Enjoyed staying in My Blue Heaven for our summer vacation as a family. Comfortable and had all the things we needed to make our stay an easy one. Spectacular view of the ocean from the 15th floor!

This property was fantastic! Beautiful view, lovely unit, spacious pool and pool deck, boardwalk to beach, EXTREMELY responsive rental agent! The only slight problem was lack of sufficient parking. The condominium does NOT guarantee two parking spaces per unit. There are not enough spaces, so there is a maximum of two cars per unit, but these are given to registrants on a first come basis. Our salvation was our rental agent who obsessively worried about our two cars and was able to register both our vehicles.

We really enjoyed the stay. Great beach and beach access, the pools and hot tub were very nice. The condo was spacious and clean; the balcony provided a great beach view and sunrise view. We reported a minor maintenance issue and it was corrected promptly in less than two hours.

Pensacola Beach is the best location! This Condo is amazing! The only bad part is having to go home. Mary and Jeff were so awesome. They were so awesome and provided so much information to make our stay perfect. The condo was better equipped than any of the previous stays we have had anywhere else. The beds are super comfy, kitchen is perfectly stocked! The bang for the buck is the balcony overlooking the Gulf and being able to watch all the activity. We are going to be reaching out to Mary for our next trip, we can't wait to get it on the books!

It was our first family vacation to the beach, and everything was awesome. The condo was everything we wanted. Great views, awesome location and it has all the little extras being very well stocked even with rainy day games if needed. It is much appreciated all the extra stocked things in kitchen/laundry and made the stay so much easier. Mary was awesome to work with and answers any questions quickly and great at communicating everything you need to know. She went out of her way to get us a coffee pot when there was an issue with ours. Got a new one to us in two hours. Very clean condo and highly recommend this one for your family vacation.

The condo is in a great location, walking distance to numerous restaurants, stores, and the boardwalk. The condo provides great views from the 15th floor and had everything we needed during our stay. Mary was wonderful and replied to all our questions immediately! Will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time at Pensacola Beach. The views from the condo are unparalleled. The location is convenient to many restaurants. The beach chair and umbrella service is the best. All you need to do is show up and relax! Mary is extremely organized and helpful - she gave all info in a timely manner and even let us know when the condo was ready ahead of time! The only negative about this rental is the elevator situation. There are only 2 elevators for the entire building, and for most of the stay one of the elevators was broken at any given time (they would fix it and then the other would break). So be prepared to wait in line for the elevator - even when both are working - it is a huge building.

We loved the view saw lots of dolphins! Better than Sea World. The white sand and clear water breath taking. We even had one day the water was smooth it was like swimming in a pool no waves.

Property owner was very accessible and detailed throughout the entire process. The facility displayed a gorgeous view of the ocean. The property was very spacious and fully stocked with everything you would need. The logistics of this property is perfect because you can walk to some of the local restaurants and shops. - Steve

I spent hours searching for the perfect place. & Mary’s place was it! We had the perfect location with the beach right outback with the most beautiful views, a bay view out front, & restaurants and shops right across the street. Most things we in walking distance. We did have to take an Uber to Publix. Mary’s kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and clean up. Her property was well decorated, spacious and CLEAN! The sheets SMELLED GOOD! The towels smelled good! Sand didn’t stick to my bare feet when I walked around. The couch and bed were comfy! Each day we were on the beach we got 2 beach chair & an umbrella free of charge! Mary was so nice & so so accommodating. She stayed in touch with me while I was on my stay, giving me recommendations & just cute little texts. Her hospitality is 10/10!! & I can not recommend her & this place enough!! To top it off, her place was about the lowest price I found. Thank you for an amazing stay, Mary!

We absolutely LOVED this place. Unit was clean, well appointed and very cozy. I’m addition, Emerald Isle tower is ideally situated with restaurants right across the street, perfectly situated on the beach and within walking distance to most things on the strip. Security and parking is very restrictive, but we don’t view that as a bad thing. Would highly recommend for your beach getaway and perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee as you soak in the sound and smell of the beach.

Mary is the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with. The condo it’s self needs some TLC the floors look dirty all the time especially the grout lines and around all the edges, the , bath towels were stained and looked like dirty white towels, the linens didn’t feel fresh. . Nothing really felt clean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable like cheap mattresses. The air conditioning didn’t work well at all. They did get a repair man out who fixed it as much as he could. The lowest the thermostat goes is 69 the air conditioning unit is 8 years old and struggled. The building is older and could use some paint but the pool was well taken care of. On the good side the location was the best! The view is incredible The managers were the best! I’d recommend any of Mary’s properties and the building.

Mary was wonderful to work with! And we had one small maintenance issue but Jeff and her worked it very fast! Wonderful experience!

