Everything perfect - clean and comfortable

This property was very clean and close everything. This was my second time staying at this property. I really enjoyed my stay

This was our second stay in this unit. We love the place and the location, very good for our family.

Had a great time with my family and parents. We enjoyed the location and the condo was very spacious. Wendy was very quick to respond and accommodate us deciding to book an extra night. I forgot my insulin bag and she shipped it to me! Would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed in many different condos. This room was by far the best. Level parking, easy check in, and the location made it easy to get to Sevierville or Pigeon Forge. The beds were comfortable, I didn't feel like I was sleeping on a board. We were a family of six and didn't feel we were on top of each other. The best was the closeness to everything. I will be coming back if available and have told family and friends about property. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great experience. Easy process.

This condo was clean and conveniently located. It has lots of room. I loved to sit on the back balcony and read and listen to the creek flow by.

I don’t normally take the time to write a review but this one deserves it. We only live a couple of hours away so we are in pigeon Forge on a very regular basis. This is the best location we have ever stayed out. Easily walkable to the Tanger outlets and the NASCAR speed park and a very back easy route to get over to the island with no traffic at all. Unit was very clean and exactly as described. Our grandson really enjoyed the pool and the unit had everything on hand that we needed to stay for a few days.

The Complex looked very small when arrived outside. Once we were inside, we were amazed by how spacious the unit was. The only negative was that the beds were not too comfortable.

The condo was great; very clean and nice furnishings. We enjoyed our mini vacation with our daughter and two grandkids. Wendy & Tim made everything easy, from booking to check-in instructions and room information. Would stay here again and also recommend.

Can't say enough good things about this property!

This location is fantastic. Close and nearly walking distance to many quick take out and shopping essentials. Very clean, far cleaner than I’m used to in the typical management company rental. However, the mattresses were quite bad and myself and my wife had trouble getting to sleep even when exhausted from the day’s activities... kiddos did not care, but teenagers might. The main concourse hallway has door entry lights that line the hallway for safety and security. the location of the end unit light is directly in front of a bedroom window which is quite obnoxious even with blinds. This Window needs some curtains. There were some kitchen items that I’m used to seeing In rentals, Most notable a large skillet (+12”) griddle, or electric griddle as well was a waffle iron. Overall the location, cleanliness and proximity to a Walmart equalized those small extras. The pool at first glance seemed odd and on display, but this spot is very private it was also very well cared for including the hot tub. I was surprised given it was a condo association pool. The chaises lounges and chairs were all in good repair! I’ve been to so many rentals where these are broken. The pool care is a testament to the condo management company. We enjoyed our stay and could easily be comfortable here for quite a while, despite mattresses.

Everything was great and when had to contact owners they was fast to get back to me, lovely place.

We had the most wonderful stay at Tim and Wendy’s. Lovely, spacious condo in a beautiful setting but just minutes from all the action. Perfection!

This 3-bedroom condo has plenty of space. Kitchen is well-stocked with plates, cookware,etc. Great location, convenient to everything.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, and we loved the location. Not far from everything but not in the middle of all the crowds! Would definitely recommend!

This property is fantastic! Clean, modern, beautiful, and very comfortable! The owners have stocked this condo with everything you will need for your vacation! The owners were very quick to respond to any questions that I had, and were very hospitable! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone! 5 stars all the way!

It is a 30 unit condo so not crowded, ample parking, nice pool, everything was clean. Enjoyed our stay.
