We were visiting our daughter at USC over Thanksgiving week. This was a perfect spot for us (we weren’t trying to be near USC). Beautiful view from the balcony, close to Sunset and walkable to restaurants. Kitchen sufficient for cooking our thanksgiving dinner. And Michael was very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back here again.

This house had everything we needed. It was clean with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and great water pressure. I had a few questions and Michael was very responsive. All in all, a great trip to LA.

Clean modern property in West Hollywood walking distance to plenty and yet far enough away from the loud hustle and bustle of LA

Our group of four loved “the feel“ and design of this place. Modern lay-out, spacious. and all rooms geared to visitors taking in the view from the Hills. We made good use of the kitchen, fire places and balcony. Michael - our host - very gracious and always responsive.

The property is exactly as pictures represent, terrific relaxing stay spending great deak of time relaxing on the front and back outdoor patios.

I enjoyed our stay with my husband and a family friend. We sat on the deck for morning coffee and evening glasses of champagne. Highly recommend this lovely place and would definitely stay again. Btw the kitchen would accommodate a lovely dinner in. Next time!!

My wife, daughter and I come to LA often to visit our two sons and grandson, who live nearby in Hollywood. We have tried different housing options over the past two years looking for the optimal fit. This home fits the bill best by far. Panoramic views, good layout, outdoor space better than the norm for hill properties, and excellent convenience to food and sites and other forms of shopping. Kitchen is well stocked and the home well maintained. Nothing is perfect of course. There is no real TV. There is a screen and you can access your streaming services through the apple TV app. No cable in other words and no local stations either. Both bathrooms which are quite good are on the lower floor ensuite in the bedrooms. So guests visiting have to go downstairs to access any bathroom and go through a bedroom. Not a criticism; just a fact one should be aware of in making plans for one's stay. Michael, the proprietor is very good, easily accessible and helpful. Check-in is easy and service, as needed, is prompt. A good deal of thought has gone into aesthetics and comfort and it matters. We'd happily return as this home provides a manageable living space with great hillside views without sacrificing convenience. I would recommend adding cable TV service to complement accessibility to streaming services, the addition of a blender, perhaps a serving tray or two, but these are nitpicks and are more important to longer term renters. Best experience we've had in LA through VRBO

Great House in a Great Location. Close to a lot of restaurant all within walking distance on the Sunset Strip. We stayed at the house with our two young boys, and it is in a very safe neighborhood and area. Convenient to the beach and Universal Studios. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks

The location of the house makes many LA activities very accessible. The house is updated and is quite lovely- the outdoor spaces are wonderful. Two notes, however-1)The kitchen has high end appliances and great space and would be a joy to cook in, but it is really under equipped. If you like to cook at all, bring your own knives as the only thing available is a couple of steak knife like options- no chef's knife. 2) My husband has some mobility issues and this house was challenging for him- there are steps everywhere- one between living room and dining room- there is no powder room on the living level- the stairs to the bedrooms are curved and have no railing- there are large thresholds into every room- the master bath has a high rise step up to toilet that is on a rather narrow space, so hard to turn on if you have issues, and the master bed is very low to the floor. For my daughters and I these issues were no problem, but for my husband, it was a challenging place to stay.

We loved staying here during our long weekend in LA. There were 6 of us, and we all fit comfortably. The view was incredible, and you couldn't beat the location. We were able to easily Uber everywhere. I would recommend this place to others, and would stay there again.

From the moment we arrived, the host was very friendly and accomodating. Letting us view the home and giving us the information.The dining room/kitchen was clean and included everything (including a coffee pot which was a nice touch). The deck overlooks the Sunset Strip (blocked, but you still get the tops of buildings and downtown L.A.) It was nice to sit out and enjoy the nights and put some music on out on the porch (There is an all house speaker system which connects to your phone through an app). The fireplace was nice and the ability to watch television and use the whole house speaker system was a plus. Going downstairs, he beds were amazingly comfortable. The rooms were clean and everything was made up. The washer/dryer worked like a charm. There is street parking and garage parking. I thought the key code added a nice touch to be able to enter the home. Outside there is a backyard which is down some steps. A nice grassy area, a table/chairs, and a grill to be able to sit out and enjoy the yard was great, as well, but we didn't use it much. We tried our best to make sure the place wasn't too messy. Glad to have stayed in this place - definitely hope to do it again when we "hopefully" make our 3rd annual trip next year. For about the same price as a luxurious hotel room, do yourself a favor and try to book this gorgeous home. Stay in luxury with a view, rather than cramped up in a hotel room.

Great house in a beautiful area in the hills. The house is the same as the description and we would return immediately. Everything was perfect. I spent three nights at this place while my house was being fumigated. I absolutely love the home. It's literally a 3 minute walk from Sunset Blvd/Sunset Plaza. I've never imagined living so close to the strip but in a gorgeous home in the Hills! If you are looking for an incredible, beautiful, clean home with a views of the city, but only a 3 min walk to Sunset Blvd, look no further. The owner is extremely accommodating, reliable, and just a down to earth good person. I really recommend this place.
