Great location. 5 star except for cleanliness because there were ants in the kitchen. Everything else was great.

This was our 7th or 8th trip to Navarre Beach. Always have stayed in condo on the beach. This condo has been our favorite to date and hopefully get to stay there again. Most well equipped Condo by far.

This rental is bigger than the photos appear which was an unexpected surprise. It was very clean and well kept. The tower had extremely convenient and direct access to the beach. The umbrella and chair service were a fantastic included perk of the rental! The owners were easy to get in touch with and communicate with during our stay. The views are breathtaking from this unit! The beds were all very comfortable. This was our first trip to Navarre and we will definitely be back (hopefully to this same rental) next year!

One of our top five destinations to date. Condo was clean with updated decor, a nicely equipped kitchen, and a spacious patio with beautiful beach and ocean views. Plenty of beach chairs, floats, sand toys, etc. were available for use in the spacious storage closet. We like to vary where we vacate each year but this condo really makes us consider returning next year.

Nice and quiet area. The ocean was everything we had hoped for. Katie was prompt with answering questions. The condo was nicely decorated. Balcony had beautiful views. The only fault was with housekeeping when we arrived. Counters, end tables were not wiped down. Refrigerator on the outside was not cleaned. Dishwasher could use updating.

The pictures were accurate! It’s a lovely and comfortable condo! Everything was very clean! We stayed in more than usual because of the marine life so the condo was just right. The owner kept us up to date on the weather too. Will rent again😊

I love love love this condo. Not only was the host extremely communicative and informative, but she provided so many things that after 30 years of coming to the beach here, you just don't see in rentals and it was so accommodating. The instructions for everything were very helpful and easy to understand. The view you can't beat by all means and the ease of getting to the beach from the condo was seamless. We even had an evacuation while we were there and everyone handled it so calmly and without any disorder..we just went and sat on the beach until the minor issue was handled. I cannot say enough about this condo. I can't wait to bring a family member with me just to sit on the balcony all day and watch dolphins and sunrises. Thank you, Katie. I can't wait to come back to my favorite place!

Very easy and stress-free experience!!

Katie's property was above and beyond all expectations! My husband and I did a working vacation, and we were able to comfortably use our laptops for video calls, file downloads (decently sized Excel files), and calls. 5G service was strong in the unit, specifically at the dining table and in the second bedroom, which we used as our two offices for the week. Wifi had a strong signal, but did go out on a stormy day for the duration of the day and half the next day; due to the strong 5G, we were able to tether off our mobile devices and continue working without an issue (if you're planning a workcation, highly recommend you sign up in advance with your carrier for data tethering with unlimited 5G speeds). When we weren't working, we were living and playing! This condo truly felt like home. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently upgraded and were these amazing clean, modern havens! The kitchen was so well equipped and had everything we needed! The washer and dryer were amazing. The furniture was all in great shape, including the outdoor furniture. The extra chairs and pool noodles in the storage room located conveniently right outside the unit were fantastic. We loved every moment of coffee on the balcony overlooking the gulf, spotting dolphins daily, and the tremendous value of having two beach chairs and umbrellas setup each day by the beach services without even having to be asked (name on back of chair reserved it just for us!). Even when all we could do is step out at lunch to go put oir toes in the Gulf, we had our chairs waiting and it was an absolute dream or convenience. Please remember to tip the beach service guy! Communication with Katie was easy, and she was very responsive when we had a slight issue with a noisy neighbor in wee morning hours on one occasion (only happened once -- otherwise, quiet and easy to sleep theoigh the night). Thank you for a lovely stay -- we will certainly be back!

Very nice condo, great location and had everything we needed

The condo was beautiful and Katie thought of everything! The kids loved the beach toy choices and bunk beds! We had a wonderful stay!

This well decorated condo pairs a stunning ocean view with the convenience of easy access to the beach. Open up the storage closet where you will find that every beach need has been anticipated. Forget worrying about bringing down extra chairs, etc. This unit supplies family games, tennis rackets, beach toys, shell hunting nets, chairs, you name it. Our rental dates included the benefit of 2 beach chairs / umbrella rental service that had our chairs ready to go every morning. We loved every moment of our stay there.

A great location and quiet beach away from the big cities. Plenty of places in town to check out and eat at. Plus 30 minutes either direction are two large towns to expand your vacation! The 2 beach chairs and umbrella are a great extra!

Our experience was great! We loved the condo. We really appreciated the use of the beach chairs and all of the beach toys for our grandsons. We only hope we left it like we were supposed to. We would stay there again.

Katie was very quick to communicate with any questions or concerns. The view was amazing from the balcony, we even got to see dolphins! Kitchen was stocked very well with cooking utensils, the beds were super comfy. The beach chairs was a wonderful amenity as well!

We came to unit 302 with our children ages 20, 16 and 8. Other members of our family stayed in other units. Our unit was the "hangout" because it was by far nicer than other units in the building. It was very clean and very much felt like home. It was spacious enough to not feel as though we were tripping over each other. There is no need to bring any beach supplies because the beach closet is like a wonderland with everything you could need including sand toys, boards, chairs , umbrellas and more. The unit came with beach service including 2 chairs and 1 umbrella per day which saved us hundreds. We told the attendant our unit number and told him we were there for the week and he had our chairs sat up in the same spot with the rest of our family's daily before we even arrived at the beach. (He does appreciate tips) The bed was nearly as comfortable as home. There was great water pressure in the showers. The kitchen was excellently stocked with all tools needed. We cooked at home daily due to covid and never had any issues. The kids loved the waffle maker :) the view is fantastic and so very close to the water. Overall this unit will not disappoint and looks even nicer in person than in the photos.

The condo was perfect for us. I loved the view from the master bedroom and the balcony.

We were long-term renters at Katie’s property and found it to be perfect. The location is the best, the view can’t be beat. The condo was clean, well equipped with many extras. Katie was in touch throughout our stay and kept us informed of notifications from the condo association. It is perfect for families as well, there is beach equipment to use, games, and plenty of kitchen equipment for several people. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is our 5th stay at Navarre Towers and this unit is, by far, the nicest we’ve stayed in! It is clean, well stocked, quiet, and nicely decorated. Communication with property owners was easy and they were wonderful. I would definitely recommend!!

We have vacationed each year at different locations for over 40 years and this was by far the best time ever! The owner was very helpful with everything we needed and the condo was fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again soon. Thank you so much to the owner!

My family and I love going to Navarre Beach. White sands, blue water and a great atmosphere. You can't go wrong with any of the seafood restaurants. I just gave away the best kept secret in Florida.
