We have already reserved this beautiful house for next year!! The location is as perfect as you can get without paying the outrageous rate for a beachfront. The beach access is literally across the street! We had a couple of very small issues (toilets filling slowly, or not flushing), and those were resolved immediately! I loved that they had sent me a text while we were in route so we had a quick, easy way of getting in touch with them. The wine cooler on the 2nd floor didn't cool well (not a big deal for us as we were just going to keep extra water and sodas chilled in it, and you do have 2 full sized refrigerators in the house), but the service guy got a measurement for it while he was there changing out the toilet flapper valve, so it will be replaced soon. The huge covered area under the house was great for family gathering in a shaded, breezy spot while the kids swam in the pools. It was so nice that we actually spent most of our stay in the pool area, and only went over to the beach a few times. Overall, the location, cleanliness, space, decor, pools were perfect for us!!

Tuxedo flats was everything we needed and more for our family beach week. We had more than enough space for LOTS of people. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pools and all the beach and pool toys were a major bonus. We had a couple minor issues come up and the property manager was prompt and very responsive. The location, just across the street from beach access, can’t be beat. Many in our group did not want to leave. We’d easily recommend Tuxedo Flats to others and will certainly not include it on our list for next summer.

Beach access is one house east and across the street. We enjoyed both the beach and pools. The property description is accurate. The few issues we had were addressed immediately. Suggest eating at Zeke’s Restaurant at Zeke’s Landing and Marina. If you’re a fisherman they will cook your catch! Would recommend this property.

We are a family of 23 and had a really good time during our stay. The entrance to the beach was across the street. Two pools at the house was great! Having our own bathroom was a dream. The house was perfect for us. We will come back !!!

The proximity to the beach access was very convenient and the two pools were very popular with everyone. Our family ranged from age 5 to 87 so the elevator was important for us to have. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. We had an issue with our air conditioning and it was fixed within an hour of calling. The only complaints we had were the hot water didn’t get very hot, the internet was very weak which affected the television streaming and the beverage refrigerator on the second floor didn’t work. Someone came to check it but it was never fixed. All in all everything was great. The free tickets to local attractions were also very welcome. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a large space for a family gathering.

There were minor issues; such as ants on 1st level kitchen, WiFi connectivity on 2nd level was in and out, AC on 1st level, some members experienced lukewarm water temperatures in their showers and not the most comfortable mattresses in a few of the rooms. However, management was very responsive when contacted. Overall property was well maintained , adequate space and nice pool areas. I would consider staying again.

All bedrooms have a full bathroom which was a must since we had multiple families and couples. 4 stars for overall stay because we don't let things that should be taken care of ruin our good time and we did enjoy ourselves. The general condition of the home is okay but it I don't think the property has been taken care of as best it should be. 2nd floor had luke warm water, service team came out and said they turned it up but prob needed a new heater. Water was warmer but they need a new heater for sure so anyone on that level had to get a quick cool shower. Location is wonderful. Close to everything we needed. Now, 2 stars for cleanliness!!! 3rd floor master bathtub was filthy, several beds had sand in them on both 2nd and 3rd floors. We washed the sheets ourselves in every bedroom because we wanted to make sure we were sleeping with clean sheets. The floors were horrendous. Looks like housekeeping only swept them but both levels turned your feet black after only walking for a few steps. We bought a bucket and some Mr clean and cleaned the floors as well. So for ad much as we paid for this home, we were very displeased with having to clean anything as it all should have been in immaculate condition. Management company was nice but they are getting taken advantage of by whoever cleans the house!! Overall we gave it a 3 star due to the cleanliness of the house with multiple things being just nasty and the hot water heater not working properly really sucked for 2nd floor people. We would stay there again after verifying a few of those things were addressed and would love to give this place a better rating. But with so many other options around it would be hard for me to pick this place first without trying another. Always check the reviews. This place didn't have many bad ones as it really shouldn't. I understand everyone's stay can't be perfect but these things were easily addressable to have checked

We did have continued issues with the elevator not working properly which a couple attempts were made to repair with it finally operational to the top unit but not the 1st unit. We also had continued issues with no or inconsistent hot water to the 1st unit which was eventually fixed on Wednesday, this was frustrating. The property management was prompt in response to issues and did send someone to address issues quickly. The property was great, relatively clean, great proximity to beach and nice views. Could use some sprucing up and replacement of kitchen pans and silverware. The separate units worked well with our large family providing plenty of space for all. I would give 4 stars

This property and the location were perfect! We all had plenty of space to gather and separate!

Gorgeous home where we were able to hang out and catch up. We had 19 adults and were able to be together in one place without feeling crowded. It was fantastic!
