This house was wonderful for a large group - we had 9 adults and 3 kids (under the age of 5). The interior of the home was set up wonderfully with shared spaces, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked. The backyard was really amazing and kept the kids occupied with the putting green, Frisbee golf and green spaces. Only Cons is there are no TVs or fans in the bedrooms so there was no white noise and the air circulation wasn't great - the tstat is also preset and locked so you cannot change the temp inside the home so the living spaces can get very warm in the afternoon in direct sunlight. We did have a couple of hiccups with the door code when we checked in and the wifi was down the second day but a couple of quick calls to the property management company and it was resolved easily. Overall loved our stay and you can't beat the view of Pike's peak from the back of the house!

We came up from Northeastern Colorado for an extended weekend to go to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. The house was centrally located and easy to find. Comfortable place for a family with little kiddos!

Large home with multiple living areas. The bedrooms were comfortable, but know they are for sleeping as no tv's are available in the bedrooms. Nice kitchen, dining and laundry areas that will meet whatever needs you may have. One note to keep in mind is if you have someone with you that requires mobility equipment, it can be a tough roe to hoe. The bathrooms are quite narrow and with 28 inch doors, it's a challenge to fit walkers and such into the bathrooms.

We stayed several days in this home and so enjoyed the lovely yard, sunny living room, and large kitchen, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. There are several living/seating areas so we could work, puzzle, and play at the same time. The west side of the house has a living area with large windows and skylights - our favorite spot with the large pines outside sighing in the wind. Dishes were a pleasure with the view of Pikes Peak out the kitchen window, and the large dining table sat all of us - a huge perk!! The house was situated really well for our plans - 15-20 minutes from attractions. We did have some cleanliness issues - crumbs and smears in kitchen/dining, dirty windows at toddler level, and a toilet that got missed under the seat. We just took care of it all as we unpacked (didn't want to eat dinner or put groceries on dirty surfaces or fridge!), and contacted management a few days later. Apparently if we had let them know immediately, they would have had it recleaned (and we just would have waited to unpack until then, I guess!). So maybe just check it out before unloading - but otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay!

The property was everything we where expecting. It even snowed one day and the kids was able to enjoy the sleds that can with the house. We are from where it never snows and didn’t even think about bring sleds. We where very happy that the house had some. To our surprise the house came with someone to shovel the snow off the porch, drive way and back deck. We really appreciated that. I highly recommend this property.

Good house for a family stay and gatherings. Highlights: two large family rooms on main level, comfortable, clean, everything in working order, and the house access had just 1 step so it was good for elderly guests. The only two things to be aware of, located in a very plain residential neighborhood, and no access to the garage.

Spacious, great kitchen supplies for family dinners, comfortable living areas, lots of towels, (a couple rooms could use updated bedding, sheets, mattresses or padded mattress covers). One lower bedroom unclean sheets with used tissues. Some thermostat issues with preset controls made first nights too cold. Responsive management.

This house was spectacular! It was so clean and the backyard was so much fun for the entire family! We can’t wait to book this place again!

Absolutely beautiful place, clean and well-maintained. Huge living room with 2 separate dining spaces, mini golf in backyard with Mountain View & all amenities needed included. We were a family of 8 & this was perfect for us. It has 5 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms so it can easily accommodate more people. I definitely recommend this place to a large group.

Good view

The house was big enough for our family of 12. The boys spent hours in the backyard with the putting green and the frisbee golf. Nice way to get them out of the house. They had a high chair, a pack and play, and toys for our young ones which was nice.

This house was the perfect place for our friends and family to be together as we experienced all that Graduation Week at USAFA had to offer. Everyone was able to be together with something for everyone. This is a great place for all ages to enjoy with lots of room

We had a wonderful stay. We have a large family, there was plenty of space and lots of seating. The backyard putting green and frisbee golf were a hit, and the views are great!