The space was great! It had a lot of small extras that a lot of places don’t have, extra garbage bags, enough dish and laundry detergent, etc. communication was top notch and the area and beach are great!

We had a great stay at a great location! We were very happy with the condo and proximity to beach. The management was very helpful. We had everything we needed.

My wife and my kids stayed here for a 5-day vacation and it was absolutely amazing. Not only the condo itself but the communication from Mary who manages the property, to the community of people that stay here. This place really touched our hearts and we will definitely be returning.

Really enjoyed our stay in the condo….a fantastic unit. There’s no need to bring kitchen items. Literally everything is provided. The property manager was extremely helpful. We would definitely book this property again and confidently recommend that you do so also.

The property had everything we needed. The view was amazing! Mary was very accommodating and personable. Not having to have keys to enter the property and unit was a big plus.

Emerald Isle was THE BEST place ever! Every day I woke up to a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo has everything you will need, and it was nice and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked so you can plan on cooking some of your meals yourself. We went to a couple restaurants around the area (Wet Pig and Shaggy) and the food was great. The girls (my daughter and her friend - both 16) went parasailing and had the best time! Mary Bedard is AMAZING! The best host you can ever wish for! Her enthusiasm, energy and overall disposition makes you feel like family! It was SO HARD to leave Emerald Isle (I did shed some tears). I will be back for sure. Don't hesitate! Go ahead and book it! This is the place for anyone looking for a piece of Heaven on Earth!

Favorite condo at Emerald Isle so far (and we've stayed at about 6 different ones so far). Mary was a wonderful host and the condo was perfect with lots of little extras that made the stay so enjoyable and convienent. Not having to pack extra trash bags, soap, detergent, beach towels, chairs, etc made the trip so nice! Thanks for everything, we will most definitely be back!

It was a very nice stay. Weather was hit and miss. Miss was up on shore during most our visit from storms couple days before arrival. Had a few gate code issues new system is why. Overall had great communication when issues accrued.

We stayed here last year and absolutely loved it. We have always stayed at Emerald Isle, but this condo is special. Mary is so friendly and helpful. The condo has so many extras like beach towels, chairs, toys. The kitchen has spices, ziplock bags, dishwasher soap, washing machine soap. The list goes on and on. It’s so nice to know you don’t have to take all that stuff! I’ll be back in September! Thanks for everything, Mary and Blue Heaven!

We stayed at My Blue Heaven condo/Emerald Isle in Pensacola, FL managed by Mary from July 1st thru July 4th. The condo was very clean & well supplied with everything you would need!! It looks just as described on the website. Very nice condo!! The ocean view is breath taking!! Mary kept us informed of every detail before arrival, while traveling to FL & upon our departure. There was one incident that happened that put a damper on out trip. A green sticker was placed on the back windshield of the car saying the car would be towed away for parking illegally in the Condo parking lot. I was not happy as this was a rental car & it was a lie about us being parked illegally. Once I sent a picture of the sticker to Mary, she immediately contacted the condo manager to find out what happened & communicated with me. After verifying the sticker was a mistake, (As we knew already), she worked to get the sticker removed. It was my request that someone remove the sticker. Mary informed me the Condo Manager would call me when someone removed the sticker. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE CONDO MANAGER. STILL WAITING. Therefore, we bought supplies late Sunday, 7/3 to remove the sticker as we were leaving early Mon, 7/4. The Security Guard offered to get it off but we were almost done when he offered. I THANK HIM again for offering as no one else offered. I counted 8 cars in the parking lot, (Including mine), with green stickers that Sat morning. 7/2. Per Mary & the Security Guard, this was an error in the new parking system. There could have been more charges from the rental company if the sticker had not been removed properly. Of course, my car had a permit number. Funny, I got a text @ 10:10am on the way home that the parking permit had expired. That was a joke!! Thanks Mary, you are excellent at managing the condo stays. I usually come every year in Aug/Sept & have been staying at hotels on Via De Luna. I plan to contact you on future visits.

Our family of 5 visited Pensacola and stayed here for a week. The property was clean, well maintained and stocked with the basics. What made it amazing was all of the extras- beach and pool toys, beach chairs, styrofoam coolers, towels, coffee, cooking/baking essentials, even books, puzzles and board games to pass the time on a rainy night. The location couldn't be better. Its just a short walk to the pier, the boardwalk, restaurants, etc. The beach is just steps from the back door. Our host Mary, made the entire experience very easy for us. She was very responsive to our questions about the property and the area. Personal security codes allow access to parking, the building and the unit - we loved that we didn't have to keep track of any keys or other items to allow us access. If/when we travel to Pensacola in the future - I will not hesitate to book with Mary at this property!

This isn’t the first time at this unit , it’s always very clean and fully stocked. The views are fantastic and the nearby food is amazing , see you next year 👍🏼🤙
