space in the garage. If you have a trailer, you can park your car and trailer at the RV park up the street. There are some basics to use in the house (oil, spices, sugar, coffee filters, etc). There are also plenty of towels. Some of the Teflon products need to be replaced, but we find this with almost every rental we stayed in. Unfortunately, renters are not always the kindest with pots and pans. We were a bit reluctant about the garage apartment, but it turned out to be a great space with an awesome air conditioner. We would certainly rent again!

We had a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. The views were beautiful! The property manager and Owner were very responsive. We had one day where the air conditioner wasn’t working properly and the property manager was there right away and fixed the issue. The check-in and out was very seem-less as well.

this was our first day at Lake of the Ozarks. We were extremely excited when we arrived at the property to find it to be set an a perfect location for an overview of the lake. The inside was lovely and clean! We loved the multi levels to accommodate our family, everything was well stocked and organized. I read some comments about the steps, but we did not think they were cumbersome at all. It was a nice dock and nice access to the lake. We love how close we were to the cave a local bar restaurant with a pool that was super fun to hang out at the property. Owner and manager were very accommodating and we would highly recommend this property in the future!

Loved the views from all the rooms and large dock with wonderful fishing. House had everything we needed/wanted. There were a couple things just to note as I did not see these in the description and past reviews. First, there is a lot of stairs. From the dock to kitchen/living room you are looking at about 70 stairs, per my 82 year old father in law. Secondly, parking is very tight and no more than 3 cars can fitting outside house, on the road, and one in garage. If you will have 4 cars/vehicles, verify that garage parking will be available. It was not during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed this area, the house and would recommend. Thank you

We had a great stay. The location was good, view was fantastic, even the weather was great. The house was a good size for us, with people coming and going. The decor was not my style, but the furniture was good, beds were comfy. Three decks gave us options. They do need to work on the dock area. There were some other routine maintenance issues that were annoying but nothing that prevented use from having fund. All in all a good place to stay.

Had a hard time sleeping 12 adults. Bedroom under garage has no hot water in half bath. other than that everything was great. If you can"t do steps this is not the place. Located within 20 mins of all the good bars/resturants

The property was just beautiful and my husband, kids, their spouses and children were amazed at just how great the house, the fishing off the dock AND the view was. My 30 year old son told me as we were sitting out one evening on the upper deck enjoying the view, "Mom, you did good." That's high praise for this property! The only negative was totally on me because I have bad knees. The stairs down to the dock and swimming platform were a bit of challenge. If you like to swim, be sure to rent the "lily pad" for the week. Great fun! Overall we all had a wonderful vacation!

The property was wonderful and was very much as-described. There was enough room for 8 adults and 6 kids to have a fun extended family vacation with grilling, swimming off the dock, and exploring around the Ozarks. The house had all the needed amenities, and for clarification the 5th bedroom is detached under the garage, but has a half bath and was perfect for my in-laws and was a 10-foot walk to the house. Lots of positives with this rental. A few items of note: we rented the boat and tube for 3 days through the owner while we were there, and the boat was in a good shape overall and met our needs. However, the boat broke down on the second day and we were stranded on the lake with 5 little kids and 4 adults for about 4 hours. It was a dead battery, no fault of anyone's, but when we requested some sort of discount for the time without the boat and honestly some panic from our kiddos during the 4 hours stranded, the response was a firm 'sorry not sorry'. So based on past reviews, if anything happens that is your fault, you will pay, and if anything happens if it's not your fault, there will be no refunds or compensation. Also, minor but the check-in process was a bit strange. I have rented many many houses and either get texted or emailed a code for the house or the lockbox. We had to call the property manager upon arrival and wait for a call back, and in the meantime we found the keys on a post outside the lock box. Not sure why we couldn't have received this information on the day of arrival via text or email. Just a small note. Overall I would recommend the house for sure, just be aware of the issues listed above.

Checking in and out couldn't be simpler. The house was fantastic. The property manager and owner, were very accessible. The water on the lake was pretty choppy and lots of stairs to get to the lake. The property itself was fine. With plenty of local restaurants to try. And stores were near by.
