We love everything about our stay. The Condo was in the perfect location, clean and plenty of room for all 5 of us. The kitchen was amazing as well as the views from the balcony. We look forward to coming back to visit! Thank you Kay for answering all our questions and making our first trip to Navarre one to remember.

The condo overall was great. We are regular VRBO renters so we have experience with many rentals. Our only issue was that the condo was not well stocked. We had to go buy paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher soap etc. Almost every condo we have rented were well stocked with these things. Is it a major problem? No. But kind of odd. At least they had appropriate amount of dishware and cookware. I would book again for sure.

There was everything we needed for our vacation. Games for the kids, week sucked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfy beds, it was perfect.

We loved our stay! The view was incredible. The condo was comfortable and as described. Beds were great- air conditioning was cold! Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking and glassware to enjoy! Noodles and boogie boards for use and we loved the free chairs and umbrella rental. Everything was perfect. We will be back

Our second stay at this condo, and definitely not the last! Plenty of room and beautiful views from the balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bonus second refrigerator was a great addition. Beach service a plus. Extra beach chairs, too. Great communication with the hosts Kay & Mark. No doubt we will book this condo again!

This condo is amazing! Such beautiful decor, awesome kitchen amenities, comfortable furniture and condo size is fantastic! So spacious and roomy! The patio furniture in balcony is awesome room. We loved our stay in Regency502. We can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!!!

The condo was great. It is very clean and exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. Has all the comforts of home plus the beach! :) Mark and Kay are great hosts. The Regency is a very nice facility. An older complex but very well kept. Easy access to the beach and pool. Two sets of elevators. No long waits to get back to your condo. So nice versus the newer high-rises. Will definitely rent again should our path take us to Navarre Beach in the future! Thanks!!

We loved our stay here, very quiet, and spacious. The master shower was very nice. Loved the large balcony and kitchen had everything you could need if wanting to cook in. Easy walk to beach. Perfect for our family of 4. Owners quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing time at the beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone. There is plenty of room to relax with your family or if you need some quiet time alone. Beautiful views from the balcony and only a 5 minute walk to the pier. We saw dolphins and sea turtles at the pier. We hope to stay again soon.

We had such a wonderful time on our spring break vacation. The condo was clean and very spacious! Even though there was construction going on the view was amazing! The kids enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the pier and family monopoly games each night. We really appreciated the beach chair service being set up for us each day. I would highly recommend this place for families looking to relax and spend lots of time together.

This condo was clean and beautiful when we arrived. Mark and Kay sent detailed instructions for check in which made check-in very easy. I couldn't have asked for better hosts. I have to say, we did not stay at the best time as the exterior of the condo units were being prepped for painting. There was a lot of grinding to remove the old paint and the balcony was not accessible during a lot of our stay. The pool was also closed for the majority of our stay. It opened the day before we left. All of this being said, the owners advised us of what to expect prior to our arrival and offered a full refund if we wanted to book elsewhere. We were given a discount on our stay to compensate us for all of the difficulties. While conditions were not ideal, none of it was the fault of the owners. The beds were very comfortable. The shower in the primary bedroom was AMAZING! The only thing I would say that could be improved, was to remove some items from the cabinets to make room for grocery items. A pantry would be nice.

I have rented a warm weather winter vacation property on VRBO previously. This property is absolutely the best we have rented because of the cleanliness, layout of the condo, very good communications with the owner, well-appointed kitchen and the location on the white said beach of Navarre. There are also beach chairs in the unit, to borrow for the beach. The check-in process was great, the owner communicated any issues with the building, she was also prompt in responses when I had a question. There have been previous properties I have rented in other areas of Florida, that I would not book again. This property is so clean, very comfortable bed & sitting areas inside the condo, plus ample space and seating on the balcony to enjoy the outdoors, the parking was uncrowded and the community is very quite welcoming; I would absolutely NOT hesitate to book again at this property. The building community is quiet and laid-back, as is the Navarre Beach area. Many thanks, again, for having this property available to book on VRBO!

My elderly father loves the beach, Navarre and Pensacola Beach specifically and we have been coming from New Mexico to visit the beaches my entire life. He isn’t physically able to navigate the beach very well anymore and this balcony was the perfect answer! Nothing to interfere with view just and watch the water. The condo was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensil needs, beautifully decorated and still very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Kay is wonderful to communicate with. The condo is well equipped & the views from the living room and master bedroom are incredible! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Navarre.

This condo is spacious and a great location. The views are amazing. I truly felt safe at the Regency unit because of the gate keeper and staff was very attentive monitoring guests. The staff also cleaned the elevators and floors regularly. Everything was neat and tidy. The other guests were so friendly and kind and that means a-lot to me. I was very excited to visit and all the ratings mentioned the cleanliness but my experience was different. The condo needed a deep clean. There were marks on the walls across from the couch, under the breakfast buffet, sand on the dish matt…a lot of sand. There were bugs in the kitchen and they had to spray for bugs while we were there. Kay let me know they were having a bug problem the day before we checked in. The bathroom had a remodeled shower that was very nice with good water pressure. The tile floor needed a scrub because there was a sandy paste on the floor. The couch cover had not been washed so we removed them and the couch had stains. Above the couch there was something squirted all over the picture frame. I understand some wear and tear happens and it was the end of the season but I would hope for the same experience regardless of the time of year. The furniture is updated from the photos. Some of it needed to be wiped off from wear and tear. All in all we made the best of our time but our experience could’ve been enhanced. It was difficult to relax fully for someone who wants things really clean. I don’t feel this was a 5 star experience but closer to 3 stars. Thank you Kay for letting us stay in your condo. I can tell that there is love that you have put into this unit. The layout is great and the rented chairs were an appreciated added bonus. All in all this condo has everything you need.

The property was wonderful and Kay was informative. Had no problems at all while staying at the property. I will definitely stay here on upcoming trips.

We loved the unit and complex, which is located in a terrific spot, close to everything. Being so close to the pier was especially nice, as we walked there at least once day. We were also walking distance to an ice cream place, a Tom Thumb, a restaurant, and a sea turtle sanctuary (which we loved!) Even though we went in July in great weather, neither the beach nor the complex (including the pool) was nearly as crowded as we'd expected. We would stay here again for sure.

Great location & great views! This condo worked out perfectly and had everything that we needed. Comfortable beds, extra full size fridge, plenty of room for six sisters! Kay let us know a few issues ahead of time, but it did not impact our stay. We'll be back!

Although a family emergency sent me home early, I enjoyed my short stay. The property owner was very kind and offered me a partial refund. The property is right in the beach and gorgeous !

We've been to this condo 4 years now and always enjoy it. The shower upgrade was really impressive. The beds are really comfortable The balcony is huge with plenty of chairs and a table. The view is over the top. We always enjoy the beach chair rental too. Everything is top notch.

We loved the fact that the beach was not so very crowded. The condo had everything anyone would need. We would definitely stay there again

Everything about the entire experience was top notch! We loved staying in the condo. The pictures do not do the condo justice. The view of the Gulf of Mexico and Navarre pier during sunrise and sunset is absolutely breathtaking! Kay was easy to work with and very personable. Navarre has captured our hearts. Reserving this lovely condo was quick and easy! Kay is.a Great host and great communicator! She responded to all my questions quickly and was so helpful! We own a condo next door at Beach Colony so I was afraid I would be disappointed with staying somewhere else, but I was so wrong! This two bedroom unit has tons of space and is so comfortable and clean! The kitchen has everything you might need during your stay and they even have 2 refrigerators. The balcony is huge and we loved spending time out there! I would highly recommend this condo to all my friends and family!
